Abstract

Description

Stockspitze
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stockspitze, wie sie für Stöcke, deren dem Griff gegenüberliegendes Ende mit einer Spitze aus hartem Werk- stoff, z.B. Hartmetall oder Hartstoff (WIDIA-Spitze) , ausgestattet ist, verwendet werden kann.
Solche Stöcke können sein Rehabilitationsstöcke, Krückstöcke, Spa¬ zierstöcke, Gehstöcke, Stöcke zum Bergsteigen, Wanderstöcke, Jagd- stocke, Skistöcke, Langlaufstocke oder Stöcke für das Nordic Wal¬ king.
Stöcke mit Stockspitzen, deren aus hartem Werkstoff bestehender Teil vor- und zurückschiebbar ist, sind bekannt. Beispielsweise wird auf die DE 298 07 586 Ul, die AT 405 605 B (= DE 298 80 055 Ul) verwie¬ sen. Bei diesen bekannten Stockspitzen ist ein die Spitze aus hartem Werkstoff haltender Bauteil in einem hülsenförmigen Teil verschieb¬ bar geführt, wobei die vorgeschobene Stellung durch Verrasten fest¬ gelegt ist.
Bei den bekannten Ausführungsformen von Stockspitzen wird der die Spitze aus hartem Werkstoff haltende Teil durch eine in die Stoc¬ kspitze eingebaute Schraubenfeder in seihe vorgeschobene Stellung hin belastet.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, eine Stockspitze der eingangs genannten Gattung vorzustellen, bei der die Spitze aus hartem Werkstoff in beiden Lagen, also in der vorgeschobenen und in der zurückgezogenen Lage, arretiert werden kann.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß mit einer Stockspitze, welche die Merkmale des Anspruches 1 aufweist.
Bevorzugte und vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
Dank der erfindungsgemäßen Ausgestaltung einer Stockspitze ist diese so ausgebildet, dass der die Spitze aus hartem Werkstoff tragende
Teil der Stockspitze von der in der Stockspitze eingebauten Feder in die zurückgezogene, also die nicht wirksame Stellung belastet wird. So ist sichergestellt, dass die Spitze aus hartem Werkstoff nicht unerwünscht in ihre vorgeschobene, also über die Skistockspitze nach unten überstehenden Lage (Gebrauchslage) vorgeschoben werden kann, wenn sich die Arretierung unbeabsichtigt lösen sollte.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist die erfindungsgemäße Stockspitze in Ver¬ bindung mit Sportstöcken, die am unteren Ende, also im Bereich der Stockspitze, einen Fuß aus elastischem Werkstoff, wie Kunst- oder Naturgummi ("Gummi-Pad") tragen, wie dies beispielsweise bei Stöcken für das Nordic Walking üblich ist. Bei dieser Anwendung der erfin¬ dungsgemäßen Stockspitze kann für das Gehen in weichem Gelände die Stockspitze so eingestellt werden, dass ihre Spitze aus hartem Werkstoff über den Fuß aus gummielastischem Werkstoff übersteht oder so eingestellt werden, dass die Spitze aus hartem Werkstoff gegen- über dem Fuß zurückgezogen ist, wenn der Stock mit der erfindungs¬ gemäßen Stockspitze auf hartem Boden (Asphalt oder ähnl. ) benutzt wird anderseits.
Weitere Einzelheiten und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachstehenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsbeispiele der erfindungsgemäßen Stockspitze an Hand der Zeichnungen.
Es zeigt: Fig. 1 eine erste Ausführungsform in Ansicht, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt längs der Linie II-II in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 eine abgeänderte Ausführungsform in Ansicht und Fig. 4 einen Schnitt längs der Linie IV-IV in Fig. 3.
Eine erfindungsgemäße Stockspitze 2 besteht aus einem äußeren, hülsenförmig ausgebildeten Gehäuse 4, in dem ein Halter 6 für eine Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff (Hartmetall, Hartstoff, insbesondere WIDIA) eingesetzt ist. Der Halter 6 für die Spitze 8 ist relativ zum hülsenförmigen Teil 4 verschiebbar.
Zwischen einer nach innen vorspringenden Stufe 10 an der Innenseite des hülsenförmigen Gehäuses 4 und einer nach außen vorspringenden Stufe 12 am Außenumfang des Halters 6 ist eine Schraubenfeder 14 aufgenommen. Die Schraubenfeder 14 belastet das gegenüber dem Träger 6 verschiebbare Gehäuse 4 in der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Lage nach unten in Richtung auf die Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff hin. In dem Halter 6 für die Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff ist eine Aufnahmebohrung 16 für ein Stockrohr (nicht gezeigt) vorgesehen.
Am oberen Ende des Trägers 6 für die Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff ist ein Flansch 18 zum Befestigen (Aufschnappen) eines Skitellers 20 vorgesehen.
Am unteren, verjüngt ausgebildeten Ende 24 des Gehäuses 4 ist im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 2) ein asymmetrischer Fuß 22 (Gummi-Pad) vorgesehen, wie er für die unteren Enden von Stöcken für das Nordic Walking üblich ist. Der Fuß 22 aus gummielastischem natürlichen oder synthetischen Werkstoff ist über das untere Ende 24 des Gehäuses 4 (abnehmbar) aufgeschoben und hält dort primär durch Reibschluss.
In den Fig. 1 und 2 ist die erfindungsgemäße Stockspitze 2 in der Stellung gezeigt, in der die Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff unten über den Fuß 22 vorsteht. In dieser Stellung wird der Träger 6 entgegen der Kraft der Feder 14 durch Eingriff der Enden eines Querstiftes 26 in die nach oben abgebogenen Enden 32 von in der Wand des Gehäuses 4 vorgesehenen, im Wesentlichen C-förmigen Öffnungen 30 gehalten. Dabei ist zu beachten, dass die C-förmigen Öffnungen 30 einander im Gehäuse 4 diametral gegenüberliegen und zu dessen Achse 5 zentrisch symmetrisch zueinander ausgerichtet sind, d.h. die Schenkel 34, 36 der C-förmigen Öffnungen 30 mit ihren nach unten 38 bzw. nach oben weisenden Enden 32 sind bezüglich der Stege 40 dieser Öffnungen 30 in entgegengesetzte Richtungen ausgerichtet. So kann durch Verdrehen von Gehäuse 4 und Träger 6 zueinander die Arretie¬ rung gelöst und die erfindungsgemäße Stockspitze 2 so verstellt werden, dass der Träger 6 mit der Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff gegenüber dem hülsenförmigen Gehäuse 4 zurückgezogen ist und die Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff nicht über die untere Endfläche 23 eines am unteren Ende 24 des Gehäuses 4 angesetzten Fußes 22 über¬ steht.
Um zu verhindern, dass sich die Enden des Stiftes 26 unbeabsichtigt aus den Schenkeln 34 bzw. 36 der C-förmigen Ausnehmungen 30 bewegen, ist der Übergangsbereich zwischen den Schenkeln 34, 36 in den Steg 40 der Ausnehmungen 30 mit einer geringeren lichten Weite ausge- bildet als der Durchmesser des Stiftes 26, sodass das Verdrehen von hülsenförmigem Gehäuse 4 und Träger 6 relativ zueinander, um die Enden des Stiftes 26 aus dem Bereich eines der Schenkel 34, 36 der C-förmigen Ausnehmungen 30 in den Bereich des Steges 40 dieser Ausnehmungen 30 zu bewegen, nur mit Krafteinwirkung möglich ist, wobei der Werkstoff des Gehäuses 4 (elastisch) verformt wird, wenn die Enden des Stiftes 26 durch die Engstelle zwischen den Schenkeln 34, 36 und dem Steg 40 der Öffnungen 30 treten.
Von Vorteil ist dabei, dass bei der erfindungsgemäßen Stockspitze 2 das Stockrohr in den Träger 6 für die Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoffe eingreift, sodass sich die Stocklänge beim Verändern der Lage der
Spitze 8 relativ zum hülsenförmigen Gehäuse 4 nicht ändert, wenn die
Spitze 8 aus ihrer über den Fuß 22 vorstehenden Stellung in die gegenüber dem Fuß 22 zurückgezogene Stellung bewegt wird oder umge- kehrt.
Die in den Fig. 3 und 4 gezeigte Ausführungsform einer erfindungs¬ gemäßen Stockspitze 2 entspricht im Wesentlichen der in den Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigten Ausführungsform, wobei jedoch für das Befestigen des Tellers 20 am hülsenförmigen Gehäuse 4 von diesem radial nach außen abstehende Zapfen 40 angeformt sind, die einander diametral gegen¬ über liegen, sodass ein Stockteller mit einer bajonettverschluss¬ artigen Verriegelungsvorrichtung an der Stockspitze 2 festgelegt werden kann. Alternativ können bei der in den Fig. 3 und 4 gezeigten Ausführungsform auch Teller 20 festgelegt werden, wie sie in Fig. 1 und 2 gezeigt sind.
Zusammenfassend kann ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wie folgt beschrieben werden:
Eine Spitze 2 für Stöcke, insbesondere für Stöcke für den Winter¬ sport, vornehmlich Stöcke für das Nordic Walking, besteht aus einem hülsenförmigen Gehäuse 4, das relativ zu einem Träger 6 für die Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff axial verschiebbar ist. In dem Träger 6 für die Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff ist eine Aufnahmeöffnung 16 für das Stockrohr vorgesehen. Zwischen Schultern 10, 12 im hülsen¬ förmigen Gehäuse 4 und an dem Träger 6 ist eine Feder 14 einge¬ spannt, die das hülsenförmige Gehäuse 4 in seine gegenüber dem Träger 6 zurückgezogene Stellung belastet. Zum Arretieren der End- Stellungen (vorgeschobene Stellung und zurückgezogene Stellung) des Trägers 6 mit der Spitze 8 aus hartem Werkstoff ist eine Arretierung mit einem Stift 26, der in wenigstens eine C-förmige Öffnung 30 im hülsenförmigen Gehäuse 4 eingreift, vorgesehen.

Claims

Ansprüche :
1. Stockspitze (2) zum Befestigen am unteren Ende von Stöcken, insbesondere Stöcken für den Wintersport, mit einem Träger (6) für eine Spitze (8) aus hartem Werkstoff, dadurch gekennzeich¬ net, dass in dem Träger (6) eine Aufnahmeöffnung (16) für das Stockrohr vorgesehen' ist und dass ein den Träger (6) umgeben¬ des, hülsenförmiges Gehäuse (4) vorgesehen ist, das relativ zum Träger (6) verschiebbar ist.
2. Stockspitze nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (4) durch eine Feder (14) in seine dem die Spitze (8) aus hartem Werkstoff tragenden Ende des Trägers (6) angenäherte Stellung hin belastet ist.
3. Stockspitze nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (14) eine Schraubenfeder ist.
4. Stockspitze nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Feder (14) zwischen einer Schulter (10) an der Innen¬ seite des hülsenförrnigen Gehäuses (4) und einer Schulter (12) an der Außenseite des Trägers (6) eingespannt ist.
5. Stockspitze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass auf das untere Ende (24) des hülsenförmigen
Gehäuses (4) ein Fuß (22) aus gummielastischem Werkstoff aufge¬ setzt ist.
6. Stockspitze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, dass in dem Träger (6) ein quer zu dessen Achse (5) ausgerichteter Stift (26) eingesetzt ist, dem wenigstens eine C-förmige Ausnehmung (30) in der Wand des Gehäuses (4) zugeord¬ net ist.
7. Stockspitze nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Stift (26) einander diametral gegenüberliegende C-förmige Öff¬ nungen (30) in der Wand des Gehäuses (4) zugeordnet sind.
8. Stockspitze nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stift (26) mit seinen Enden durch Relativverdrehen von Gehäuse (4) und Träger (6) gegeneinander aus einer Raststel¬ lung, in der er in einem Ende (32, 38) der C-förmigen Ausneh¬ mung (30) aufgenommen ist, in den Bereich des Steges (40) der C-förmigen Ausnehmung zum Relativverschieben von Gehäuse (4) und Träger (6) in Richtung der Achse (5) verbringbar ist.
9. Stockspitze nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, dass zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegende, be¬ züglich der Achse (5) der Stockspitze (2) zentrisch symmetri- sehe C-förmige Ausnehmungen (30) in der Wand des Gehäuses (4) vorgesehen sind.
10. Stockspitze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, dass am Träger (6) eine Anordnung zum Festlegen eines Skitellers (20) vorgesehen ist.
11. Stockspitze nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, dass an der Wand des Gehäuses (4) außen eine Vor¬ richtung (40) zum Festlegen eines Skitellers vorgesehen ist.
12. Stockspitze nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, dass der Übergang zwischen den Schenkeln (34, 36) der C-förmigen Öffnungen (30) in den Steg (40) der Öffnungen (30) eine kleinere lichte Weite aufweist als der Durchmesser der Enden des Stiftes (26), der in den Träger (4) für den Stift (8) aus hartem Werkstoff eingesetzt ist.
