Description

The invention relates to a dishwasher with a door, in which a cleaner for cleaning agent is arranged, which is supplied to a treatment room in which at least one storage container is arranged for to be cleaned Good, which is sprayed by at least one spray device.

Such a dishwasher is for example by the EP 1 281 346 known.

From the DE 3722648 a device for receiving dishwasher cleaners in the form of powder compacts in household dishwashers is known, which allows the inclusion of the powder compacts inside the dishwasher without affecting the washing result. This is achieved in that the device is designed as an attachable in the interior of the dishwasher dosing with at least one of the pellet receiving dosing chamber with at least partially perforated sides and / or bottom surfaces.
The disadvantage, however, is that the detergent is already in the dishwasher before the first rinse cycle. The wash program therefore can not control the good time to add detergent. The dissolution behavior of the cleaning agent is adversely affected and causes a poor wash result.

Furthermore, it is known from the prior art that the detergent tablets are placed in a dish rack before the cleaning process and then dissolve during the entire cleaning process.
A serious disadvantage is caused by the fact that during the cleaning process, the cleaning tablet dissolves only insufficient and unwanted lumps remain after the cleaning process in the treatment room. Likewise, it can not be ruled out that the detergent tablet comes into contact with the dishes, and as a result may form undesirable stains on the dishes.

The invention is based on the object in the case of dishwashers of the type described in more detail to supply the detergent during operation so the treatment room that after the cleaning process no detergent residues are more in the treatment room.

This object is achieved in that the cleaning agent is supplied during operation of at least one arranged on the storage container dissolving chamber.
As a result of this arrangement, the cleaning agent is purposefully supplied to the dissolution chamber at the time which is suitable for the cleaning process, in which the cleaning agent can dissolve well. This prevents that there are still detergent residues in the dishwasher after the cleaning process. Furthermore, this arrangement prevents the cleaning agent from coming into contact with the dishes and thus preventing the formation of stains on the dishes.

According to a preferred embodiment it is provided that the dissolution chamber is arranged on a front side wall of the storage container.
The main advantage here is that the dissolution chamber is easily accessible to the user, for example, to clean them when food remains have accumulated.

According to an alternative embodiment of the object of the invention can be provided that the dissolution chamber is arranged on a front wall of the storage container.
This arrangement ensures that the transport path between the addition and the dissolution chamber is low and the cleaning agent falls safely into the cleaning chamber. Furthermore, the design effort is very low, since no additional tools are needed.

In a further alternative embodiment of the object of the invention can be provided that the dissolution chamber is arranged in the middle of the storage container.
The solution has the advantage that the dissolving chamber is effectively supplied with liquid by the spraying device, thereby allowing the cleaning agent to substantially dissolve. Furthermore, the dissolution chamber is easily accessible to the user.

According to a further preferred embodiment it is provided that the dissolution chamber is formed as an integral part of the storage container.
A storage container constructed in accordance with these features is characterized by the fact that the manufacturing outlay is low, since the storage container and the dissolution chamber can be formed in one piece.

According to an alternative embodiment of the object of the invention it is provided that the dissolution chamber is designed as a self-sufficient component associated with the storage container.
The main advantage here is that it is possible for the user to remove the dissolving chamber for cleaning out of the storage container arranged in the treatment room. In addition, the dissolution chamber can be replaced in case of damage without having to replace the storage container.

According to a further preferred embodiment, it is provided that at least one chamber wall and a bottom of the dissolution chamber is designed to be liquid-permeable.
By this measure, it is possible that cleaning liquid enters the dissolving chamber to dissolve the detergent. Also, it is prevented that the cleaning liquid accumulates in the container, fills it and thereby the detergent is washed out of the dissolution chamber.

According to a preferred embodiment it is provided that the chamber wall and the bottom are formed from a fine-mesh grid.
Advantageously, this prevents premature large lumps of the cleaning agent fall into the treatment room. This ensures that the cleaning agent can dissolve essentially in the dissolution chamber.

According to an alternative embodiment it is provided that the bottom of the dissolution chamber has an opening which is formed longitudinally and / or transversely to the exiting liquid jet.

The advantage is that the cleaning agent is dissolved substantially during operation. The cleaning agent is dissolved through the openings, whereby the active ingredients of the cleaning agent can dissolve better during the subsequent flushing process.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the object of the invention it is provided that the bottom of the dissolution chamber is curved. Advantageously, the cleaning agent, in particular pulverulent cleaning agent, is thereby stored on the side walls, whereby the pulverulent cleaning agent can not dissolve so quickly and is thus carried off into the later phases of the cleaning process. This ensures that the material to be cleaned is cleaned at a later time.

According to an advantageous development of the object of the invention it is provided that the spraying device is arranged above and / or below the dissolving chamber and supplies water to the dissolving chamber.
This arrangement of the spray device ensures that the dissolution chamber is always supplied with sufficient water, so that the cleaning agent can dissolve well, ie, the formation of lumps of the cleaning agent is prevented.

According to a next preferred embodiment, it is provided that at least one liquid jet coming from the spraying device is deflected onto the bottom of the dissolving chamber.
This solution is characterized in particular by the fact that the cleaning agent arranged in the dissolving chamber on the floor decomposes well during the cleaning process, so that lumping in the corners of the dissolving chamber is precluded.

According to a further embodiment of the object of the invention can be provided that the liquid jet impinges on the ground at right angles.
This ensures that the jet of liquid sprays the cleaning agent with liquid and at the same time not from the bottom of the dissolution chamber to the side walls the treatment room is distracted, as this may cause unwanted noise to the user.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the object of the invention, it is provided that a filling flap of the cleaner addition is in a plane which is inclined by an angle α relative to the plane of the inside of the door.
The dishwashing machine according to the invention thus has the advantage that, during the opening process of the detergent addition, due to gravity, the detergent automatically falls into the dissolving chamber arranged in the treatment space.

According to an advantageous development of the object of the invention it is provided that the detergent addition is arranged above the storage container.
This ensures that the cleaning agent falls into the dissolution chamber without special design measures.

According to a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the spray device is designed as a spray base and at least one spray tube is arranged below the dissolution chamber.
By this arrangement, it is possible regardless of the location of the dissolution chamber to supply the cleaning agent within the dissolution chamber with water, thus dissolving the detergent.

Particularly simple and inexpensive construction is when the spray device is designed as a spray nozzle or shower.

According to an alternative embodiment of the object of the invention it is provided that the spraying device has at least one rotating spray arm with at least one spray nozzle.
The solution shows the advantage that the dissolving chamber and the cleaning agent arranged in the dissolving chamber are supplied with sufficient liquid.

According to a preferred embodiment of the object of the invention it is provided that the distance of the spray device to the bottom of the dissolution chamber is sufficient to substantially completely dissolve the cleaning agent.
The advantage is that no residues of the cleaning agent are in the dissolution chamber after operation, so that the user can be sure that the cleaning agent could unfold its entire active ingredients during the cleaning process. It also prevents the user from having to clean the dissolution chamber, eliminating the need for another step.

In FIG. 1 a first embodiment of a dishwasher 1 according to the invention with a door 2 is shown, which has an outer door 3 and an inner door 4. At a door panel 5 program selection buttons 6 are arranged, which are connected to an installed inside the door 2 electrical control electronics 7. In the control electronics 7 various programs for the course of a cleaning process are stored in the memory. Inside the door 2 there is a cleaner feed 8 connected to the control electronics 7 for storing a block-shaped cleaning agent 9 and a rinse aid. However, the detergent addition 8 is also suitable for storing a liquid or powdered detergent. A chamber 10, which is associated with a filling flap 11 for closing, serves for storage of the cleaning agent 9, and is set back in the inner door 4. The filling flap 11 lies in a plane which is inclined at an angle α with respect to the plane of the inside of the door.
An accessible via the open door 2 treatment room 12, the inner shell 13 is formed of stainless steel, has not shown on its non-visualized container side walls two guide rails, not shown, on which a trained as a storage container 14 dish rack is held for storage for a not shown to be cleaned good. The body of the storage container 14 has plastic-coated metal rods 15. A dissolution chamber 16, which is integrated into the body of the storage container 14, comprises chamber walls 17 and a bottom 18, all of which have a fine-meshed grid 19. The dissolution chamber 16 is located below the filler flap 11 of the detergent addition 8.
A spray arm designed as a spray device 21 has on its upper side and on its underside a plurality of spray nozzles 22. In spray devices 21, in particular in the case of a rotating spray arm, the dissolution chamber 16 is advantageously located on a front wall 24 in the middle of the storage container 14.

In FIG. 2 For example, a storage container 14 'having a dissolution chamber 16' is shown.
In the body of the storage container 14 'is designed as a spray bottom spray device 21' with spray nozzles 22 'integrated. Alternatively, the spray floor can also be located below the storage container 14 '.
The storage container side walls 23 'and a front wall 24' are assigned. The dissolution chamber 16 'is detachably held on the front wall 24' in the center of the storage container 14 ', where the storage container 14' has a recess 26 'for insertion of the dissolution chamber 16'. Alternatively, however, the dissolution chamber 16 'may also be disposed on the side walls 23' of the dissolution chamber 16 '. The dissolution chamber 16 'is preferably located below a detergent addition, not shown.

In FIG. 3 For example, the dissolution chamber 16 'is shown. It has four chamber walls 17 'and a bottom 18'. The chamber walls 17 'and the bottom 18' of the dissolution chamber 16 'are formed as a fine mesh grid 19'. Alternatively, the chamber walls 17 'may optionally be formed as a coarse mesh grid. Alternatively, the bottom 18 'is formed of one or more openings that are longitudinal or transverse to the Direction of the exiting liquid jet are formed. On the chamber walls 17 'handles 20' are arranged.

In FIG. 4 the dissolution chamber 16 "is shown having four chamber walls 17" and a bottom 18 ", all of which are formed of a fine mesh lattice 19". Alternatively, one or more small openings may be arranged instead of the fine mesh lattice 19. Also, a coarse mesh lattice may be used to dissolve the detergent more quickly In particular, powdered cleaning agent slips down to the interface between the chamber walls 17 "and the domed bottom 18". There it settles increasingly, forms small clumps and thus can not be flushed out of the dissolving chamber 16 "immediately, thereby allowing the cleaning agent to spread more evenly throughout the cleaning process." The curvature of the bottom 18 "can alternatively also be formed transversely to the handles 20" be.

The cleaning agent 9, in particular a detergent tablet is inserted by the user in the detergent addition 8 and closed by means of the hinged lid 11. The user closes the treatment room 12 with the door 2 and selects with the help of the program selector switch 6, a program that essentially includes the program steps "pre-rinsing - cleaning - intermediate rinsing - rinse - drying" and is stored in the control electronics 7.
During the cleaning process, the control electronics 7 selects depending on the program, the time to open the hinged lid 11 of the cleaner addition 8. Since the hinged lid 11 is arranged in a plane which by an angle α ( Fig. 1 ) is inclined to the plane of the inside of the door 2, the detergent 8 falls out of the chamber 12 due to gravity. The cleaning agent 8 falls into the dissolving chamber 16 associated with the storage container 14. Since the chamber walls 17 and the bottom 18 of the dissolving chamber 16 have a fine mesh 19, no larger detergent elements fall out of the dissolving chamber 16, so that the cleaning agent 9 is stored safely. Furthermore, the fine-meshed grid 19 is permeable to water, so that the liquid can penetrate into the dissolving chamber 16 and dissolve the cleaning agent 8. It is excluded that larger lumps of detergent 8 fall into the treatment room 14 and on the good to be cleaned.
The spray arm designed as a spraying device 21 wets the dissolving chamber 16 twice in each revolution. From the spraying nozzles 22 located at the top of the spraying arm, liquid jets exit and hit the bottom 18 of the dissolving chamber 16 at an angle β in the range of 90 ° so that the liquid jets do not be deflected from the dissolution chamber 16 to the container side walls of the dishwasher 1.
If a cleaning agent 9 'in FIG. 2 is not completely dissolved in the dissolution chamber 16 ', the self-sufficient dissolving chamber 16' can be removed and cleaned with the aid of the handles 20 'from the treatment chamber 12' after operation so that the detergent 9 'does not mold and cause unpleasant odors during prolonged periods of operation Treatment room 12 'arise.
