Abstract

Support pour bobines de matériau susceptible de se décrocher et/ou de se déformer, qui se compose d'un berceau ou bande (1) monté sur l'armature-châssis de la palette (2) qui supporte la bobine, et de moyens (3) pour fixer en différentes positions ce berceau ou bande (1) et l'adapter au diamètre variable de la bobine, de façon à ce que le poids de la bobine soit constamment supporté sur toute sa longueur et sur approximativement la moitié inférieure de son diamètre par ce berceau ou bande (1), ce qui évite au matériau de se décrocher et/ou à la bobine de se déformer.
A appliquer de préférence pour fixer des bobines de SMC.

Description

  • L'objet de l'invention est un support pour bobines en matériau susceptible de décrochement et/ou déformation, par exemple et notamment le SMC, qui est un matériau à matrice en résine thermostable renforcé avec de la fibre de verre, de la fibre de carbone ou des fibres naturelles, ce matériau se présentant sous forme de grandes bobines de tailles et poids différents ; ces bobines sont susceptibles de se décrocher et/ou se déformer, notamment durant la période de maturation du matériau.
  • Dans l'état actuel de la technique, pour éviter le décrochement et/ou la déformation des bobines de SMC (qui peuvent comporter des tailles et des poids différents et arrivent à atteindre des largeurs de 1600 mm. et des poids de 1600 kg.), on a recours à de grands noyaux, ce qui réduit énormément la quantité maximale de matériau qui peut être enroulé sur chaque bobine.
  • Avec le système qui fait l'objet de l'invention, on réduit au minimum le noyau, en enroulant une grande quantité de matériau sur chaque bobine pour un même diamètre final.
  • Pour mieux comprendre l'objet de la présente invention, on a représenté sur les plans une forme préférentielle de réalisation pratique, susceptible de changements accessoires qui n'en dénaturent pas le fondement.
  • La figure 1 représente une vue générale schématique en perspective du support qui fait l'objet de l'invention, pour un exemple -non limitatif- de réalisation pratique.
  • La figure 2 représente une vue générale schématique de profil en long correspondant à la figure antérieure.
  • La figure 3 représente une vue générale schématique de profil correspondant à la figure antérieure.
  • En vue d'une plus grande clarté d'interprétation, on a supprimé, sur toutes ces figures, la bobine -dont l'axe du noyau est disposé sur les appuis latéraux (4) avec la possibilité de tourner librement.
  • On décrit ci-dessous un exemple de réalisation pratique, non limitative, de la présente invention.
  • L'objet de l'invention est un support pour bobines de matériau susceptible de décrochement et/ou déformation applicable aux châssis-palettes (2) connus, modulaires ou pas, qui comportent chacun deux appuis latéraux (4) où est disposé, ayant la possibilité de tourner librement, l'axe de la bobine à supporter.
  • Il est indifférent et accessoire aux fins de cette invention que le châssis-palette (2) soit modulaire ou pas (pour le rendre modulaire, il suffit de façonner sur ses colonnes sur chacune des têtes (21) où prend appui l'extrémité-base inférieure (22) de la colonne respective correspondant à la palette suivante).
  • Il est également indifférent et accessoire, aux fins de cette invention, d'utiliser des appuis (4) similaires à ceux qui sont représentés ou d'utiliser d'autres appuis (4) différents.
  • Conformément à l'invention et selon la réalisation représentée, le support se compose d'au moins un berceau ou bande (1) mobile monté sur le l'armature-châssis de la palette (2) qui supporte la bobine et des moyens (3) pour fixer dans des positions multiples ce berceau ou bande (1) et l'adapter au diamètre variable de la bobine ; de sorte que le poids de la bobine soit constamment supporté sur toute sa longueur et sur approximativement la moitié inférieure de son diamètre par ce berceau ou bande (1), ce qui évite au matériau de se décrocher et/ou à la bobine de se déformer.
  • En particulier, lesdits moyens de fixation multipositions sont des cylindres d'actionnement (3) avec leur chemise (31) articulée en (31 a) à l'armature-châssis de la palette(2) et avec leur piston (32) articulé en (32a) a un montant (30) où est monté la partie latérale correspondante (11) du berceau ou bande (1), le piston (32) de chaque cylindre (3) comportant une denture (33) sur laquelle s'encastre unidirectionnellement un pêne-onglet (34) actionnable à la main par l'ouvrier, lorsqu'il faut le reculer jusqu'à sa position de déroulement.
  • De préférence, les cylindres (3) structurés comme on l'a décrit, sont disposés par paires : deux cylindres (3) fixé à chaque montant latéral (30).
  • Toute autre réalisation pratique équivalente ou alternative qui n'altère, ne change ou ne modifie pas le caractère essentiel proposé, qui est celui de disposer un berceau ou bande (1) sous la bobine de matériau, en faisant que ce berceau ou bande (1) soit mobile pour s'adapter au diamètre variable de la bobine et, le cas échéant, en être retiré sans problèmes lorsque la bobine va être utilisée, est comprise dans l'objet de l'invention.

Claims (2)

  1. Support pour bobines de matériau susceptible de se décrocher et/ou de se déformer, se caractérisant par le fait qu'il se compose d'un berceau ou bande (1) mobile monté sur l'armature-châssis de la palette (2) qui supporte la bobine, et de moyens (3) permettant de fixer en positions multiples ce berceau ou bande (1) et l'adapter au diamètre variable de la bobine, de façon à ce que le poids de la bobine soit constamment supporté sur toute sa longueur et sur approximativement la moitié inférieure de son diamètre, par ce berceau ou bande (1), ce qui évite au matériau de se décrocher et/ou à la bobine de se déformer.
  2. Support pour bobines de matériau susceptible de se décrocher et/ou de se déformer, selon la revendication antérieure, se caractérisant pas le fait, notamment, que lesdits moyens de fixation multipositions sont des cylindres d'actionnement (3) avec leur chemise (31) articulée en (31 a) à l'armature-châssis de la palette (2) et avec leur piston (32) articulé en (32a) à un montant (30) sur lequel est montée la partie latérale correspondante (11) du berceau ou bande (1); le piston (32) de chaque cylindre (3) comportant une denture (33) sur laquelle s'encastre unidirectionnellement un pêne-onglet (34) actionnable à la main par l'ouvrier, lorsqu'il faut le reculer jusqu'à sa position de déroulement.
