Abstract

Heizvorrichtung zum Erhitzen eines Fluids, insbesondere bei Haushaltsgeräten, die enthält: ein Mantelrohr 10, wenigstens einen im Inneren des Mantelrohrs 10 angeordneten elektrischen Widerstands-Heizdraht 20, der in einer elektrisch isolierenden, wärmeleitenden Isoliermasse 40 im Mantelrohr 10 eingebettet ist, mindestens eine Anschlussbaugruppe 30, die im Inneren des Mantelrohres 10 angeordnet ist und zur Verbindung des elektrischen Widerstands-Heizdrahts 20 mit einer außerhalb des Mantelrohrs 10 befindlichen elektrischen Energiequelle aus dem Mantelrohr 10 nach außen geführt ist, und wenigstens eine Verschlussperle 38, welche die Öffnung des Mantelrohrs 10 verschließt. Weiterhin ist vorgesehen, dass die Anschlussbaugruppe 30 innerhalb des Mantelrohrs 10 bis zu der Verschlussperle 38 ebenfalls von der Isoliermasse 40 umgeben ist. Die Verschlussperle (38) ist an ihrer Außenseite mit wenigstens einem sich über ihre gesamte axiale Länge erstreckenden Füllschlitz (38a) zum Einfüllen der Isoliermasse (40) in das Innere des Mantelrohrs (10) versehen.
