Claims (7)

  1. Fermeture inviolable pour une bouteille, convenant particulièrement à des boissons de valeur,
    - ladite bouteille (1) étant munie d'un goulot (2) qui s'étend axialement le long de l'axe longitudinal (X-X) de la bouteille à partir de sa base (3), avec laquelle il est raccordé au corps de la bouteille ;
    - ledit goulot (2) étant muni d'une ouverture (4) dans la région de son extrémité libre (5) ;
    - ladite fermeture comprenant des moyens d'obturation (6) pour l'ouverture (4) du goulot (2), lesquels moyens sont raccordés à l'aide d'un raccordement vissé (8, 9) à la surface externe de la paroi (10) d'un corps verseur (11) ;
    - lesdits moyens d'obturation (6) étant munis d'un bord circulaire libre (24) qui est dirigé vers le corps (1) de la bouteille ;
    - un manchon (17), qui est aménagé axialement le long de la surface externe du goulot (2) et qui est muni de moyens (18, 19) pour empêcher son mouvement axial et angulaire par rapport à la surface externe du goulot (2) ainsi qu'au moins une bride annulaire (20) qui s'étend radialement dans le sens opposé à la surface externe du goulot (2) ;
    - ledit corps verseur (11) étant raccordé en direction axiale au manchon (17) ;
    - ainsi qu'un élément tubulaire (22), qui est radialement externe par rapport au manchon (17) et concentrique avec celui-ci, s'étendant axialement sensiblement depuis la base (3) du goulot (2) de la bouteille aussi loin que la région du bord libre (24) des moyens d'obturation (6) ; dans laquelle ladite bride annulaire (20) du manchon est munie d'au moins une portion de son étendue radiale qui est positionnée entre le bord libre (24) des moyens d'obturation (6) et au moins une portion radiale de l'extrémité axiale opposée (25) dudit élément tubulaire (22) qui est concentrique avec le manchon (17) caractérisée en ce que ledit élément tubulaire (22) qui est concentrique avec le manchon (17), dans la région de son extrémité (25) dirigée vers le bord libre (24) des moyens d'obturation (6), a une portion (27) de sa surface cylindrique interne munie d'une pluralité d'incisions (26) et en ce que ledit élément tubulaire (22) dans la région de son extrémité écartée du bord libre (24) des moyens d'obturation (6) comprend des moyens pour raccorder axialement ledit élément tubulaire (22) audit manchon (17) comprenant un bord circonférentiel (28) qui est aménagé sur le manchon (17) et un gradin (29) correspondant audit bord circonférentiel (28) qui est ménagé dans la paroi interne de l'élément tubulaire (22) dans la région de son extrémité (23).
  2. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les incisions (26) sont ménagées axialement.
  3. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit élément tubulaire (22), qui est concentrique avec le manchon (17), dans la région de son extrémité (25) dirigée vers le bord libre (24) des moyens d'obturation (6), a une portion (27) de sa surface cylindrique interne qui est élargie vers cette extrémité.
  4. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite surface cylindrique interne de l'élément tubulaire (22) est élargie selon un profil conique.
  5. Fermeture inviolable selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que ladite surface cylindrique interne de l'élément tubulaire (22) est élargie selon un profil arqué avec la convexité ou la concavité dirigée vers le côté interne de l'élément tubulaire.
  6. Fermeture inviolable selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps verseur (11) est d'une seule pièce avec le manchon (17).
  7. Fermeture inviolable selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit corps verseur (11) est raccordé au manchon (17) à l'aide de butées axiales (10a, 20a) et de butées radiales (10b, 20b) qui sont formées sur le manchon (17) et le corps verseur (11), respectivement, et qui sont engagés l'un avec l'autre.
