Mit Bezugszeichen 1 ist in Figur 1 eine Vorrichtung zum Prägen und Bedrucken von Foliendeckeln schematisch dargestellt. Die Tänzerwalze 15 liegt, allenfalls in einer vertikalen Führung gehalten, jedoch vertikal frei beweglich auf dem Folienband 3. Das von der Tänzerwalze 15 weglaufende Folienband 3 wird von einer dritten Stützwalze 17, zu mindestens einer weiteren Umlenkwalze 19 geführt. Von dort gelangt das Folienband 3 entweder direkt oder über eine zweite Umlenkwalze 21 zwischen ein Prägewerkzeug 23. Im dargestellten Beispiel umfasst das Prägewerkzeug 23 zwei Prägeplatten 25 und 27. In Figur 2 ist ersichtlich, wie das Prägewerkzeug 23 in Führungsschienen 31 auf der Führungsplatte 29 in X-Richtung verschiebbar gelagert ist. Zudem ist ersichtlich, dass die Führungsplatte 29 auf einer Grundplatte aufliegt (in den Figuren nicht dargestellt) und von Exzenterantrieben 35 auf der Grundplatte gleitend verschiebbar ist. In Figur 2 liegt das Prägewerkzeug 23 in der dargestellten Position "1". Aus der Stellung "1" wird durch die Drehbewegung der Exzenterscheiben 37 je nach Prägemuster um 90° oder einen anderen Winkel das Prägewerkzeug 23 nach jedem Prägezyklus verschoben und dadurch von der Position "1" in die Position "2" etc. geführt. Die Prägungen 39 werden folglich jeweils um einen Betrag e verschoben. Nach dem Prägewerkzeug 23 wird die nun z.B. um die Bedruckung 41 herum ringförmig geprägte Folie über eine weitere Umlenkwalze 21 zu mindestens einem Förderwalzenpaar 43,45 geführt und gelangt von dort in ein Stanzwerkzeug 47. Das Stanzwerkzeug 47 ist aus dem Stand der Technik hinlänglich bekannt und umfasst zwei gegeneinander in Richtung Z verfahrbar geführte Platten 49 und 51. In der einen Platte 51 ist eine Ausstossöffnung 53 sichtbar, durch welche die ausgestanzten Deckel 55 in einen Sammelkanal 57 eingeführt und dort übereinander gestapelt werden. Im Sammelkanal 57 liegen die Deckel 55 satt aneinander und werden durch die von Deckel zu Deckel verschoben angebrachten Prägungen in geringem gegenseitigen Abstand gehalten, so dass sich zwischen den Deckeln ein dünnes Luftkissen bildet. Mit einem Abzugswalzenpaar 59,61 wird das nun als Stanzgitter 63 vorliegende Folienband 3 abgeführt. Gleichzeitig dienen die Abzugswalzen 59,61 zum Spannen des Folienbandes 3 während des Stanzens.The

Während des Stopps des Vorschubs des Folienbandes 3 wird einerseits durch das Prägewerkzeug 23 die Prägung 39 durchgeführt und gleichzeitig in Transportrichtung T weiter unten das Ausstanzen der Deckel 55 aus dem Band 3 vorgenommen. Für den Abgleich des Prägewerkzeugs 23 auf die Bedruckung kann letzteres in Richtung des Pfeils X auf der Basisplatte 29 justiert werden.
