Claims (42)

  1. Verfahren zum Schaffen eines Zugangs zwischen einer ersten und einer zweiten Meereskonstruktion (50, 70), umfassend:
    Versehen der ersten Meereskonstruktion mit einem Steg (110); Bereitstellen einer Gangway-Vorrichtung (102), die in einem gelagerten Zustand am Steg angebracht ist;
    Anordnen der ersten und zweiten Meereskonstruktion (50, 70) in einander benachbarten Stellungen;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren ferner umfasst:
    Bereitstellen mindestens eines Führungsdrahts (12, 120), wobei die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) mittels einer oder mehr verschiebbarer Befestigungen (18) an dem genannten Führungsdraht (12, 120) befestigt oder befestigbar ist;
    Anschließen des mindestens einen Führungsdrahts (12, 120) zwischen einer Stelle auf der ersten Meereskonstruktion (50) und
    einer Befestigungsstelle (74) auf der zweiten Meereskonstruktion (70) nahe der Stelle des Zugangs zu der zweiten Meereskonstruktion (70);
    Kontrollieren und erforderlichenfalls Einstellen der Position einer oder beider der ersten und zweiten Meereskonstruktion (50, 70), so dass sie in einem beabstandeten Verhältnis zueinander gehalten werden, und Halten des mindestens einen Führungsdrahts (12, 120) unter einer gewünschten Spannung;
    Bewegen der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) von dem gelagerten Zustand in einen Betriebszustand durch Bewegen der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) entlang des Stegs (110) und Verschieben der verschiebbaren Befestigung(en) (18) entlang einem Führungsdraht (12, 120) und erforderlichenfalls Einstellen der Position der ersten Meereskonstruktion (50), bis die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) sich über den Zwischenraum zwischen der ersten Meereskonstruktion (50) und der Stelle des Zugangs (74) zu der zweiten Meereskonstruktion (70) erstreckt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Schritt des Anordnens der ersten und zweiten Meereskonstruktion (50, 70) in einander benachbarten Stellungen das Anordnen der ersten Meereskonstruktion (50) in Bezug auf die zweite Meereskonstruktion (70) umfasst.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, wobei der Schritt des Kontrollierens und erforderlichenfalls Einstellens der Position einer oder beider der ersten und zweiten Meereskonstruktion (50, 70), so dass sie in einem beabstandeten Verhältnis zueinander gehalten werden, das Kontrollieren und erforderlichenfalls Einstellen der Position der ersten Meereskonstruktion (50) in Bezug auf die zweite Meereskonstruktion (70) umfasst.
  4. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Steg (110) in Bezug auf die Horizontale geneigt ist, so dass die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) sich abwärts bewegt, wenn sie sich von dem gelagerten Zustand in den Betriebszustand bewegt.
  5. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei mindestens ein Endabschnitt der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) an dem Steg (110) angeschlossen bleibt, wenn sich die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) in ihrem Betriebszustand befindet.
  6. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die erste Meereskonstruktion (50) ein Seefahrzeug ist und die zweite Meereskonstruktion (70) eine stationäre Konstruktion ist.
  7. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei die erste und die zweite Meereskonstruktion (50, 70) Seefahrzeuge sind.
  8. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen vorangehenden Anspruch, wobei die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) mindestens ein aufblasbares Element (14) umfasst, welches durch die verschiebbaren Befestigungen (18) an einem Führungsdraht (12, 120) befestigt ist und durch Aufblasen von einem kompakten Zustand in einen gedehnten Zustand überführbar ist, wobei das Verfahren ferner das Aufblasen des aufblasbaren Elements (14) mit einer Aufblasflüssigkeit umfasst, bevor die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) entlang des Stegs (110) bewegt wird.
  9. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) mindestens ein aufblasbares Element (14) umfasst, welches durch die verschiebbaren Befestigungen (18) an einem Führungsdraht (12, 120) befestigt ist und durch Aufblasen von einem kompakten Zustand in einen gedehnten Zustand überführbar ist, wobei das Verfahren ferner das Aufblasen des aufblasbaren Elements (14) mit einer Aufblasflüssigkeit umfasst, nachdem die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) entlang des Stegs (110) bewegt wird.
  10. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei sich die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) gleichzeitig mit dem Schritt des Verschiebens der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) entlang des Führungsdrahts/der Führungsdrähte (12, 120) entlang des Stegs (110) verschiebt.
  11. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, welches das Bereitstellen einer Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) umfasst, die ein einziges aufblasbares Element (14) umfasst.
  12. Verfahren nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, welches das Bereitstellen einer Mehrzahl aufblasbarer Elemente (14) umfasst.
  13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, wobei das aufblasbare Element (14) eine äußere Hülle (140) umfasst, welche eine Mehrzahl aufblasbarer Schläuche (142) einschließt.
  14. Vorrichtung (10) zum Bereitstellen einer Brückenkonstruktion für die Überführung von Personal, Waren oder Ausrüstung von einer ersten Meereskonstruktion (50) zu einer zweiten Meereskonstruktion (70), wobei die Vorrichtung Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Gangway-Vorrichtung (102), welche wirkend von einem gelagerten Zustand in einen Betriebszustand bewegbar ist;
    einen Steg (110), welcher wirkend auf der ersten Meereskonstruktion (50) angebracht ist und auf welchem die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) in ihrem gelagerten Zustand angebracht ist;
    ein oder mehrere Gestänge, welche(s) an der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) befestigt ist/sind und mittels dessen/derer die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) entlang des Stegs (110) von dem gelagerten Zustand in den, oder in Richtung des, Betriebszustand(s) bewegbar ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    mindestens einen Führungsdraht (12, 120) und Mittel zum Befestigen des Führungsdrahts an der ersten Meereskonstruktion (50) und an einer Befestigungsstelle (74) auf der zweiten Meereskonstruktion (70) nahe der Stelle des Zugangs zu der zweiten Meereskonstruktion (70);
    Mittel, welche beim Betrieb auf der ersten Meereskonstruktion (50) angebracht sind, um den mindestens einen Führungsdraht (12, 120) unter einer gewünschten Spannung zu halten;
    eine oder mehrere Befestigungen (18), welche an der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) befestigt sind und beim Ausfahren der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) entlang eines Führungsdrahts (12, 120) verschiebbar sind, wobei die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) mittels dieser Befestigungen (18) wirkend von dem mindestens einen Führungsdraht (12, 120) gehalten werden kann, um sich über den Zwischenraum zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Meereskonstruktion (50, 70) zu erstrecken.
  15. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 14, wobei der Steg (110) in Bezug auf die Horizontale geneigt ist.
  16. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, wobei der Steg (110) mindestens eine steife Schiene (111, 112) umfasst.
  17. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 16, wobei der Steg (110) ein Paar im Wesentlichen paralleler Schienen (111, 112) umfasst.
  18. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, wobei die oder jede Schiene (111, 112) geradlinig ist.
  19. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, wobei das Gestänge ein Gleitstück, Rollenschlitten, Drehgestell, Laufwagen oder dergleichen, zwischen der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) und der oder jeder Schiene (111, 112) umfasst.
  20. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, wobei der Steg (110) ein oder mehrere gespannte Kabel umfasst.
  21. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 15 oder einem beliebigen von diesem abhängigen Anspruch, wobei der Steg (110) so angebracht ist, dass sie im Betrieb von einem höchsten Punkt ungefähr in einem mittleren Bereich des Seefahrzeugs (50) zu einem niedrigsten Punkt nahe dem Heck oder Seite des Seefahrzeugs (50) verläuft.
  22. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 21, wobei im Betriebszustand mindestens ein Endabschnitt der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) an dem Steg (110) befestigt bleibt.
  23. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 22, wobei die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) mindestens ein aufblasbares Element (14) umfasst.
  24. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 22, wobei die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) eine Mehrzahl aufblasbarer Elemente (14) umfasst, welche unabhängig voneinander aufblasbar sind.
  25. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 24, wobei die Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) eine äußere Hülle (140) umfasst, welche eine Mehrzahl aufblasbarer Schläuche (142) einschließt.
  26. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 23 bis 25, wobei mindestens ein aufblasbarer Abschnitt der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) in seinem gedehnten Zustand eine obere Oberfläche aufweist, welche wirkend eine Gangway für Personal bildet, das die Brückenkonstruktion verwendet.
  27. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 24, 25 oder Anspruch 26, wenn abhängig von Anspruch 24, welche Mittel zum Zusammenfügen von zwei oder mehr aufblasbaren Elementen (14) zur Bildung der Gangway umfasst.
  28. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 27, wobei die zwei oder mehr aufblasbaren Elemente (14) nebeneinander gefügt werden.
  29. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 24 oder einem beliebigen hiervon abhängigen Anspruch, welche ferner aufblasbare Elemente (14) umfasst, welche in ihrem gedehnten Zustand Seitenwände der Brückenkonstruktion bilden.
  30. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 29, welche Mittel zum Zusammenfügen von zwei oder mehr aufblasbaren Elementen (14) zur Bildung der Seitenwände umfasst.
  31. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 30, wobei die zwei oder mehr aufblasbaren Elemente (14) nebeneinander gefügt werden.
  32. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 26, wobei die obere Oberfläche eine rutschfeste Fläche aufweist.
  33. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 32, welche ferner eine Mehrzahl in Abständen an der Gangway-Vorrichtung (102) befestigter aufrecht stehender Pfähle (56) und an den Pfählen befestigte Sicherheitsseile oder -netze (57) umfasst.
  34. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 33, welche ferner mindestens ein Sicherheitsseil (57) umfasst, das in Längsrichtung der Gangway-Vorrichtung verläuft und an welchem das Sicherheits-Gurtzeug eines Benutzers wirkend befestigbar ist.
  35. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 23 oder einem beliebigen hiervon abhängigen Anspruch, wobei das mindestens eine aufblasbare Element (14) in seinem gedehnten Zustand wirkend unterhalb eines einzelnen Führungsdrahts (12, 120) hängt.
  36. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 23 oder einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 24 bis 34, wenn er hiervon abhängig ist, wobei das mindestens eine aufblasbare Element (14) in seinem gedehnten Zustand wirkend oberhalb eines einzelnen Führungsdrahts (12, 120) angebracht wird.
  37. Vorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 23 oder einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 24 bis 34, wenn er hiervon abhängig ist, wobei das mindestens eine aufblasbare Element (14) in seinem gedehnten Zustand wirkend an einem Paar im Wesentlichen paralleler Führungsdrähte (12, 120) angebracht ist.
  38. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 37, wobei die erste Meereskonstruktion (50) ein Seefahrzeug ist und die zweite Meereskonstruktion (70) eine stationäre Konstruktion ist.
  39. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 37, wobei die erste und die zweite Meereskonstruktion (50, 70) ein erstes und zweites Seefahrzeug sind.
  40. Vorrichtung (10) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 37 zum Ausführen des Verfahrens nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
  41. Seefahrzeug (50), auf welchem Vorrichtungen nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 14 bis 38 angebracht sind.
  42. Seefahrzeug (50) nach Anspruch 41, welches ein Schlauchboot, insbesondere ein RIB [Festrumpfschlauchboot], umfasst.
