Claims (5)
- Präzisionsdeckel (1) mit Tülle (2) zum Verschließen eines Flüssigkeitsbehälters (3), wobei die Oberseite des Deckels eine Tülle (2) mit Schiebeverschluss (4) bildet, der durch eine Haarnadelfeder (5) belastet und durch einen schwenkbar öffnenden Hebel (6A, 6B) bewegungsgesteuert wird, wobei zwischen Tülle (2) und Hebel (6A, 6B) zusätzliche Mittel (7, 8) vorgesehen sind, um die Druckkraft der auf diese Weise biege- und torsionsbelasteten Feder (5) zu erhöhen, um über eine gleiche Feder (5) eine Doppelwirkung eines Drucks und eines automatischen Wiederverschließens des Schiebeverschlusses (4) sicherzustellen, wobei der Deckel (1) über einen Tragegriff (9) betätigt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teil des Tragegriffes (9), die Mittel (12) zur Befestigung des Deckels (1) an dem Behälter (3) und die Mittel (7, 8) zur dauerhaften Druckbeaufschlagung der Feder (5) aus einem Stück mit dem Deckel (1) geformt, insbesondere gegossen, sind, um einen einfach aufgebauten Präzisionsdeckel (1) zu erhalten.
- Präzisionsdeckel (1) mit Tülle (2) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (7, 8) zur dauerhaften Druckbeaufschlagung der Feder (5), die durch die Feder (5) einen dauerhaften Mindestdruck auf den Verschluss (4) sicherstellen und somit eine bessere Dichtigkeit garantieren, durch einen Doppelwinkel (7) oder ein T-Profil (8) gebildet sind, der bzw. das sich zwischen den im Wesentlichen parallelen Schenkeln der Haarnadelfeder (5) erstreckt, wobei der in Bezug auf den Deckel (1) horizontale Schenkel des T-Profils oder des Winkels an einem Schenkel der Feder (5) zur Anlage kommt.
- Präzisionsdeckel (1) mit Tülle (2) nach Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel (12) zur Befestigung des Deckels (1) an dem Behälter (3) durch ein Gewinde des Deckels (1) gebildet sind, das ein Verschrauben des Deckels (1) mit dem Behälter (3) erlaubt.
- Deckel (1) mit Tülle (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (6A, 6B) zur Bewegungssteuerung des Schiebeverschlusses (4) in einem V-förmigen Hohlraum (13) zur Anlage kommt, der in dem Deckel (1) angeordnet ist, wobei der Hebel die Form eines Abzugs hat, dessen Bügel (6A), der sich in den Hohlraum schiebt, einen Anschlag für ein Ende der Haarnadelfeder (5) mit zwei Strängen bildet, deren anderes Ende mit dem Schiebeverschluss (4) verbunden ist, wobei die Stränge der Feder (5) auf Achsen aufgewickelt sind, die an der Verbindung der beiden Bügel, die den Abzug bilden, ausgebildet sind.
- Deckel (1) mit Tülle (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (1) auf beiden Seiten des Griffes (9) Rippen (10) zum Aufhängen des Behälters (3), insbesondere in einer Schiene (11), aufweist.
