Claims (13)

  1. Coquille de coulée en continu de métaux comportant une cavité de moulage (2),
    la cavité de moulage (2) ayant un orifice d'entrée (3) et un orifice de sortie (4) ainsi qu'un cône de coulée (6), et il est prévu au moins un contour concave (7, 7a, 7b) s'étendant dans la direction de coulée (G), coquille caractérisée en ce que
    le début au moins d'un contour concave (7) se situe dans une zone initiale,
    la zone initiale s'étende de 30 % à 70 % de la longueur (L) de la cavité de moulage, longueur mesurée à partir de l'orifice d'entrée (3),
    la conicité (K, K3) au fond (9) au moins du contour concave (7) diminuant plus rapidement qu'au bord (8) de ce contour concave (7).
  2. Coquille selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    le contour concave (7) commence à mi-longueur (L) de la cavité de moulage (2).
  3. Coquille selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la conicité (K2) diminue à partir du fond (9) du contour concave (7) jusqu'à au maximum 0 % par mètre.
  4. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la conicité (K1) au bord (8) des contours (7) diminue jusque dans une plage de 0,6 % par mètre jusqu'à 1,5 % par mètre.
  5. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les contours concaves (7) sont symétriques pour une cavité de moulage (2) de section rectangulaire, polygonale ou cylindrique.
  6. Coquille selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les contours concaves (7) sont disposés diamétralement dans une cavité de moulage (2) de section cylindrique.
  7. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    au moins un contour concave (7) est prévu dans chaque côté de coquille (12) d'une cavité de moulage (2) de section rectangulaire ou polygonale.
  8. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la conicité (K) de la cavité de moulage (2) dépendant de l'emplacement dans la direction de coulée (G) est une courbe représentée par une fonction continue.
  9. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la conicité (K) de la cavité de moulage (2), dépendant localement de la direction de coulée (G), est définie par une combinaison de segments de courbe et/ou de droite.
  10. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le contour du contour concave (7) transversalement à la direction de coulée (G), est une courbe décrite par une fonction continue.
  11. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le contour du contour concave (7) transversalement à la direction de coulée (G), est défini par une combinaison de segments de courbe et/ou de droite.
  12. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le contour concave est réalisé au moins en partie par un procédé de découpe.
  13. Coquille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le contour concave, est réalisé au moins en partie par un procédé d'usinage par enlèvement de matière.
