Abstract

Se describe un elemento de cierre para evidenciar una violación para una botella, el cual es particularmente apropiado para botellas que contienen bebidas de valor, la botella (1) está acondicionada con un cuello (2) el cual se extiende axialmente a lo largo del eje longitudinal (x-x) de la botella desde la base (3) del mismo, con la cual es conectado con el cuerpo de la botella; el cuello (2) está acondicionado con una abertura (4) en la región del extremo libre (5) del mismo; -el elemento de cierre comprende medios de taponamiento (6) para la abertura (4) del cuello (2), los medios están conectados por medio de una conexión roscada (8, 9) con la superficie exterior de la pared (10) de un cuerpo vertedor (11); el medio de taponamiento (6) está acondicionado con un borde circular libre (24) el cual está dirigido hacia el cuerpo (1) de la botella; un manguito (17) el cual está arreglado axialmente a lo largo de la superficie exterior del cuello (2) y el cual está acondicionado con medios (18, 19) para evitar el desplazamiento axial y angular del mismo con respecto a la superficie exterior del cuello (2) así como por lo menos un reborde anular (20) el cual se extiende radialmente en la dirección opuesta a la superficie exterior del cuello (2); el cuerpo vertedor (11) está conectado en una dirección axial con el manguito (17); así como un elemento tubular (22), el cual se encuentra radialmente externo con respecto al manguito (17) y concéntrico con el mismo, que se extiende axialmente sustancialmente desde la base (3) del cuello (2) de la botella hasta la región del borde libre (24) del medio de taponamiento (6). El reborde anular (20) del manguito está acondicionado con por lo menos una porción de la extensión radial del mismo que está posicionada entre el borde libre (24) del medio de taponamiento (6) y por lo menos una porción radial del extremo axial opuesto (25) del elemento tubular (22) la cual se encuentra concéntrico con el manguito (17).
