Claims (6)

  1. Procédé de comptage électronique de votes à l'aide d'un boîtier de vote (2) portable, qui est relié sans cordon ou par câble à une centrale (1), avec les étapes suivantes:
    a. invitation d'un votant à faire un vote,
    b. enregistrement du vote issu du votant par le boîtier de vote (2),
    c. transmission du vote à partir du boîtier de vote (2) à la centrale (1),
    d. décompte des votes et affichage du résultat de vote,
    dans lequel après la vote (2), l'apparence extérieure du boîtier de vote (2) change en outre par un changement de couleur et clarté de façon visible pour des autres votants moyennant un dispositif d'éclairage, de sorte qu'un contrôle visuel approximatif du résultat de vote par les votants est possible en plus de l'évaluation électronique du résultat de vote, caractérisé en ce qu'un signal de quittance issu de la centrale reçu par le boîtier de vote (2) contient une information concernant la couleur qu'il faut afficher dans le changement de couleur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de vote (2) est tenu dans la main et porté vers le haut après la vote, de façon visible pour des autres votants.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de vote (2) comporte des moyens pour la registration automatique du portement vers le haut et déclenche la vote de façon automatique.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'affichage comportent des couleurs différentes pour différentes options de réponse.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que des votes concernant plusieurs alternatives se déroulent de façon séquentielle, et le votant fait la choix à partir de différentes options de réponse par le moment de son vote.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des autorisations stockées dans le boîtier de vote (2) sont transmis à la centrale (1) et tenues compte dans l'évaluation du résultat de vote.
