Claims (7)

  1. Unité d'affleurage et de raclage pour la finition de composants (2) en bois ou en matière similaire, dont chacun comprend un panneau (3) en bois ou en matière similaire, et une bande de chant (6) collée le long d'au moins une partie d'un bord latéral (5) du panneau (3), l'unité d'affleurage et de raclage comprenant un moyen de connexion (40) pour verrouiller l'unité d'affleurage et de raclage de manière axiale à un arbre porte-outils d'un centre d'usinage ; un châssis de support (9) ; une paire d'outils d'affleurage (34) reçus dans le châssis de support (9) pour l'affleurage de ladite bande de chant (6) ; et une paire d'outils de raclage (44) de bande de chant reçus dans le châssis de support (9) pour racler la bande de chant (6) affleurée ; et étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend également une paire d'outils de raclage (50) de la colle reçus dans le châssis de support (9) pour enlever par raclage les restes de la colle ; le châssis de support (9) étant conçu pour accueillir simultanément lesdits outils d'affleurage (34), lesdits outils de raclage (44) de bande de chant, et lesdits outils de raclage (50) de la colle.
  2. Unité d'affleurage et de raclage telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 1, dans laquelle chacun desdits outils de raclage (50) de la colle est monté en série avec ledit outil de raclage (44) de bande de chant relatif dans une direction de déplacement (56) de l'unité d'affleurage et de raclage, afin d'effectuer les deux opérations de raclage en un seul passage de l'unité d'affleurage et de raclage le long de ladite bande de chant (6).
  3. Unité d'affleurage et de raclage telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 1 ou 2, et comprenant également un moyen d'actionnement (51) pour déplacer les outils de raclage (50) de la colle, les uns par rapport aux autres, entre une position de travail, dans laquelle les outils de raclage (50) de la colle s'engagent avec le composant (2) de travail, et une position de repos, dans laquelle les outils de raclage (50) de la colle se désengagent du composant (2) de travail.
  4. Unité d'affleurage et de raclage telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 3, et comprenant également un moyen de commande électronique pour commander au choix le fonctionnement dudit moyen d'actionnement (51) et, par conséquent, le mouvement des outils de raclage (50) de la colle dans ladite position de travail.
  5. Unité d'affleurage et de raclage telle que revendiquée dans la revendication 3 ou 4, et comprenant également deux glissières de support (21, 22), dont chacune supporte ledit outil de raclage (44) de bande de chant relatif, et est mobile par rapport à l'autre glissière de support (21, 22) pour commander au choix la position des outils de raclage (44) de bande de chant en fonction d'une épaisseur du composant (2) de travail ; chacun desdits outils de raclage (50) de la colle étant ajusté à une glissière de support (21, 22) relative pour se déplacer, par rapport à la glissière de support (21, 22) relative et sous la commande dudit moyen d'actionnement (51), entre ladite position de travail et ladite position de repos.
  6. Unité d'affleurage et de raclage telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, et comprenant également une paire de premiers traceurs verticaux (41) et un premier traceur avant (43), de sorte que lesdits outils d'affleurage (34) suivent correctement le contour du composant (2) de travail.
  7. Unité d'affleurage et de raclage telle que revendiquée dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, et comprenant également une paire de deuxièmes traceurs verticaux (46) et un deuxième traceur avant (45), de sorte que lesdits outils de raclage (44) de bande de chant et lesdits outils de raclage (50) de la colle suivent correctement le contour du composant (2) de travail.
