Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a collection and descent of rainwater and junction of the facade panels for a light prefabricated building.
  • US 2003/0221373 A1 describes such an assembly with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • the general field in which the invention is located is that of prefabricated light buildings, rapid erection and more particularly to those whose facades and walls consist of a succession of thermally insulating panels.
  • These buildings usually consist of a perimetric frame consisting of upper longitudinal profiles supported at the corners by corner posts. There are also intermediate columns along the facades and assembly profiles of the facade panels.
  • This frame or other type of structure supports a modular metal frame formed of trusses or half-closed assemblies of metal profiles.
  • each module is covered by a light protective cover, for example canvas.
  • the panels constituting the facade are mounted between an upper structure and a lower structure, and joined laterally to each other by assembly posts or links formed by joining profiles.
  • the rainwater dripping from the slopes of the cover is collected by gutter profiles and collected by dolphins and then discharged into a peripheral network through downpipes.
  • Downpipes are classic. There are as many as necessary, first at the corners, that is to say at the ends of the building, and then in a few well distributed places along each main facade.
  • the waterproof fabrics covering the frame require devices for setting and maintaining tension by straps which are biased downwards to attach themselves to manually operated ratchet reels to the appropriate tension.
  • the straps are visible on the front or covered by covers fixed on the panels or on the connecting profiles or actuate internal connections.
  • the additional weight factor is also to be considered as a disadvantage.
  • the present invention aims to remedy these various disadvantages.
  • a collection and descent of rainwater, and junction between facade panels for a prefabricated building characterized in that it consists of two gutter profiles converging towards a collection room, and a multi-function hollow profile placed between two consecutive panels so as to be connected to the outlet of the collection piece for the downward discharge of rainwater, said hollow multi-function section simultaneously providing the functions of downflow of rainwater, junction profile between two consecutive panels facade and possible passage for example for each strap for setting and maintaining voltage of the gable webs.
  • the collection and descent of rainwater and junction between facade panels according to the invention has multiple advantages.
  • the total weight of the prefabricated structure is reduced, which is an important advantage for prefabricated buildings that are mounted without foundations.
  • the collection and descent of rainwater and junction between facade panels is intended to be used on a prefabricated building 1 including lightweight to ensure the collection and evacuation of rainwater at its main facades.
  • the assembly according to the invention consists of a collection piece 2 hereinafter referred to as a drain, a hollow profile 3 joining and lowering and two gutter profiles 4 and 5, preferably slightly inclined, each descending towards the free end, that is to say towards the entrance of the drain 2.
  • the gutters 4 and 5 recover the rainwater from the runoff along two adjacent roof slopes respectively 6 and 7 of two successive modules juxtaposed and assembled constituting one of the modular structures of the building.
  • the cover is made by two juxtaposed canvases 8 and 9 stretched through any suitable device.
  • the frame profiles are juxtaposed contiguous and assembled to form a firm present in an intermediate zone between the webs 8 and 9 and on the end of which is mounted an end piece 10 for example molded, having a support for maintaining the corresponding gutter (no represent)
  • the cover fabrics comprise straps 11 and 12 used for their installation.
  • edges 13 and 14 of these are supported and are connected or fixed on the shoulders or the borders of the end piece 10 of the farm.
  • the cover fabrics 8 and 9 are folded on a sandbox forming a longitudinal edge 15 rounded in its upper part 16 to end on the inner edge of the gutters.
  • the gutter profiles 4 and 5 are preferably mounted slightly inclined towards the inlet of the duct 2. As shown, their section is preferably of rectangular shape. Each profile preferably comprises a flat bottom 17, a rear wall 18 and a front wall 19 whose upper edge is for example shaped in hem.
  • Its general function is to collect the rainwater from the two gutter profiles and to direct them downwards for their evacuation through the junction and descent profile.
  • it consists of a curved front wall 20 extending largely upwards widening to ensure by its upper panel 21 substantially vertical or inclined, the masking of the gap and the aesthetic continuity between the two ends of the gutters.
  • a rear wall 22 is channeled according to a flat bottom 23 serving as a bearing surface against the joining and lowering profile 3 as indicated below and two lateral edges 24 and 25.
  • This channeled rear wall 22 continues forward by two composite flanks 26 and 27 intended to ensure continuity between the curved front wall 20 and the rear wall 22 and to receive the free ends of the gutters 4 and 5.
  • Each flank 26 or 27 is composed of a connecting portion 28 or 29 and a support portion 30 or 31 in continuity with each other.
  • Each support portion 30 or 31 has an upper wedging cut-out 32 or 33 defining an opening in which the free end of each gutter comes to rest in wedge by resting on the upper edge 34 or 35 of each support portion 30 or 31.
  • the upper part of the drain constitutes the collection inlet, that is to say the admission of water, while the lower part constitutes the discharge outlet, that is to say the outlet water down.
  • This discharge outlet is formed by the convergence downwards of the different walls of the drain 2 to end with a discharge outlet 36 in the form of a tubular extension of eg a connecting stump 37 opening by an exhaust opening 38.
  • the connecting stump 37 is mounted by fitting on the open upper end of the hollow profile 3 joining and lowering as will be seen below.
  • the connecting stump 37 forming the tubular evacuation extension affects a form of complementary section to that of the inlet 39 of the corresponding channel of the hollow profile 3 joining and lowering in its front part.
  • the hollow junction and descent profile 3 is shown in the majority of the figures but more particularly in the figure 4 .
  • a base and support wall 42 substantially flat and straight which extends in the section plane forward by a front flow channel 43 and rearward by a rear support channel 44.
  • the front flow channel 43 serves for the downflow of rainwater for the sections 3 of the main façades and for the gable facades at the passage of the straps for setting and maintaining the tension of the canvases fitted to certain gears in order to connect them each to a ratchet tension device placed in the lower part.
  • the rear support channel 44 serves for setting and maintaining the panels and for holding the section 3 in a vertical position.
  • the base and support wall constitutes the core of the section 3 from which the front and rear channels develop.
  • This base and support wall 42 extends alone upwards on a certain end length of the profile 3 as shown in the figures and more particularly on the figure 4 by an extension 45.
  • This terminal length forming the extension 45 corresponds at least to the height of the collection piece 2 which it receives the dorsal face resting on its front face.
  • the front flow channel 43 is formed at the rear by the base and support wall 42 and at the front by a bridge front structure 46 delimiting with the wall 42 the interior volume of the flow channel 43 for rainwater.
  • This bridge structure 46 consists of two inclined planes 47 and 48 each longitudinally joined to the base and support wall 42 by a longitudinal reinforcing rib.
  • the inclined planes 47 and 48 are joined by a central zone 49 comprising a duct 50 with a preferably substantially circular cross-section, open longitudinally along a narrow slot 51.
  • the conduit 50 existing in this bridge structure 46 may be used for the passage of a connection, a rectilinear element, rod, rod or other or extra thickness filling the edge of a flexible structure or wall extension or connection of the type side protective cloth or canopy plays.
  • the rear support channel 44 consists of a bottom wall or back wall 52 of smaller width than that of the base and support wall, two side walls 53 and 54 and each remaining adjacent portion of the wall of the wall. base and bearing 42 forming with the corresponding side wall a receiving rabbet respectively 55 and 56.
  • this rear channel 44 serves to maintain the vertical section 3 joining and lowering by fitting at each of its ends a connecting piece such as 57 each of which is engaged in a receiving cavity provided opposite, on and in the low and high structures of the building.
  • the receiving rebates 55 and 56 each constitute a bearing and wedging surface for the edge and the adjacent vertical edge of each of the two panels 40 or 41 or other facade elements such as frames of windows or doors respectively constituting the main facades and gable.
  • each panel or of two successive panels is completed by a rear support provided for example by pivoting crosspieces (not shown) which are equipped with the rear faces 52 of the holding channels 44.
  • junction 3 and descent profile ensures the maintenance and lateral continuity between two successive panels or other facade wall elements according to a simple construction easy and quick to implement.
