- Shuttle guide plate (1) for embroidery machines with a number of running channels arranged next to one another in parallel, which are configured to receive the shuttles (10), the shuttle (10) being displaceably guided in each running channel, characterised in that at least the base-side running surface of the shuttle guide plate (1) is lined with a releasable wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15).
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claim 1, characterised in that the running path (7) of the shuttle guide plate (1) is configured in the region of a longitudinal web (4), the longitudinal web (4) having laterally arranged guide ribs (8) for lateral limitation and the inner running path (7) parallel to the guide rib (8) being formed by means of an intermediate plate (9), which is connected integrally in terms of material to a needle plate (2) arranged on the shuttle guide plate.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claim 1 and 2, characterised in that the longitudinal webs (4) are connected to one another in the region of a lower transverse web (5) and are held in a common holding block (6).
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) is preferably releasably attached to associated plugging knobs (12) and has a breaking line (18) in the central region in order to break off the wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) on this line.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the lateral stop faces of the running path (7) are configured with an approximately U-shaped wear plate (13a), which has two webs (17) running in the longitudinal direction.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the lateral stop faces of the running path (7) are configured with an approximately L-shaped wear plate (13b), which only has one web (17) running in the longitudinal direction.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the plugging knobs (12), which releasably engage in associated plugging bores (14) in the wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) and form a plug-on holder, are arranged on the body of the shuttle guide plate (1) in the region of the running surface.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the connection between the shuttle guide plate (1) and the wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) is configured as a positive, exchangeable connection or latching connection, the latching connection forming a releasable connection by means of a latching leg.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the connection between the shuttle guide plate (1) and the wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) is configured as a releasable adhesive connection.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) preferably has a plastics material and/or plastics composite material.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the surface of the wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) has a coated and/or machined surface, the surface of the wear plate, in particular, having friction-reducing plastics materials, running surfaces or coatings or having a metal material, an alloyed aluminium material or other wear-resistant material.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 11, characterised in that the entire running path (7) of the shuttle guide plate has at least one exchangeable wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) which can be divided depending on the application.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 12, characterised in that only a part of the running path (7) is configured with a wear plate (13, 13a, 13b, 15) which is introduced in a countersunk or recessed manner and is exchangeable.
- Shuttle guide plate for embroidery machines according to claims 1 to 13, characterised in that the shuttle guide plate (1) is preferably integral in terms of material.
