Claims (14)
- Tambour de transport (30) de l'industrie du tabac, pourvu de logements destinés à recevoir des articles en forme de tiges (11, 21) de l'industrie du tabac, les articles (11, 21) étant transportés sur le tambour de transport (30) dans une direction axiale transversale, caractérisé en ce que les distances radiales d'au moins deux logements (15, 25) par rapport à l'axe de rotation commun (33) du tambour de transport (30) sont différentes, des premiers logements (15) étant disposés de façon annulaire sur un premier anneau et des seconds logements (25) étant disposés de façon annulaire sur un deuxième anneau et le premier et le deuxième anneau présentant des diamètres différents respectivement des distances radiales différentes par rapport à l'axe de rotation commun (33).
- Tambour de transport (30) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les logements (15, 25) et/ou les anneaux sont disposés sur différents corps partiels (31, 32) ayant des diamètres différents.
- Tambour de transport (30) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le nombre de logements (15, 25) est identique sur chaque anneau ou sur chaque corps partiel (31, 32).
- Tambour de transport (30) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans le corps partiel (31) de plus grand diamètre, sont prévus des trous traversants (34) destinés à des articles (21) de l'industrie du tabac.
- Tambour de transport (30) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les trous traversants (34) débouchent dans des logements (25) du corps partiel (32) de plus petit diamètre.
- Tambour de transport (30) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les logements (15, 25) sont réalisés de manière à freiner un mouvement axial longitudinal des articles (11,21).
- Tambour de transport (30) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les logements (15, 25) présentent des alésages d'aspiration (16, 26) pouvant être alimentés en dépression.
- Dispositif destiné à transférer des articles (11, 21) en forme de tiges de l'industrie du tabac, transportés dans une direction axiale longitudinale sur au moins deux rangées depuis un convoyeur longitudinal transportant les articles (11, 21) dans une direction axiale longitudinale sur un convoyeur transversal (30) évacuant les articles (11, 21) dans une direction axiale transversale, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur transversal (30) est réalisé sous forme de tambour de transport (30) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'avant la délivrance des articles (11, 21) au convoyeur transversal (30), est prévu un dispositif d'accélération (12.1, 12.2; 22.1, 22.2), en particulier destiné à l'accélération des articles (11, 21) en direction axiale longitudinale et/ou axiale transversale.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'accélération (12.1, 12.2; 22.1, 22.2) pour une rangée est réalisé au moyen de plusieurs disques d'excentrique (12.1, 12.2; 22.1, 22.2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que les disques d'excentrique (12.1, 12.2; 22.1, 22.2) présentent une excentricité (13.1, 13.2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la rotation des disques d'excentrique (12.1, 12.2; 22.1, 22.2) est synchronisée avec la rotation du tambour de transport (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la distance axiale transversale des rangées correspond à la distance radiale des logements (15, 25) sur les deux anneaux ou corps partiels (31, 32).
- Machine de l'industrie du tabac, en particulier machine de fabrication de filtres, machine de confection de boudins de tabac ou machine à implanter des filtres, équipée d'un tambour de transport (30) selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7 ou d'un dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 8 à 13.
