Claims (5)
- Crochet rotatif horizontal (1) pour machine à coudre, comprenant:un logement de bobine (2) hébergeant une bobine (7);un crochet rotatif (3) formé d'une résine synthétique et hébergeant le logement de bobine (2), et effectuant une rotation dans une direction prédéterminée, le crochet rotatif (3) comprenant une paroi périphérique (20) et une première extrémité périphérique;une ouverture pour le passage du fil de l'aiguille (22) formée dans la paroi périphérique (20) du crochet rotatif (3) de manière à être définie au moins par la première extrémité périphérique de la paroi périphérique (20); etune nervure de renfort (26) prévue sur la paroi périphérique (20) du crochet rotatif (3) de façon à être située à proximité de la première extrémité périphérique définissant l'ouverture pour le passage du fil de l'aiguille (22);caractérisé parla nervure de renfort (26) qui est prévue sur une surface intérieure de la paroi périphérique (20) et qui interconnecte la paroi périphérique (20) et une périphérie extérieure du fond (21) du crochet rotatif (3).
- Crochet rotatif horizontal (1) selon la revendication 1, comprenant:une ouverture élargie (23) formée dans la paroi périphérique (20) du crochet rotatif (3) de manière à être définie au moins par une seconde extrémité périphérique de la paroi périphérique (20) du crochet rotatif (3) et de manière à être continue avec l'ouverture pour le passage du fil de l'aiguille (22);un élément formant bec (5) séparé du crochet rotatif (3) et monté sur le crochet rotatif (3) de manière à fermer l'ouverture élargie (23); etla nervure de renfort (26, 25) prévue sur la paroi périphérique (20) du crochet rotatif (3) de façon à être située à proximité de la première extrémité périphérique définissant l'ouverture pour le passage du fil de l'aiguille (22) et/ou de la seconde extrémité périphérique définissant l'ouverture élargie (23).
- Crochet rotatif horizontal (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le crochet rotatif (3) est pourvu d'un fond (21) et la nervure de renfort (25, 26) a une forme globalement triangulaire de manière à ce que la nervure de renfort (25, 26) interconnecte la paroi périphérique (20) et une périphérie extérieure du fond (21) du crochet rotatif (3) et il est fait en sorte que la section de la nervure de renfort (25, 26) diminue à mesure que la hauteur de la nervure de renfort (25, 26) augmente.
- Crochet rotatif horizontal (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel la nervure de renfort (25, 26) est dimensionnée de manière à ce qu'un intervalle soit défini entre une aiguille à coudre (54) et la nervure de renfort (25, 26) lors de la couture.
- Crochet rotatif horizontal (1) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel l'élément formant bec (5) est formé d'une résine synthétique.
