Claims (18)

  1. Véhicule, en particulier véhicule ferroviaire, comprenant :
    - un compartiment pour passagers (3) avec un plancher de compartiment (4) et
    - au moins une première section d'accès (5.1) et une seconde section d'accès (5.2) permettant l'accès audit compartiment pour passagers (3) ;
    - chacune desdites sections d'accès (5.1, 5.2) comprenant une porte (6.1, 6.2) pour l'embarquement dans le véhicule ;
    - ledit plancher de compartiment (4) ayant un premier niveau de plancher à ladite première section d'accès (5.1) et un second niveau de plancher à ladite seconde section d'accès (5.2) ;
    - ledit premier niveau de plancher étant différent dudit second niveau de plancher pour fournir un accès substantiellement sans barrière audit compartiment pour passagers (3) depuis deux niveaux de plateforme de gare différents, où
    - au moins une voie de passage pour fauteuils roulants (5.3) est fournie dans ledit compartiment pour passagers (3) entre ladite première section d'accès (5.1) et ladite seconde section d'accès (5.2),
    - ladite voie de passage pour fauteuils roulants (5.3) permettant un passage des fauteuils roulants substantiellement sans barrière entre ladite première section d'accès (5.1) et ladite seconde section d'accès (5.2),
    caractérisé en ce que
    - ladite première section d'accès (5.1) et ladite seconde section d'accès (5.2) sont localisées l'une à côté de l'autre pour former une aire commune d'accès (5) dudit compartiment pour passagers (3).
  2. Véhicule selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    - ledit compartiment pour passagers (3) a un axe longitudinal (1.1),
    - ladite première section d'accès (5.1) et ladite seconde section d'accès (5.2) étant situés a une distance le long dudit axe longitudinal (1.1).
  3. Véhicule selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite aire d'accès (5) est localisée dans une section centrale dudit compartiment pour passagers (3).
  4. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    - ladite voie de passage pour fauteuils roulants (5.3) comprend au moins un dispositif de passage (5.4),
    - ledit dispositif de passage (5.4) fournissant un changement de niveau de plancher dans ladite voie de passage pour fauteuils roulants (5.3).
  5. Véhicule selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif de passage est une rampe (5.4).
  6. Véhicule selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite rampe (5.4) a une inclinaison de moins de 7°, de préférence moins de 5°.
  7. Véhicule selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que ladite rampe (5.4) a une inclinaison d'environ 4° à 5°, de préférence d'environ 4,6° à 4,9°.
  8. Véhicule selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que
    - ledit compartiment pour passagers (3) a un axe longitudinal (1.1),
    - ladite rampe (5.4) ayant ladite inclinaison par rapport audit axe longitudinal (1.1).
  9. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite première section d'accès (5.1) et ladite seconde section d'accès (5.2) ne sont substantiellement séparées le long dudit axe longitudinal (1.1) que par une distance nécessaire pour la mise en oeuvre dudit dispositif de passage (5.4).
  10. Véhicule selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que
    - ledit compartiment pour passagers (3) a un axe transversal (1.2),
    - ledit dispositif de passage (5.4) s'étendant sur une partie de ladite dimension dudit compartiment pour passagers (3) le long dudit axe transversal (1.2).
  11. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une plateforme (5.5) est placée à côté dudit dispositif de passage (5.4).
  12. Véhicule selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que
    - ledit dispositif de passage (5.4) s'étend sur une première partie de ladite dimension dudit compartiment pour passagers (3) le long d'un axe transversal (1.2) dudit compartiment pour passagers (3) et
    - ladite plateforme (5.5) s'étend sur une seconde partie de ladite dimension dudit compartiment pour passagers (3) le long dudit axe transversal (1.2).
  13. Véhicule selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que ladite plateforme (5.5) reçoit un moyen de fixation pour fauteuils roulants et/ou une unité de toilettes, plus particulièrement une unité de toilettes accessible aux handicapés.
  14. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite première section d'accès (5.1) et/ou ladite seconde section d'accès (5.2) comprend un dispositif de compensation destiné à compenser des écarts et/ou des variations de niveau des plateformes de gare.
  15. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la différence de hauteur (ΔH) entre ledit premier niveau de plancher et ledit second niveau de plancher est d'environ 150 mm à 280 mm, de préférence d'environ 200 mm.
  16. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    - un dispositif d'annonce (10) est fourni,
    - ledit dispositif d'annonce (10) étant adapté pour fournir au moins des informations sur la section d'accès (5.1, 5.2) devant être utilisée au suivant arrêt dudit véhicule.
  17. Véhicule selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
    - ladite première section d'accès (5.1) comprend une première porte (6.1),
    - ladite seconde section d'accès (5.2) comprend une seconde porte (6.2) et
    - un dispositif de commande est fourni;
    - ledit dispositif de commande commandant le verrouillage et l'ouverture de ladite première porte (6.1) et de ladite seconde porte (6.2) en fonction des informations sur le niveau de la plateforme de la gare desservie à ce moment-là.
  18. Train de passagers comprenant au moins un véhicule (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes.
