Abstract

L'invention concerne une fermeture inviolable, destinée à une bouteille qui comprend un col (3) prolongeant la bouteille (2) axialement le long de l'axe (X-X). Le col (3) présente une ouverture (4) à une extrémité libre; et la fermeture comprend un moyen de rendre inviolable (6, 7) l'ouverture (4) du col (3); et un manchon (15) disposé axialement le long de la surface extérieure du col (3) et muni d'un moyen de verrouillage axial (15E) et d'un moyen de verrouillage angulaire (17, 18) pouvant entrer en prise avec le col (3). Le manchon (15) se caractérise en ce qu'il présente une première et une seconde parties (15A, 15B) reliées l'une à l'autre par un moyen de liaison fragile (16). La première partie (15A) et la seconde partie (15B) du manchon (15) présentent des surfaces respectives (23, 24) en vis-à-vis, au moins l'une desdites surfaces de la première partie (15A) et de la seconde partie (15B) étant inclinée relativement à l'axe longitudinal (X-X) du col (3), si bien qu'un mouvement axial de la seconde partie (15B) vers cette ouverture ménagée dans ce col (3) entraîne la rupture dudit dispositif fragile (16), laquelle rupture est suivie d'un mouvement radial d'au moins une zone circonférentielle de la seconde partie (15B).
