Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (36) zur Betätigung von beweglichen Weichenzungen (22, 24) für eine Weiche, umfassend:- einen Sockel (40);- ein Steuerorgan (42), das bezüglich des Sockels (40) zwischen einer ersten Stellung und einer zweiten Stellung auf einem Verlagerungsweg beweglich montiert ist und mit einem Stellglied (30, 34) verbunden werden kann;- einen Umlenkhebel (44), der bezüglich des Sockels (40) verschwenkbar ist; und- Mittel zum Koppeln der Bewegung des Steuerorgans (42) und des Umlenkhebels (44) für die Verlagerung des Umlenkhebels (44) unter der Wirkung der Bewegung des Steuerorgans (42) aus seiner ersten Stellung in seine zweite Stellung, wobei diese Kopplungsmittel dafür ausgelegt sind, dass, bei der Verlagerung des Steuerorgans (42) auf mindestens einem mittleren Teil dieses Verlagerungswegs, der Umlenkhebel (44) durch das Steuerorgan (42) zwischen einer ersten Endstellung und einer zweiten Endstellung mitgenommen wird und der Umlenkhebel (44), bei der Verlagerung des Steuerorgans (42) auf mindestens einem Endteil von nicht null des Verlagerungswegs zwischen dem mittleren Teil dieses Verlagerungswegs und der ersten oder der zweiten Stellung, durch das Steuerorgan (42) nicht mitgenommen wird,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerorgan einen Steuerhebel (42) umfasst, der bezüglich des Sockels (40) verschwenkbar ist und einen Arm (49) zur Verbindung mit einem Stellglied (30, 34) für seine Mitnahme umfasst, wobei der Steuerhebel (42) geeignet ist, mit dem Umlenkhebel (44) für die Mitnahme des Umlenkhebels (44) unter der Wirkung des Stellglieds auf dem mindestens einen mittleren Teil des Verlagerungswegs des Steuerhebels (42) zusammenzuwirken.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerhebel (42) so beschaffen ist, dass die Punkte der Einwirkung des Stellglieds auf den Steuerhebel (42) und des Steuerhebels (42) auf den Umlenkhebel (44) auf einer gemeinsamen Seite der Achse der Verschwenkung des Steuerhebels (42) bezüglich des Sockels (40) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerhebel (42) und der Umlenkhebel (44) ergänzende Anschläge zur Blockierung des Umlenkhebels (44) in mindestens einer Endstellung umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umlenkhebel (44) mindestens eine Steuerkurvenfläche (62A, 62B) umfasst und der Steuerhebel (42) mindestens eine Gegensteuerkurve (64A, 64B) umfasst, die geeignet ist, die Verlagerung des Umlenkorgans (44) zu einer Endstellung bei der Verlagerung des Steuerhebels (42) auf dem mittleren Teil des Verlagerungswegs zu gewährleisten, und die oder jede Steuerkurvenfläche (62A, 62B) eine Unterbrechung umfasst, um bei der Verlagerung des Steuerhebels (42) auf dem Endteil von nicht null des Verlagerungswegs die Freisetzung der oder jeder Gegensteuerkurve (64A, 64B) von der oder von jeder Steuerkurvenfläche (62A, 62B) zu gewährleisten.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4 zusammen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Gegensteuerkurve (64A, 64B) einen Anschlag zur Blockierung des Umlenkhebels (44) bildet, wenn der Umlenkhebel (44) in einer Endstellung ist und der Steuerhebel (42) auf einem Endteil von nicht null des Verlagerungswegs ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umlenkhebel (44) eine Gabel aufweist, die von zwei Zähnen (60A, 60B) begrenzt, auf deren einander gegenüberstehenden Seiten zwei divergierende Steuerkurvenflächen (62A, 62B) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oder jede Gegensteuerkurve eine drehbare Rolle (64A, 64B) umfasst.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerhebel (42) zwei Gegensteuerkurven (64A, 64B) umfasst, die winkelmäßig um die Achse der Drehung des Steuerhebels (42) bezüglich des Sockels (40) versetzt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Achse der Verschwenkung des Steuerhebels (42) bezüglich des Sockels (40) vom Punkt der Verbindung des Steuerhebels (42) mit dem Stellglied (30, 34) größer als der Abstand der Achse der Verschwenkung des Steuerhebels (42) bezüglich des Sockels (40) von der oder jeder Gegensteuerkurve (64A, 64B) ist, die geeignet ist, mit dem Umlenkhebel (44) zusammenzuwirken.
- Weiche, umfassend mindestens eine bewegliche Weichenzunge (22, 24) und einen Mechanismus (30) zur Betätigung der oder jeder Weichenzunge, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (36) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst, die zwischen den Betätigungsmechanismus (30) und die oder jede Weichenzunge (22, 24) eingesetzt ist.
