Claims (16)
- Acceptance device for reverse vending machines for rotational bodies, especially for beverage containers in the form of bottles or cans, comprising- an acceptance section (3), having an inlet (1) for receiving and distributing a rotational body (5) and a support for the rotational body (5),- a lateral pushing element (8) transporting the rotational body (5) at an angle to its longitudinal axis laterally from the acceptance section (3) to a receiving section (4) and- a rolling device (6) associated with a detection device for rolling the rotational body (5) about its longitudinal axis,- the rolling device (6) at least partially configuring the support of the acceptance section (3) for the rotational body (5) andcharacterized in that- a longitudinal pushing element (10) associated with the rolling device (6) is provided in order to at least partially push the rotational body (5) out along the longitudinal axis of the rotational body (5) in the direction of the inlet (1).
- Acceptance device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the inlet (1) can be locked by means of a locking element (2).
- Acceptance device according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the support of the acceptance section (3) is arranged so that the rotational body (5) is supported with substantially horizontally running longitudinal axis.
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the rolling device (6) has at least two shafts (7) arranged in parallel, wherein at least one of the shafts (7) is designed to be mechanically driven.
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lateral pushing element (8) is designed in the form of a tunnel or beam and is arranged so as to move above the rolling device (6) and at least in the direction of the receiving section (4).
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lateral pushing element (8) is designed in the form of a tunnel which can be pivoted by means of a swivel pin (9), wherein the roof and the side panels of the lateral pushing element (8) delimit the acceptance section (3) at least predominantly there.
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lateral pushing element (8) is formed to be at least partially transparent.
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal pushing element (10) is designed in the form of a plate or beam and is located above the rolling device (6).
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal pushing element (10) in its starting position is located in the vicinity of the rear panel of the acceptance section (3) and/or in its work terminating position is guided by means of the container rolling device (6) in the direction of the inlet (1).
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal pushing element (10) is designed in the form of a plate and at the same time as rear panel of the acceptance section (3).
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal pushing element (10) is mechanically driven by means of motor (13) and/or the guidance (11) of the longitudinal pushing element (10) has a form similar to a column or dovetail.
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal pushing element (10) and its guidance (11) are located within the boundary of the lateral pushing element (8) and can be pivoted with this as well as jointly with the motor (13).
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the detection device comprises an optical scanner (12.1) associated with the inlet (1), especially controlling its locking element (2), and/or an image and/or material detection device (12.2 or 12.3) covering the acceptance section (3), wherein the image and/or material detection device (12.2 or 12.3) is operationally linked via a controller to the lateral pushing element (8) and to the longitudinal pushing element (10).
- Acceptance device according to Claim 13, characterized in that the detection device comprises a weighing unit (12.4), wherein the image and/or material detection device (12.2 or 12.3) and the weighing unit (12.4) are operationally linked via the controller to the lateral pushing element (8) and to the longitudinal pushing element (10).
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the longitudinal pushing element (10) is operationally linked via a controller to a locking element (2) of the inlet (1).
- Acceptance device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one support of each shaft (7) of the rolling device (6) is connected to a weighing unit (12.4) and a weight terminating point, triggering the activation of the longitudinal pushing element (10), of the weighing unit (12.4) can be adjusted.
