Abstract

The system (10) has two hauling ropes (46) deflected at two deviating points that are fixed by a telescopic vertical support (14). An outwardly sticking out and equally radially spaced cross-beam (16) is attached to the support in an area of upper ends, and a deviating point is provided at free ends of the cross beam for one of the ropes. Deviating devices are provided in areas of transverse support-fixing points of transverse supports at the vertical support, such that the ropes are guided downward vertically from deviating points parallel to the transverse and vertical supports.

Description

The invention relates to a catapult system with a mounted on two pull ropes person carrying device for a user, wherein at least one telescopic or dismountable vertical support is attached to a base element, the train are deflected at two deflection points defined by the vertical support, wherein the person carrying device by forces in the tension cables after above is whippable.

Such catapult systems are known and widely used in various designs. They serve as attractions for the public, especially at festive or event events.

For example, in the WO 99/47221 a generic catapult system is described, in which the person carrying device is designed as a spherical housing. The two traction cables are guided to the tips of two vertical supports and deflected there. A disadvantage of this design is the considerable assembly and disassembly effort for the erection of the two vertical supports. As a result, the construction and dismantling of this catapult system takes a long time and is expensive because of the required staffing. In addition, fixing points for necessary guy ropes in the ground are necessary, which sometimes entail extensive earthworks or impairments of the surface. After all, only one or two users can be transported at the same time. Such devices are also available on mobile platforms.

Proceeding from this, the present invention seeks to provide a quick-to-install and dismantled rope catapult system with more intensive usability, which requires no additional structural aids and thus with little staff and in a short time up and is degradable.

According to the invention, this object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1.

Insbesondere umfasst die Katapultanlage folgende Merkmale:

  • an der Vertikalstütze sind im Bereich des oberen Endes mindestens 3 nach außen abstehende, am Umfang gleichmäßig radial beabstandete Querträger angebracht, an deren freien Enden sich jeweils ein Umlenkpunkt für ein Zugseil befindet;
In particular, the catapult system comprises the following features:
  • at the vertical support at least 3 outwardly projecting, circumferentially uniformly radially spaced cross member are mounted in the region of the upper end, at their free ends in each case a deflection point for a pull rope is;
  • In the region of the cross member attachment points of the cross member on the vertical support deflecting means are provided so that the traction cables are guided by the deflection points parallel to the cross member and then parallel to the vertical support to vertical downward.

This arrangement ensures a compact and quickly erectable device, which also allows 3 to 4 people at the same time the use.

Preferably, the vertical support on a vertically above the cross-beam attachment points preferably hydraulically extendable spreader, at the upper end holding means are mounted for holding the cross member. This arrangement allows a very easy unfolding and folding of the cross supports to bring the device from a transport position to an operating position. The holding means are preferably tension cables or struts. Struts result in a stiffer arrangement while traction cables are structurally less complicated and lighter.

Preferably, the cross member in the region of the articulation points are tensioned via tension cables with the base element or support means attached thereto. This design allows stiffening of the overall arrangement and thus improved reliability.

A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the base element has a chassis and a plurality of evenly on the circumference radially outwardly swingable base supports. This arrangement allows a compact design and a fast construction of the system. Preferably, they are the pedestal supports to bring them into a transport position, in the direction of movement of the chassis pivoted. This results in the transport position, a compact arrangement.

A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the vertical support can be telescoped, hinged or disassembled into a plurality of support sections. A telescopic design is very fast and easy to extend and retract via ropes or hydraulics, while the collapsible design is structurally simpler.

A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the same number of cross member and base supports are provided. In this case, the crossbeams are preferably offset with respect to the Sokkelstützen also radially spaced equally circumferentially from the vertical direction by half the angle between adjacent cross members. This design allows further design simplicity in that the person carrying device can be held on one of the base supports to allow the entry and exit of a user. For this purpose, fixing devices for releasably fixing the person carrying device are preferably provided in the region of the ends of the base supports.

A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the socket-side end of the vertical support is connected to the base via a hinge device for transferring the vertical support substantially in the horizontal for the transport position. This training in turn serves to allow a quick assembly and disassembly of the system. Preferably, the hinge device comprises a pivoting kinematics with two pairs of hinge rods through which the socket-side end of the vertical support emigrates to the rear when moving into the transport position. As a result, the folded vertical support reaches an optimum position for the transport position.

Preferably, the vertical support consists of so many telescoping telescopic support sections that each has approximately the length of the horizontal beam. As a result, the vertical support can be pushed together by telescoping the telescopic support sections at laterally applied horizontal beams to a minimum possible length with the result that the entire system in the transport position is as short as possible.

A further preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the cross member are telescopic. As a result, the length of the cross member and thus the size of the system can be increased in a compact arrangement in transport position. In particular, when the cross member in the operating position are not horizontally aligned but obliquely upwards, there is a greater effective Longer for the pull ropes, so that the user can be thrown higher.

A development of the invention provides that the person carrying device comprises a seat shell, which are connected to the tension cables. As a result, the user can quickly and safely fix the seat, preferably by a H-belt and can then be transported safely. Compared to some prior art designs has the advantage that the user is not trapped in a cage and thus experienced the movement more intense.

Alternatively, the person carrying device may comprise a belt device with integrated seat, which are connected to the tension cables. This training has the same advantages.

A further development of the invention provides that a restraint bar is attached to the seat shell or the seat at the bottom, by means of which the person carrying device is held against the force of the tension cables on the ground. This is a structurally simple to design and reliable acting fixation achievable.

In the FIG. 1 in the operating position (in which it can be used) shown catapult system 10 essentially consists of a base 12 on which a telescopic vertical support 14 is mounted on the turn above four cross member 16 are mounted horizontally projecting.

The base 12 includes two axles with two pairs of wheels 20 and. At the four corners of the base 12 pivot joints not shown in detail are provided with vertical axes, are mounted on the four base supports 28 pivotally thereto. At the ends of the base supports 28 each extendable support feet, not shown, are attached.

The vertical support 14 consists of three telescopic support sections 14a, b, c. From the uppermost telescopic support section 14c projects a short preferably hydraulically retractable Spreizarm 40 , the upper end is connected via a retaining cross 41 with struts 42 with the cross members 16 .

The vertical support 14 is pivotally connected via two Gelenkarmpaare 15 and 17 with the base 12 .

By hydraulically assisted extension of the Spreizarms 40 can initially bring parallel to the vertical support 14 arranged cross member 16 in the horizontal or obliquely upwardly oriented operating position. The cross member 16 are therefore mounted on non-illustrated rotary joints with horizontal axes on the vertical support 14 so that they can be folded down. The cross member 16 are themselves telescopic and are preferably retracted and extended by means of mounting parts.

An in FIG. 5 Person carrying device 44 shown in detail is connected to two traction cables 46 . These traction cables are elastic in the illustrated embodiment in a first section (rubber rope) and then connected to a second inelastic section (steel cable). The length of the elastic portion is chosen so that the person carrying device 44 is kept in the tensioned state at the bottom, while the transition to the inelastic portion in the region of deflection points at the free ends of the cross member 16 is located. This inelastic Zugseilabschnitt be performed in the interior of the cross member 16 and from there into the interior of the vertical support 14 , where two associated Zugseilabschnitte are interconnected and merge into a common pull rope, which is guided to the base 12 . By pulling or letting out this pull rope, not shown, the two elastic pull cables 46 can move together and thus the person carrying device 44 .

In FIG. 1 For reasons of clarity, only one person carrying device 44 with the associated traction ropes 46 is shown. In fact, 4 person carrying devices will be used in the embodiment shown.

FIG. 2 shows the same catapult system 10 in a view from above. It can be seen above all that the 4 cross-shaped arranged cross member 16 with respect to the 4 base supports 28 viewed from the vertical direction by 45 °, that is the half intermediate angle (90 °) between adjacent cross members 16 or base supports 28 are offset. This ensures that the ends of the base supports 28 are located centrally between adjacent cross members 16 and thus can serve as a holder or fixation for the person carrying device 44 .

FIG. 3 shows the catapult system 10 in a semi erected position, in which the cross member 16 laterally abut the telescopically pushed together vertical support 14 , which in turn is on the base 12 . The two Gelenkarmpaare 15, 17 hold the vertical support 14 is still vertical. The base 12 comprises a front support structure 19 with attached rest supports 23 on which rest the vertical support 14 in the transport position.

In FIG. 4 the catapult system 10 is shown in a transport position, in which the vertical support 14 is folded completely horizontally and rests on the rest supports 23 .

In FIG. 5 three views of a person carrying device 44 are shown, which consists of a seat 72 and a hinged thereto backrest 74 . On the seat shell 72 , a Fixierbügel 76 is provided for the traction cables 46 . On the seat pan 72 , a restraint bar 78 is attached, with which the person carrying device 44 and thus the person is held before the release on the ground. An H-shaped seat belt 80 for the user 50 is also attached to the backrest support 74 .
