2 521 208 - Ets GUBRI - Jean BIANCHI - De nombreuses articulations ou têtes d'articulations existent pour les échelles dites transformables qui permettent d'assurer le déploiement soit en coulisse soit en double et, dans ce dernier cas, à l'échelon désiré correspondant au dénivelé de la surface d'appui mais aucune de ces pièces appelées articulations ou têtes d'articulations n'assurent intuitivement un parfait enclenchement ; l'utilisateur devant vérifier que sa manoeuvre souhaitée est bien réalisée. En effet, si la position d'un plan par rapport à l'autre n'est pas bien assurée, la tête d'articulation se trouve mal ou pas enclenchée sur un échelon. L'utilisateur peut alors, en montant sur un plan, faire glisser un plan par rapport à l'autre avec un risque de chute.
- La présente invention a pour but de remédier à ce défaut et ainsi garantir la sécurité de l'utilisateur en obligeant, lors de la mise en échelle double, les pièces à être en concordance donc à être bien enclenchées entre elles ; les situations intermédiaires ou autres n'étant pas possibles, l'échelle ne peut s'ouvrir donc se mettre en double.
- Pour obtenir ce résultat, les têtes d'articulations comportent des formes qui n'autorisent pas la mise en écartement des plans si celles-ci ne sont pas en face d'échelons ou d'un plot. Les plots sont situés sur la face intérieure d'un plan et sont au milieu de l'intervalle entre échelons. Les plots ont la même cote qu'un échelon et peuvent donc se loger dans la forme prévue sur le plan pour recevoir l'échelon. Cette particularité permet donc un réglage décalé tous les demi intervalles d'échelons, un décalé plus précis est ainsi obtenu.
- Les têtes d'articulations fixées à l'extrémité des montants droit et gauche d'un plan, donc une tête d'articulation droite et une tête d'articulation gauche, permettent deux mouvements à l'autre plan à savoir, le coulissement et l'ouverture pour mise en échelle double.
- Dans le cas d'utilisation en échelle à coulisse, la mise en longueur de l'échelle est obtenue par déplacement d'un plan sur l'autre. Le maintien en position est fait par des crochets qui s'engagent dans un échelon, un verrou rabattu évite le désengagement. Ces crochets servent aussi de limiteurs de course en coulisse en venant buter sur les têtes d'articulations. Cette limitation de course étant la garante d'un minimum d'engagement d'un plan sur l'autre nécessaire à la résistance physique du produit, donc de la sécurité de l'utilisateur.

- Selon les figures 6, 8, les têtes d'articulations (3) (3') guident en coulissement le plan (1) sur le plan (2) au moyen de formes (9) (9') et de lèvres (13) (13') (14) (14') présentes sur ces mêmes têtes d'articulations (3) (3')
- Selon les figures 2, 3, 4, 8, les plans (1) (2) s'articulent entre eux pour convertir l'échelle transformable (12) de coulisse en échelle double sur les têtes d'articulations (3) (3') quand un des échelons (4) ou des plots (5) (5') solidaires des montants (17) (18) du plan (1) de l'échelle transformable (12) coïncident avec les formes extérieures (15) (15') (16) (16') ménagées sur lesdites têtes d'articulations (3) (3').
- Toujours selon les figures 2, 3, 4, 8, lorsque les échelons (4) s'engagent intuitivement entre les lèvres (13) (13') (14) (14'), les plots (5) (5') s'engagent entre les formes extérieures (15) (15') (16) (16'). Inversement, lorsque les plots (5) (5') s'engagent entre les lèvres (13) (13') (14) (14'), les échelons (4) s'engagent entre les formes extérieures (15) (15') (16) (16').
- Selon les figures 3, 4, 8; 9, les plots (5) (5') solidaires de la face intérieure des montants (17) (18) du plan (1) sont situés au milieu de l'intervalle des échelons (4). Lorsque l'échelon (4) se trouve entre les lèvres (13) (13') (14) (14'), cette disposition permet de faire des décalés d'un demi pas d'échelle transformable (12) et d'obtenir les réglages plus adaptés aux dénivelés. Les plots (5) (5') peuvent être situés sur toute la hauteur des montants respectifs (17) (18) ou sur la partie haute de l'échelle transformable (12) puisque c'est la seule fréquemment utilisée pour les décalés de niveau.
- Selon les figures 3, 7, 8, lorsque les échelons (4) ou les plots (5) (5') ne sont pas en concordance avec les lèvres (13) (13') (14) (14') et les formes extérieures (15) (15') (16) (16') respectivement présentes sur les têtes d'articulations (3) (3'), l'ouverture des deux plans (1) (2) n'est pas possible, ce qui assure une sécurité à l'utilisateur car tout enclenchement non intuitif n'est pas possible.
- Selon les figures 5, 6, 9, le crochet (6) équipé de son verrou basculeur (19) et son symétrique (6') non équipé d'un verrou basculeur, servent de limiteur de course au déploiement en coulisse du plan (1) sur le plan (2) car ils viennent buter respectivement contre les têtes d'articulations (3) (3') sur les formes extérieures (16) (16').
- Selon les figures 3, 8, les retours (10) (10') (11) (11') viennent en appui sur les montants (20) (21) du plan (2), de façon à rigidifier l'échelle transformable en position échelle double.
Claims (4)
- Têtes d'articulations pour échelles transformables composées de deux plans (1) (2) constitués chacun de deux montants (17) (18) (20) (21) réunis par des échelons (4) et articulés entre eux, caractérisées en ce que des têtes d'articulations (3) (3') composées des formes extérieures (15) (15') (16) (16') portées respectivement par des joues (7) (7') (8) (8') dont la disposition fait que l'un des échelons (4) ou l'un des plots (5) (5') situés au milieu de l'intervalle des échelons (4) sur la face intérieure des montants (17) (18) du plan (1) vient s'engager intuitivement entre des lèvres (13) (13') (14) (14') des dites têtes d'articulations (3) (3') pour la mise en écartement des plans (1) (2).
- Têtes d'articulations pour échelles transformables suivant la revendication 1, caractérisées en ce que les têtes d'articulations (3) (3') comportent des retours (10) (10') (11) (11') venant en appui sur des montants (20) (21) du plan (2) de façon à rigidifier l'échelle transformable en position échelle double.
- Têtes d'articulations pour échelles transformables suivant la revendication 1, caractérisées en ce que les têtes d'articulations (3) (3') comportent des formes (9) (9') et des lèvres (13) (13') (14) (14') assurant le coulissement du plan (1) sur le plan (2).
- Têtes d'articulations pour échelles transformables suivant la revendication 1 caractérisées en ce que les formes (16) (16') des têtes d'articulations (3) (3') servent de butées à un crochet (6) et à son symétrique (6') situés sur le dernier échelon (4) du plan (1) de façon à limiter la course au déploiement dudit plan (1) sur le plan (2).
