Abstract
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyurethanen mit einer Asker C-Härte von 1 bis 70 durch Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanaten mit (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktive Verbindungen (b1) Monole mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 g/mol und 6000 g/mol auf der Basis von Monoalkoholen mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, die mit Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid alkoxyliert sind, einsetzt.

Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyurethanen, bevorzugt Poly¬ urethanelastomeren, besonders bevorzugt kompakte Polyurethanelastomeren, mit einer Asker C-Härte von 1 bis 70, bevorzugt 5 bis 25, wobei die Polyurethane bevor¬ zugt keine üblichen Weichmacher enthalten, durch Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanaten mit (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen. Des weiteren bezieht sich die Er- findung auf derart erhältliche Polyurethane mit einer Asker C-Härte von 1 bis 70, be¬ vorzugt 5 bis 25, sowie Produkte, insbesondere Formteile für Schuhe, Fahrradsattel oder Formteile für die Orthopädietechnik enthaltend diese erfindungsgemäßen Poly¬ urethane.
Polyisocyanat-Polyadditionsprodukte, z.B. Polyurethane, die gegebenenfalls Polyiso- cyanurat- und/oder Polyhamstoffstrukturen aufweisen können, sind allgemein bekannt.
Bei der Herstellung von weichelastischen Formteilen mit einer Asker C-Härte von klei¬ ner 70, z.B. für Einlegesohlen oder als weiche Computertastaturen sind Polyurethane bekannt, die flüssige Weichmacher enthalten. Die Weichmacher werden dabei übli¬ cherweise sowohl zur Einstellung der gewünschten Härte als auch als Verdünnungs¬ mittel für die im allgemeinen hochviskosen Polyesterpolyole benötigt. Der Einsatz von Weichmachern ist allerdings aufgrund ihrer Migrationseigenschaften unerwünscht. Zu¬ dem weisen die bekannten Lösungen den Nachteil auf, dass die Formteile zu einer großen Oberflächenklebrigkeit neigen, insbesondere bei Reaktionssystemen, die eine längere Reaktionszeit zur Aushärtung benötigen.
Die DE-A 101 38 132 offenbart die Herstellung von Polyurethangelen, die unter Ver¬ wendung von Fettsäureverbindungen mit mindestens 2 Hydroxylgruppen sowie gege- benenfalls kurzkettigen alkoxylierten Fettsäuren hergestellt werden.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung war es, Verfahren zur Herstellung von Poly¬ urethanen, bevorzugt eines Polyurethangels mit einer Asker C-Härte von 1 bis 70, be¬ vorzugt 5 bis 25, wobei die Polyurethane bevorzugt keine üblichen Weichmacher ent- halten, zu entwickeln, das nur leicht klebt, fast geruchsfrei ist, bei dem die Weichheit ohne Einsatz von Weichmachern erreicht werden kann, eine angenehme Haptik („touch") aufweist, abwaschbar ist und als Klebestreifen („pressure sensitve adhesive") leicht vom Substrat entfernbar ist.
Diese Aufgabe konnte dadurch gelöst werden, dass man als (b) gegenüber Iso¬ cyanaten reaktive Verbindungen (b1) Monole mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 g/mol und 6000 g/mol, bevorzugt zwischen 1900 g/mol und 4000 g/mol auf der
Basis von Monoalkoholen mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, bevorzugt drei bis fünf Koh¬ lenstoffatomen, die mit Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid, bevorzugt Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid alkoxyliert sind, einsetzt.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Polyole (b1) können durch allgemein bekannte Alkoxylierung von allgemein bekannten, monofunktionellen Startsubstanzen hergestellt werden, bei¬ spielsweise durch basisch katalysierte Anlagerung von niederen Alkylenoxiden, insbe¬ sondere Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid. Als Startsubstanzen kommen beispielwei¬ se Monoalkohole in Betracht, bevorzugt Ethanol, 1-Propanol, 2-Propanol, Butan-1-oI (1-Butanol), Butan-2-ol, Pentan-1-ol, Pentan-2-ol, Pentan-3-ol, Hexan-1-ol, besonders bevorzugt Butan-1-ol (1-Butanol).
Das Gewichtsverhältnis von Ethylenoxid zu Propylenoxid kann bei dem Monool (b1 ) bevorzugt zwischen 20 : 80 bis 80 : 20, besonders bevorzugt zwischen 40 : 60 bis 60 : 40 betragen, wobei die verschiedenen Alkylenoxide blockweise und/oder statis¬ tisch angeordnet sein können.
Besonders bevorzugt basiert (b1) auf Butan-1-ol, das mit Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid bevorzugt statistisch alkoxyliert ist.
Die erfindungsgemäßen Polyurethangele können bevorzugt Verwendung finden in weichmacherfreien Bauteilen wie Mouse Pads, Fahrradsatteln, Einlegesohlen, diversen Henkel oder Griffe.
Neben den genannten Anwendungsgebieten eignen sich die erfindungsgemäßen Polyurethane auch zur Herstellung von elastischen Computertastaturen oder Gebrauchsgegenstände ähnlicher Art sowie im Bereichen der Intensivmedizin, z.B. zur Herstellung besonderer Liegen, oder der Fahrzeugtechnik wo sehr weich-elastische Formteile benötigt werden. Besonders bevorzugt sind Formteile dieser geringen Härte für Anwendungen im Schuh- und Orthopädiebereich. So lassen sich unter Verwendung des weichelastischen PUR-Gießharzsystems sehr weiche bis gelartige Einlegesohlen herstellen, die sich durch besonders günstige Trageeigenschaften auszeichnen. In der Orthopädietechnik erweist sich eine neue Eigenschaft des erfindungsgemäßen PUR- Gießharzsystems als besonders vorteilhaft. So besitzt das ausgehärtete neue System bzw. die gefertigten Formteile unter Druckbelastung Gaslöseeigenschaften. So können mit den erfindungsgemäßen Polyurethanen sehr weichen bis gelartigen Einlegesohlen hergestellt werden, wobei die Ausgangskomponenten zur Herstellung der Polyurethane mit (e) Gas, z.B. Luft oder Stickstoff beladen werden können. Diese Beladung mit Luft kann nach allgemein bekannten Verfahren mittel üblicher Maschinen, beispielsweise Hochdruckmaschinen erfolgen. Durch Einsatz einer solchen mit Mikroblasen versehe¬ nen Sohle im Schuh erhält man nach einer gewissen Tragezeit ein Abbild der Druckbe¬ lastung und Druckverteilung, da sich im Bereich der Druckbelastung das Gas in den
Mikrobläschen löst und die Sohle an diesen Stellen durchscheinender bis klar wird. Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt sind entsprechend auch die erfindungsgemäßen Poly¬ urethane, insbesondere Schuhteile und insbesondere Schuhsohlen, die in dem Poly¬ urethan Gasblasen, bevorzugt Luftblasen, mit einem Durchmesser von 5 bis 500 mm aufweisen. Bevorzugt sind erfindungsgemäß Polyurethane, die eine kompakte Struktur aufweisen oder aufgrund der Beladung mit Gasen Gasbläschen mit dem angegebenen Durchmesser, besonders bevorzugt kompakte Polyurethane.
Diese Produkte, insbesondere Fahrradsattel, Formteile für den Schuh- und Orthopä- diebereich enthaltend die erfindungsgemäßen Polyurethane sind somit ebenfalls Ge¬ genstand der vorliegenden Erfindung.
Besonders bevorzugt sind außerdem Klebelemente, insbesondere Klebstreifen („pres¬ sure sensitve adhesive") enthaltend die erfindungsgemäßen Polyurethane.
Die Herstellung der erfindungsgemäßen Polyurethane kann nach allgemein bekannten Verfahren erfolgen, insbesondere Verfahren, die für Gießharzsysteme bekannt sind, beispielsweise durch Vermischung der Ausgangskomponenten und Aushärtung des Reaktionsgemisches in entsprechenden Formen. Die Verarbeitung zum Formteil kann im einfachsten Fall durch Handvermischung der Komponenten erfolgen. Bevorzugt ist jedoch eine maschinelle Verarbeitung, die sowohl über eine Niederdruck-Poly-urethan- verarbeitungsmaschine als auch über eine Hochdruck-Polyurethanverarbeitungs¬ maschine erfolgen kann. Unter letztgenannten Verarbeitungsbedingungen sind die erfindungsgemäßen Ausgangskomponenten bis zu Komponententemperaturen von 900C und Drücken bis zu 200 bar problemlos verarbeitbar.
Die Herstellung von Polyurethanen üblicherweise auf der Basis von (a) Isocyanaten und (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktiven Verbindungen sowie gegebenenfalls (c) Ka¬ talysatoren, (d) Treibmitteln, (e) Gasen und/der (f) Hilfsmitteln ist allgemein bekannt und vielfältig beschrieben.
Zu den Ausgangskomponenten ist im einzelnen folgendes zu sagen:
Als (a) Isocyanate, bevorzugt organische Di- und/oder Polyisocyanate kommen die an sich bekannten aliphatischen, cycloaliphatischen, araliphatischen und vorzugsweise aromatischen mehrwertigen Isocyanate in Frage. Im einzelnen seien beispielhaft ge¬ nannt: Alkylendiisocyanate mit 4 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen im Alkylenrest, wie 1,12- Dodecan-diisocyanat, 2-Ethyl-tetramethylen-diisocyanat-1 ,4, 2-Methyl-pentamethylen- diisocyanat-1 ,5, Tetramethylen-diisocyanat-1 ,4 und vorzugsweise Hexamethylen- diisocyanat-1 ,6; cycloaliphatische Diisocyanate, wie Cyclohexan-1 ,3- und -1 ,4-diiso- cyanat sowie beliebige Gemische dieser Isomeren, 1-lsocyanato-3,3,5-trimethyl-5- isocyanatomethyl-cyclohexan (Isophoron-diisocyanat), 2,4- und 2,6-Hexahydrotoluylen-
diisocyanat sowie die entsprechenden Isomerengemische, 4,4'-, 2,2'- und 2,4'-Dicyclo- hexylmethan-diisocyanat sowie die entsprechenden Isomerengemische, und vorzugs¬ weise aromatische Di- und Polyisocyanate, wie z.B. 2,4- und 2,6-ToIuylen-diisocyanat und die entsprechenden Isomerengemische, 4,4'-, 2,4'- und 2,2'-Diphenylmethan- diisocyanat und die entsprechenden Isomerengemische, Mischungen aus 4,4'- und 2,4'-Diphenylmethan-diisocyanaten, Polyphenyl-polymethylen-polyisocyanate, Mi¬ schungen aus 4,4'-, 2,4'- und 2,2'-Diphenylmethan-diisocyanaten und Polyphenylpoly- methylen-polyisocyanaten (Roh-MDI) und Mischungen aus Roh-MDI und Toluylen- diisocyanaten. Die organischen Di- und Polyisocyanate können einzeln oder in Form ihrer Mischungen eingesetzt werden. Häufig werden auch sogenannte modifizierte mehrwertige Isocyanate, d.h. Produkte, die durch chemische Umsetzung organischer Di- und/oder Polyisocyanate erhalten werden, verwendet. Beispielhaft genannt seien Ester-, Harnstoff-, Biuret-, Allophanat-, Carbodiimid-, Isocyanurat-, Uretdion- und/oder Urethangruppen enthaltende Di- und/oder Polyisocyanate. Im einzelnen kommen bei- spielsweise in Betracht: Urethangruppen enthaltende organische, vorzugsweise aro¬ matische Polyisocyanate mit NCO-Gehalten von 33,6 bis 15 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 31 bis 21 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht, beispielsweise mit nieder¬ molekularen Diolen, Triolen, Dialkylenglykolen, Trialkylenglykolen oder Polyoxyalky- lenglykolen mit Molekulargewichten bis 6000, insbesondere mit Molekulargewichten bis 1500, modifiziertes 4,4'-Diphenylmethan-diisocyanat, modifizierte 4,4'- und 2,4'-Di- phenylmethan-diisocyanatmischungen, oder modifiziertes Roh-MDI oder 2,4- bzw. 2,6- Toluylen-diisocyanat, wobei als Di- bzw. Polyoxyalkylenglykole, die einzeln oder als Gemische eingesetzt werden können, beispielsweise genannt seien: Diethylen-, Dipro- pylenglykol, Polyoxyethylen-, Polyoxypropylen- und Polyoxypropylen-polyoxyethylen- glykole, -triole und/oder -tetrole. Geeignet sind auch NCO-Gruppen enthaltende Pre- polymere mit NCO-Gehalten von 25 bis 3,5 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 21 bis 14 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht, hergestellt aus den nachfolgend be¬ schriebenen Polyester- und/oder vorzugsweise Polyetherpolyolen und 4,4'-Di- phenylmethan-diisocyanat, Mischungen aus 2,4'- und 4,4'-Diphenylmethan-diiso- cyanat, 2,4- und/oder 2,6-Toluylen-diisocyanaten oder Roh-MDI. Bewährt haben sich femer flüssige, Carbodiimidgruppen und/oder Isocyanuratringe enthaltende Polyiso¬ cyanate mit NCO-Gehalten von 33,6 bis 15, vorzugsweise 31 bis 21 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht, z.B. auf Basis von 4,4'-, 2,4'- und/oder 2,2'-Diphenylmethan- diisocyanat und/oder 2,4- und/oder 2,6-Toluylen-diisocyanat. Die modifizierten Polyiso- cyanate können miteinander oder mit unmodifizierten organischen Polyisocyanaten wie z.B. 2,4'-, 4,4'-Diphenyl-methan-diisocyanat, Roh-MDI, 2,4- und/oder 2,6-Toluylen- diisocyanat gegebenenfalls gemischt werden. Besonders bewährt haben sich als orga¬ nische Polyisocyanate und kommen daher vorzugsweise zur Anwendung: Mischungen aus Toluylen-diisocyanaten und Roh-MDI oder Mischungen aus modifizierten Urethan- gruppen enthaltenden organischen Polyisocyanaten, insbesondere solche auf Basis von Toluylen-diisocyanaten, 4,4'-Diphenylmethan-diisocyanat, Diphenylmethan- diisocyanat-lsomerengemischen oder Roh-MDI und insbesondere Roh-MDI mit einem
Diphenylmethan-diisocyanat-lsomerengehalt von 30 bis 80 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise von 30 bis 55 Gew.-%. Bevorzugt setzt man als (a) Isocyanate ein urethanmodifiziertes isocyanat mit einem NCO-Gehalt von kleiner 15 % ein, besonders bevorzugt ein ure¬ thanmodifiziertes Isocyanat, das das Umsetzungsprodukt eines Isocyanats mit einem Polyetherdiol mit einem Molekulargewicht von mindestens 1000 g/mol, bevorzugt 2000 bis 6000 g/mol ist, besonders bevorzugt mit einem Gemisch aus einem difunktionellen Polyetherpolyol auf Basis Propylenglykol, Propylenoxid und Ethylenoxid mit einem Mo¬ lekulargewicht größer 2000 g/mol und einem Polypropyienglykol mit einem Molekular¬ gewicht größer 1000 g/mol.
Besonders bevorzugt setzt man als Isocyanat (a) ein Isocyanatgruppen aufweisendes Prepolymer ein, das basiert auf der Umsetzung von Isocyanaten, bevorzugt Diisocya- naten mit Monolen (b1i) mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 g/mol und 6000 g/mol, bevorzugt 1900 g/mol bis 5000 g/mol, besonders bevorzugt 3000 g/mol bis 4500 g/mol auf der Basis von Monoalkoholen mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, die mit Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid alkoxyliert sind. Insbesondere bevorzugt basiert das Isocyanatgruppen aufweisende Prepolymer auf der Umsetzung von Isocyanaten, bevorzugt Diisocyanaten mit Monolen (b1i) mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 g/mol und 6000 g/mol, bevorzugt 1900 g/mol bis 5000 g/mol, besonders bevor- zugt 3000 g/mol bis 4500 g/mol auf der Basis von Monoalkoholen mit 2 bis 6 Kohlen¬ stoffatomen, die mit Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid alkoxyliert sind, sowie zusätz¬ lich zu (b1i) mindestens einer gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktive Verbindung (bi), bevor¬ zugt Polyetheralkohol, die eine Funktionalität gegenüber Isocyanaten von mindestens zwei, bevorzugt 2 bis 4, besonders bevorzugt 2 oder 3, insbesondere 2 und ein MoIe- kulargewicht zwischen 1500 und 8000 g/mol aufweist. Dabei beträgt der Gewichtsanteil von (b1i) an dem Gesamtgewicht von (bi) inklusive (b1i) zwischen 10 Gew.-% und 80 Gew.-%. Als (b1i) können die eingangs dargestellten Verbindungen (b1) eingesetzt werden. Als Verbindungen (bi) können die in dieser Schrift beschriebenen Verbindun¬ gen (b) eingesetzt werden. Die Unterscheidung in der Kennzeichnung zwischen (b1i) und (b1) bzw. zwischen (b) und (bi) erfolgt lediglich mit dem Zweck, die bevorzugten Mengenangaben der Komponenten (b1) bzw. (b) auf die Polyolkomponente (b) bzw. die Isocyanatkomponente (a) getrennt zu beziehen.
Zusätzlich zu den erfindungsgemäßen Monolen (b1) können als gegenüber Isocyana- ten reaktive Verbindungen (b) solche mit mindestens zwei reaktiven Wasserstoffato¬ men, zweckmäßigerweise solche mit einer Funktionalität von 2 bis 8, vorzugsweise 2 bis 6 und einem Molekulargewicht von 500 bis 9000 g/mol, verwendet werden. Bewährt haben sich z.B. Polyether-polyamine und/oder vorzugsweise Polyole ausgewählt aus der Gruppe der Polyether-polyole, Polyester-polyole, Polythioether-polyole, hydro- xylgruppenhaltigen Polyesteramide, hydroxylgruppenhaltigen Polyacetale und hydro- xylgruppenhaltigen aliphatischen Polycarbonate oder Mischungen aus mindestens zwei der genannten Polyole. Vorzugsweise Anwendung finden Polyester-polyole
und/oder Polyether-polyole. Die Polyetherole werden zumeist durch basisch katalysier¬ te Anlagerung von niederen Alkylenoxiden, insbesondere Ethylenoxid und/oder Propy- lenoxid, an 2 bis 8-funktionelle, insbesondere 2- bis 6-funktionelle Startsubstanzen, hergestellt. Geeignete Polyesterpolyole können beispielsweise aus organischen Dicar- bonsäuren mit 2 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise aliphatischen Dicarbonsäu¬ ren mit 4 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen und mehrwertigen Alkoholen, vorzugsweise Diolen mit 2 bis 12 Kohlenstoffatomen, vorzugsweise 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen hergestellt werden. Als Dicarbonsäuren kommen beispielsweise in Betracht: Bernsteinsäure, GIu- tarsäure, Adipinsäure, Korksäure, Azelainsäure, Sebacinsäure, Decandicarbonsäure, Maleinsäure, Fumarsäure, Phthalsäure, Isophthalsäure und Terephthalsäure. Die Di¬ carbonsäuren können dabei sowohl einzeln als auch im Gemisch untereinander ver¬ wendet werden. Anstelle der freien Dicarbonsäuren können auch die entsprechenden Dicarbonsäurederivate, wie z.B. Dicarbonsäure-mono- und -diester von Alkoholen mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen oder Dicarbonsäureanhydride eingesetzt werden. Vorzugs- weise verwendet werden Dicarbonsäuregemische aus Bernstein-, Glutar- und Adipin¬ säure in Mengenverhältnissen von beispielsweise 20 bis 35 : 35 bis 50 : 20 bis 32 Gew.-Teilen, und insbesondere Adipinsäure. Beispiele für zwei- und mehrwertige Alkohole, insbesondere Alkandiole und Dialkylenglykole sind: Ethandiol, Diethylengly- kol, 1,2- bzw. 1 ,3-Propandiol, Dipropylenglykol, 1 ,4-Butandiol, 1,5-Pentandiol, 1,6- Hexandiol, 1 ,10-Decandiol, Glycerin und Trimethylolpropan. Vorzugsweise verwendet werden Ethandiol, Diethylenglykol, 1 ,4-Butandiol, 1,5-Pentandiol, 1 ,6-Hexandiol oder Mischungen aus mindestens zwei der genannten Diole, insbesondere Mischungen aus 1 ,4-Butandiol, 1 ,5-Pentandiol und 1 ,6-Hexandiol. Eingesetzt werden können ferner Polyester-polyole aus Lactonen, z.B. e-Caprolacton oder Hydroxycarbonsäuren, z.B. w-Hydroxycapronsäure. Die Polyesterpolyole besitzen vorzugsweise eine Funktionali¬ tät von 2 bis 4, insbesondere 2 bis 3 und ein Molekulargewicht von 500 bis 3000, vor¬ zugsweise 1200 bis 3000 und insbesondere 1800 bis 2500 g/mol. Die in dieser Schrift angegebenen Molekulargewichte stellen die zahlenmittlere Molekulargewichte in [g/mol] dar. Bevorzugt setzt man zusätzlich zu (b1) mindestens eine gegenüber Isocy- anaten reaktive Verbindung (b), bevorzugt einen Polyetheralkohol ein, die eine Funkti¬ onalität gegenüber Isocyanaten von mindestens zwei, bevorzugt 2 bis 4, besonders bevorzugt 2 oder 3, insbesondere 2 und ein Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 und 8000 g/mol, bevorzugt zwischen 1900 g/mol und 4000 g/mol aufweist. Dabei beträgt der Gewichtsanteil von (b1) an dem Gesamtgewicht von (b) inklusive (b1) bevorzugt zwischen 10 Gew.-% und 80 Gew.-%.
Als (b) können des weiteren Diole und/oder Triole mit Molekulargewichten kleiner als 499 g/mol, vorzugsweise von 60 bis 300 g/mol, verwendet werden. In Betracht kom¬ men beispielsweise aliphatische, cycloaliphatische und/oder araliphatische Diole mit 2 bis 14, vorzugsweise 4 bis 10 Kohlenstoffatomen, wie z.B. Ethylenglykol, Propandiol- 1 ,3, Decandiol-1 ,10, o-, m-, p-Dihydroxycyclohexan, Diethylenglykol, Dipropylenglykol und vorzugsweise Butandiol-1 ,4, Hexandiol-1 ,6 und Bis-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-hydrochinon,
Triole, wie 1,2,4-, 1,3,5-Trihydroxy-cyclohexan, Glycerin und Trimethylolpropan und niedermolekulare hydroxylgruppenhaltige Polyalkylenoxide auf Basis Ethylen- und/oder 1 ,2-Propylenoxid und den vorgenannten Diolen und/oder Triolen als Startermoleküle.
Als Katalysatoren (c) zur Herstellung der Polyurethane können insbesondere Verbin¬ dungen verwendet werden, die die Reaktion der reaktive Wasserstoffatome, insbeson¬ dere Hydroxylgruppen, enthaltenden Verbindungen und gegebenenfalls mit den orga¬ nischen, gegebenenfalls modifizierten Polyisocyanaten stark beschleunigen. In Be¬ tracht kommen organische Metallverbindungen, vorzugsweise organische Zinnverbin- düngen, wie Zinn-(ll)-salze von organischen Carbonsäuren, z.B. Zinn-(ll)-acetat, Zinn- (ll)-octoat, Zinn-(ll)- ethylhexoat und Zinn-(ll)-laurat und die Dialkylzinn-(IV)-salze von organischen Carbonsäuren, z.B. Dibutyl-zinndiacetat, Dibutylzinndilaurat, Dibutylzinn- maleat und Dioctylzinn-diacetat. Die organischen Metallverbindungen werden allein oder vorzugsweise in Kombination mit stark basischen Aminen eingesetzt. Genannt seien beispielsweise Amidine, wie 2,3-Dimethyl-3,4,5,6-tetrahydropyrimidin, tertiäre Amine, wie Triethylamin, Tributylamin, Dimethylbenzylamin, N-Methyl-, N-Ethyl-, N-Cyclohexylmorpholin, N,N,N',N'-Tetramethylethylendiamin, N,N,N',N'-Tetramethyl- butandiamin, N,N,N',N'-Tetramethyl-hexandiamin-1 ,6, Pentamethyl-diethylentriamin, Tetramethyl-diarninoethylether, Bis-(dimethylaminopropyl)-hamstoff, Dimethylpiperazin, 1 ,2-Dimethyl-imidazol, 1-Aza-bicyclo-(3,3,0)-octan und vorzugsweise 1 ,4-Diaza-bi- cyclo-(2,2,2)-octan, und Alkanolaminverbindungen, wie Triethanolamin, Triisopropano- lamin, N-Methyl- und N-Ethyl-diethanolamin und Dimethylethanolamin. Als Katalysato¬ ren kommen ferner in Betracht: Tris-(dialkylaminoalkyl)-s-hexahydrotriazine, insbeson¬ dere Tris-(N,N-dimethylaminopropyl)-s-hexahydrotriazin, Tetraalkylammoniumhydroxi- de, wie Tetramethylammoniumhydroxid, Alkalihydroxide, wie Natriumhydroxid und Al- kalialkoholate, wie Natriummethylat und Kaliumisopropylat, sowie Alkalisalze von lang- kettigen Fettsäuren mit 10 bis 20 C-Atomen und gegebenenfalls seitenständigen OH- Gruppen. Vorzugsweise verwendet werden 0,001 bis 5 Gew.-%, insbesondere 0,05 bis 2 Gew.-%, Katalysator bzw. Katalysatorkombination, bezogen auf das Gewicht der Polyolkomponente.
Als Treibmittel (d) für die verwendeten Polyurethan-Systeme können die zur Herstel¬ lung von Polyurethanschaumstoffen üblichen Treibmittel eingesetzt werden, beispiels¬ weise halogenierte Alkane. Vorteilhafterweise werden als physikalische Treibmittel niedrigsiedende aliphatische Kohlenwasserstoffe, vorzugsweise Cyclopentan, n-Pen- tan und/oder iso-Pentan, insbesondere n-Pentan verwendet. Es ist vorteilhaft, die aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffe gemeinsam mit Wasser als Treibmittel einzusetzen. Die eingesetzte Menge an aliphatischen Kohlenwasserstoffen beträgt z.B. 2 bis 25 Gew.-%, vorzugsweise 10 bis 13 Gew.-%, bezogen auf die Polyolkomponente. Der Anteil des Wassers richtet sich nach den angestrebten Eigenschaften des Polyure¬ thans. Bevorzugt wird kein Treibmittel eingesetzt.
Dem Polyurethansystem können gegebenenfalls auch noch Hilfsmittel (f) einverleibt werden. Genannt seien beispielsweise oberflächenaktive Substanzen, Zellregler, Füll¬ stoffe, Farbstoffe, Pigmente, Flammschutzmittel, Hydrolyseschutzmittel, fungistatische und bakteriostatisch wirkende Substanzen.
Die Erfindung soll an nachstehenden Beispielen näher erläutert werden:

Monool 1: Polyetherol mit Molekulargerwicht 2000 g/mol auf der Basis Butan-1-ol Ethy- lenoxid und Propylenoxid im Verhältnis 1:1 mit statistischer Verteilung; Monool 2: Polyetherol mit Molekulargerwicht 3850 g/mol auf der Basis Butan-1-ol Ethy- lenoxid und Propylenoxid im Verhältnis 1:1 mit statistischer Verteilung
Das Produkt wies die eingangs dargestellten Vorteile auf (leicht klebend, fast geruchs¬ frei, Weichheit ohne Einsatz von Weichmachern, angenehme Haptik („touch"), ab¬ waschbar und als Klebestreifen („pressure sensitve adhesive") leicht vom Substrat ent- fernbar) hat eine Asker C Härte von ca. 5-10, besitzt eine hohe Dehnung (250 %), ist reversibel verformbar und klebt auf Substraten unterschiedlichster Natur (z.B. Holz, Glas, Metalle, die meisten Kunststoffe), von denen es sich ohne Zerstörung wieder abziehen lässt. Die Zugfestigkeit beträgt 0,06 N/mm2, die Weiterreißfestigkeit 0,13 N/mm2.
Claims
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Polyurethanen mit einer Asker C-Härte von 1 bis 70 durch Umsetzung von (a) Isocyanaten mit (b) gegenüber Isocyanaten reakti- ven Verbindungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als (b) gegenüber Isocy¬ anaten reaktive Verbindungen (b1) Monole mit einem Molekulargewicht zwi¬ schen 1500 g/mol und 6000 g/mol auf der Basis von Monoalkoholen mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, die mit Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid alkoxyliert sind, einsetzt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gewichtsver¬ hältnis von Ethylenoxid zu Propylenoxid zwischen 20 : 80 bis 80 : 20 beträgt, wobei die verschiedenen Alkylenoxide blockweise und/oder statistisch angeord¬ net sein können.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass (b1 ) auf Butan-1 -ol basiert, das mit Ethylenoxid und Propylenoxid alkoxyliert ist.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zusätzlich zu (b1) mindestens eine gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktive Verbindung (b) einsetzt, die eine Funktionalität gegenüber Isocyanaten von mindestens zwei und ein Mo¬ lekulargewicht zwischen 1500 und 8000 g/mol aufweist.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewichtsanteil von (b1) an dem Gesamtgewicht von (b) inklusive (b1) zwischen 10 Gew.-% und
80 Gew.-% beträgt.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man als Isocyanat (a) ein Isocyanatgruppen aufweisendes Prepoiymer einsetzt, das basiert auf der Umsetzung von Isocyanaten, bevorzugt Diisocyanaten mit Monolen (b1i) mit ei¬ nem Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 g/mol und 6000 g/mol auf der Basis von Monoalkoholen mit 2 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen, die mit Ethylenoxid und/oder Pro¬ pylenoxid alkoxyliert sind.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Isocyanatgrup¬ pen aufweisende Prepoiymer basiert auf der Umsetzung von Isocyanaten, be¬ vorzugt Diisocyanaten mit Monolen (b1i) mit einem Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 g/mol und 6000 g/mol auf der Basis von Monoalkoholen mit 2 bis 6 Kohlen¬ stoffatomen, die mit Ethylenoxid und/oder Propylenoxid alkoxyliert sind, sowie zusätzlich zu (b1 i) mindestens einer gegenüber Isocyanaten reaktive Verbindung
(bi), die eine Funktionalität gegenüber Isocyanaten von mindestens zwei und ein Molekulargewicht zwischen 1500 und 8000 g/mol aufweist.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gewichtsanteil von (b1i) an dem Gesamtgewicht von (bi) inklusive (b1i) zwischen 10 Gew.-% und 80 Gew.-% beträgt.
9. Polyurethane erhältlich durch ein Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
