Abstract

La présente invention a trait à des compositions de soins cutanés acides et tamponnées comportant du nicotinamide et un agent absorbant, choisi parmi du dioxyde de titane, du dioxyde traité avec un dérivé de silicone ou des acides gras, de l'oxyde de zinc traité avec un dérivé de silicone ou des acides gras ou des mélanges de ceux-ci. L'invention a également trait à des médicaments comprenant lesdites compositions utilisés pour le traitement et/ou la prévention d'irritations cutanées mineures, notamment la dermatite. L'invention a trait enfin aux dites compositions en tant qu'agents anti-uréase.
