Definitions
- the invention relates to a device referred to in the preamble of claim 1 Art.
- EP 1 150 639 B1 such as EP 1 006 981 B1 known. They all have the disadvantage that they consist of several parts, so that their manufacture and assembly is complicated and expensive.
- the invention has for its object to provide a device of the type in question, which does not have the disadvantages of the known devices and in particular easy and cheap to manufacture, easy to use and safe in use.
- the basic idea of the invention is to design the guide means so that they can be produced together with the tubular part which serves to pierce the stopper of a bottle, the guide means and the attachment means as a coherent part.
- Essential for this is the formation of the holding means as a membrane which extends between the abutment means and the tubular part.
- the membrane Since the membrane is closed and its edges sealed to the adjacent parts, it seals the tip of the tubular part and adjacent parts thereof against the environment. In addition, there are no dead spaces that could fill with the drug and hold back some of it. In addition, there is no risk of air suction and foaming.
- the membrane is formed by a Krempelbares hose part, one edge of which is directly connected tightly with the tubular part and the other edge is sealed to the attachment means.
- a formed membrane is easy to manufacture, especially if it is injected together with the parts adjacent to it from a piece of compliant plastic, for example.
- the diameter of the hose part is expediently greater than the diameter of the tubular part, wherein the edge of the hose part connected to the tubular part extends in the form of a disk toward the tubular part.
- the disk-shaped part is deformed during the piercing process due to radial stresses frustoconical in Einstechiques, wherein the tubular member is carded in the direction of the disc-shaped part and thereby shortened.
- the disk-shaped part can also be designed frustoconically according to a development of this embodiment from the outset, wherein the edge of the truncated cone with the larger diameter with the investment means and the edge with the smaller diameter is connected to the tubular part.
- the forces acting radially inwardly on the cylindrical part during the piercing process are reduced. This causes or supports the carding operation of the tubular part.
- the tip of the tubular member is dimensioned with respect to the abutment means so that in fact the tip in the advanced state penetrates the stopper and thus the connection with the interior of a voltage applied to the abutment means bottle is made. Since only a deformation of the membrane or of the tubular part takes place during the piercing process, it is possible to produce them together with the tubular part and the abutment part in one piece, for example by spraying a plastic which allows the deformation of the membrane.
- An expedient development of the invention is that the tip of the tubular part projects beyond a contact surface of the abutment means in the piercing direction, such that when placed on a bottleneck device the tip presses into the surface of the plug, without piercing the plug.
- the tubular member is thus guided laterally not only by the membrane, but also by the partially pressed into the plug tip of the tubular member, so that overall results in a parallel attitude of the tubular member, which then merges during the piercing operation in a parallel guide.
- the membrane is closed over its entire circumference. Then, the connecting means for connecting the interior of the tubular member with a syringe or the like by a peelable film, such as an aluminum foil, sealed so is the assembled device can be sterilized and sterility is maintained.
- the contact part has a cylindrical housing part, one end of which forms a contact surface or abutment edge for engagement with the mouth of a bottleneck, while at the other end the outer edge of the membrane is fastened.
- the membrane may also be formed stepwise or wavy.
- the compliance is caused by accordion-like deformation.
- the attachment means have, in an expedient embodiment, at their periphery an edge projecting in the piercing direction for grasping the neck of a bottle and for centering.
- the system part has snap hooks inside this edge, with which the part can either be delivered completely mounted on the glass bottle and inextricably linked to this or can be retrofitted to this bottle.
- the abutment means expediently have a circumferential sealing lip projecting in the piercing direction for sealing engagement with the surface of a stopper.
- the connecting means for connecting the interior of the tubular part are expediently formed as a conical recess or tapered pin on which the connection of a complementary connection part is possible.
- the conical recess may expediently be closed by a peelable cover, for example in the form of a peelable seal. But it is also possible to close the conical recess or the conical pin by a closure cap.
- the tubular part may have two separate channels, one of which serves as a removal channel and one as a ventilation channel, which communicates via a lateral opening with the environment.
- a filter may conveniently be arranged.
- the opening or openings in the tip of the tubular member is or are closed by a cap, which is also pierced when moving the plug.
- Fig. 1 shows a first embodiment of a device according to the invention. It has a tubular part 2, one end of which has a tip 4 for piercing a plug 6, which closes a bottle 8.
- An inner channel 10 of the tubular part 2 opens into a conical recess 12 for insertion of a complementary tapered pin 17 of a syringe 18.
- the conical recess 12 is located is in a connecting part 14, on the outer surface in a known manner, an external thread 16 for tightening the syringe 18 is located.
- a hose portion 20 extends, at its end facing away from the connecting part 14, a flange 22 is formed, which serves for conditioning and sealing on the plug 6 and is held on this by a Aluminiumbördelkappe 24.
- the tip 4 of the tubular part 2 projects beyond the flange 22 axially. This has the consequence that when attaching the device to the plug 6, the tip 4 presses something in the plug 6, without piercing it.
- the tubular part 2 is twice guided laterally before piercing the plug 6, once through the tip 4 partially pressed into the plug 6 and once through the connection of the hose part 20 to the connecting part 14.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrate the use of the device according to Fig. 1 , After connection of the tip 18, this is pressed in the direction of the bottle 8, whereby the tubular part 2 is advanced in the direction of its tip 4 by the bottle 8 closing stopper 6.
- the tube part 20 is carded as the in Fig. 2 is shown.
- the syringe is advanced further, so that in the end position, the tubular part 2 with its tip 4 completely into the interior of the plug 6 and thus into the bottle 8 protrudes.
- the tube portion 20 has half carded, such that its tubular part 2 adjacent half lies within its connected to the flange 22 half.
- Fig. 7 shows a second embodiment of the invention.
- the same or corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals.
- the essential difference from the embodiment according to Fig. 1 is that in the embodiment according to Fig. 1 cylindrically shaped tube part is replaced by a frusto-conical tubular member 30 which is connected with its edge 32 with the connecting part 14 in the region of its transition into the tubular part 2, while its other edge 34 merges into a cylindrical part 36, from which a flange 38 for engagement with a stopper, not shown, corresponding to the stopper 6 in FIG Fig. 1 extends.
- On the flange 38 is a sealing bead 40 for secure sealing against a stopper.
- Fig. 8 shows a modification of the embodiment according to Fig. 7 ,
- the same or corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals.
- the difference is that in the tubular part 2 in addition to a channel 42, the channel 10 in Fig. 1 corresponds and serves for the passage of liquid, a ventilation channel 44 is provided, which has a lateral Opening 46 is connected to the environment, so that air can penetrate into the interior of the bottle.
- a filter 48 is arranged to prevent the ingress of contaminants from the ambient air.
- Fig. 9 shows an embodiment similar to the embodiment according to FIG Fig. 7 together with the upper part of a bottle 50, which is closed by a pierceable plug 52 which rests with a flange-like projection 54 on an edge 56 of the mouth of a bottle neck 58 of the bottle 50.
- the projection 54 is held in this position by an inner flange 60 of a cylindrical sheet metal part 62 made of aluminum, which is crimped with the bottle neck 58 lasting.
- the bottle 50 forms with its content together with the device for removing the liquid according to the invention a ready-made object, which receives the puncture mandrel and the inner surface of the tube part 30 sterile.
- the interior of the connecting part 14 and the tubular part 2 is sealed with a peelable seal 64 to maintain sterility.
- Fig. 10 shows a modification of the embodiment according to Fig. 9 , The difference is that instead of the peelable seal 64 a removable cap 66 is placed, which ensures sterility of the exterior of the device according to the invention when it is tightly connected to the device.
- the inner wall of the cap which is not shown, be conical, so that it rests sealingly against the cylindrical part 36 when placed.
- Fig. 11 shows a modification of the embodiment of the device according to the invention in the illustration according to Fig. 9 .
- Same or corresponding parts according to Fig. 9 The same or corresponding parts are again provided with the same reference numerals.
- the difference is that extends from the flange 60 of the device in the axial direction of a collar 68 having on its inside hooks 70 which engage behind the mounting of the device according to the invention on the neck of the bottle 50, a circumferential projection 72 of the bottle neck 58 and so connect the device according to the invention before and during use firmly with the bottleneck 58.
- even the sheet metal part 62 omitted for flanging and secure attachment of the plug 52.
- the plug 52 for the closure of the bottle 50 and the device for removal of its contents are therefore already in the manufacturer easily connectable.
- Fig. 12 shows a modification of Fig. 11 , The same parts are provided with the same reference numbers. The difference is that the plug 52 is already connected with its flange-like projection 54 by the manufacturer side by a flanged cylindrical sheet-metal part 74 with the bottleneck.
- FIGS. 13, 14 and 15 illustrate the use of the device according to the invention in conjunction with the illustration according to Fig. 9 , In all representations, the same or corresponding reference numerals are used.
- a syringe 76 is inserted with a conical pin 78 in the corresponding complementary tapered recess 12 of the connecting part 14 and fixedly connected by a screwing of an internal thread 79 with the external thread 16.
- the tubular part 2 is connected to the conically tapered side of the hose part 30 and thus guided laterally. The other end of the tubular part 2 projects with its tip 4 into the plug 52.
- Fig. 14 shows an intermediate layer of the plunge process in which the tip 4 has pierced the plug 52 halfway.
- the tube part 30 assumes a partially carded position, in which a part bears against the inner wall of the cylindrical part 36 and a part extends radially. If now the tubular part is moved further in the piercing direction, then the tubular part 30 takes the in Fig. 15 shown shape of a truncated cone, wherein the tapered part extends in the piercing direction.
- the hose member 30 can again apply forces in the piercing direction, wherein it holds the lower part of the connecting part 14 in a fixed and defined abutment against the surface of the plug 52.
- Fig. 16 shows an embodiment similar to that according to Fig. 3 , The same or corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals. The difference is that the membrane is designed as a step-shaped annular disc 80. The steps extend annularly to the tubular part 2 and partially cylindrical parallel and centric thereto.
- Fig. 17 shows an embodiment in which the membrane is formed as an annular disc 82 which extends radially to the tubular part 2 and zigzag when the tubular part 2 has half pierced as shown.
- FIGS. 18 and 19 show essentially the upper part of the illustration according to Fig. 9 , The same or corresponding parts are provided with the same reference numerals.
- Fig. 18 shows that the front exit of the channel 10 is closed by a cap 86 made of thin film. This film is pierced during insertion of the tubular part 2 in the plug 52 and retained by a surface 88 of the plug 52 and thereby pushes on the outer surface of the tubular part 2 to the rear, so that the mouth of the inner channel 10 is released.
