Claims (7)

  1. Sicherheitsverschluss für eine Flasche, die insbesondere zur Aufnahme teurer Getränke geeignet ist,
    - wobei die Flasche (1) mit einem Hals (2) versehen ist, der sich axial entlang der Längsachse (X-X) der Flasche von ihrer Basis (3) erstreckt, mit der er mit dem Körper der Flasche verbunden ist;
    - wobei der Hals (2) mit einer Öffnung (4) in dem Bereich seines freien Endes (5) versehen ist;
    - wobei der Verschluss ein Stopfenmittel (6) für die Öffnung (4) des Halses (2) umfasst, wobei das Mittel über eine Gewindeverbindung (8, 9) mit der Außenfläche der Wand (10) eines Ausgusskörpers (11) verbunden ist;
    - wobei das Stopfenmittel (6) mit einem freien Kreisrand (24) versehen ist, der in Richtung des Körpers (1) der Flasche gerichtet ist;
    - eine Hülse (17), die axial entlang der Außenfläche des Halses (2) angeordnet und mit einem Mittel (18, 19), um deren axiale und winkelige Bewegung in Bezug auf die Außenfläche des Halses (2) zu verhindern, wie auch zumindest einem ringförmigen Flansch (20) versehen ist, der sich radial in der entgegengesetzten Richtung zu der Außenfläche des Halses (2) erstreckt;
    - wobei der Ausgusskörper (11) in einer Axialrichtung mit der Hülse (17) verbunden ist;
    - wie auch ein Rohrelement (22), das radial außerhalb in Bezug auf die Hülse (17) und konzentrisch damit angeordnet ist, wobei es sich axial im Wesentlichen von der Basis (3) des Halses (2) der Flasche so weit wie der Bereich des freien Randes (24) des Stopfenmittels (6) erstreckt; wobei der ringförmige Flansch (20) der Hülse mit zumindest einem Abschnitt ihrer radialen Ausdehnung versehen ist, der zwischen dem freien Rand (24) des Stopfenmittels (6) und zumindest einem radialen Abschnitt des gegenüberliegenden axialen Endes (25) des Rohrelementes (22) positioniert ist, das konzentrisch mit der Hülse (17) ausgebildet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohrelement (22), das konzentrisch mit der Hülse (17) ist, in dem Bereich seines Endes (25), das in Richtung des freien Randes (24) des Stopfenmittels (6) gerichtet ist, einen Abschnitt (27) seiner zylindrischen Innenfläche aufweist, der mit einer Mehrzahl von Einschnitten (26) versehen ist, und dass das Rohrelement (22) in dem Bereich seines Endes, das von dem freien Rand (24) des Stopfenmittels (6) weg gerichtet ist, ein Mittel zum axialen Verbinden des Rohrelementes (22) mit der Hülse (17) umfasst, das einen Umfangsrand (28), der an der Hülse (17) vorgesehen ist, und eine Stufe (29) umfasst, die dem Umfangsrand (28) entspricht und in der Innenwand des Rohrelementes (22) in dem Bereich seines Endes (23) vorgesehen ist.
  2. Sicherheitsverschluss nach Anspruch 1,
    wobei die Einschnitte (26) axial angeordnet sind.
  3. Sicherheitsverschluss nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rohrelement (22), das konzentrisch mit der Hülse (17) ist, in dem Bereich seines Endes (25), das in Richtung des freien Randes (24) des Stopfenmittels (6) gerichtet ist, einen Abschnitt (27) seiner zylindrischen Innenfläche besitzt, der sich in Richtung dieses Endes aufweitet.
  4. Sicherheitsverschluss nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische Innenfläche des Rohrelementes (22) gemäß einem konischen Profil aufgeweitet ist.
  5. Sicherheitsverschluss nach Anspruch 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zylindrische Innenfläche des Rohrelementes (22) gemäß einem Bogenprofil aufgeweitet ist, wobei die Konvexität oder die Konkavität in Richtung der Innenseite des Rohrelementes gerichtet ist.
  6. Sicherheitsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgusskörper (11) einteilig mit der Hülse (17) ist.
  7. Sicherheitsverschluss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgusskörper (11) mit der Hülse (17) mittels axialer Anschläge (10a, 20a) und radialer Anschläge (10b, 20b) verbunden ist, die an der Hülse (17) bzw. dem Ausgusskörper (11) geformt sind und die miteinander in Eingriff stehen.
