So, the injection valve 6 is fixed in its position by a positive-fit and by a press-fit.

  • the pin 44 of the cylinder head 2 and/or the plate 20 and/or the cylinder head 2 may be made of one piece. If the pin 44 and/or respectively the plate 20 and/or respectively the cylinder head 2 are made of one piece, this may contribute to a good stability of the pin 44 of the cylinder head 2.
  • the pin 44 and/or respectively the plate 20 may be welded to the cylinder head 2 or the pin 44 and/or respectively the plate 20 may be screwed into the cylinder head 2.
  • the injection valve 6 may be assembled into the cylinder head 2 by introducing the pin 44 of the cylinder head 2 into the groove 42 of the injection valve 6 at the step 16.
  • the groove 42 of the cylinder head 2 is formed in such a way that the rubber ring 30 is preloaded when the injection valve 6 is inserted to the recess 4 and when the injection valve 6 is turned around its axis X in such a way that the pin 44 of the cylinder head 2 is at a backstop 48 of the groove 42 of the injection valve 6. So, the injection valve 6 is fixed in its position by the positive-fit.
  • the rubber ring 30 can be used instead of the spring 10 in every embodiment.
  • every embodiment may comprise the plate 20 or not.

Claims (15)

  1. Soupape d'injection (6) pour moteur à combustion interne comprenant :
    - au moins des première et seconde parties axiales (12, 14) séparées par un épaulement (16) de la soupape d'injection (6), la première partie axiale (12) de la soupape d'injection (6) ayant, au niveau de l'épaulement (16) de la soupape d'injection (6), un diamètre supérieur à celui de la seconde partie axiale (14),
    caractérisée par au moins une rainure (42) prévue dans la première partie axiale (12) de la soupape d'injection (6), cette rainure (42) de la soupape d'injection (6) s'étendant à partir de l'épaulement (16) de la soupape d'injection (6) en sens opposé par rapport à une buse d'injection (7) de la soupape d'injection (6) et s'étendant également en direction de la buse d'injection (7) vers une seconde extrémité (48) de la rainure (42) de la soupape d'injection (6), la rainure (42) de la soupape d'injection (6) étant formée et agencée de telle manière que dans un agencement projeté de la soupape d'injection (6) dans une tête de cylindre (2) du moteur à combustion interne, la seconde extrémité (48) de la rainure (42) de la soupape d'injection (6) constitue une butée de la soupape d'injection (6) vis-à-vis d'une goupille (44) prévue sur la tête de cylindre (2).
  2. Tête de cylindre (2) pour un moteur à combustion interne comprenant :
    - une première face (3) de la tête de cylindre (2) destinée à former une paroi de la chambre de combustion du moteur à combustion interne,
    - une seconde face (5) de la tête de cylindre (2) tournée en sens opposé par rapport à la première face (3) de la tête de cylindre (2),
    - une cavité (4) pour une soupape d'injection (6) qui s'étend de la première face à la seconde (3, 5) de la tête de cylindre (2) et qui comprend un épaulement (9) de cette cavité (4),
    - caractérisée par au moins une rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2) prévue dans une paroi de la cavité (4), la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2) s'étendant à partir de l'épaulement (9) de la cavité (4) ou à partir de la seconde face (5) de la tête de cylindre (2) en direction de la première face (3) de la tête de cylindre (2), la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2) s'étendant ensuite en outre à partir de la première face (3) de la tête de cylindre (2), vers une seconde extrémité (28) de la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2), la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2) étant formée et agencée de telle manière que dans un agencement projeté de la tête de cylindre (2), la seconde extrémité (28) de la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2) constitue une butée de la de la tête de cylindre (2) pour une goupille (24) de la soupape d'injection (6).
  3. Tête de cylindre selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une plaque (20) fixée à la tête de cylindre (2), cette plaque comprenant la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2) et au moins une partie de la cavité (4) de la tête de cylindre (2).
  4. Tête de cylindre selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le fait que la plaque (20) comprend de l'acier inoxydable, et/ou du cuivre et/ou de l'aluminium.
  5. Agencement de tête de cylindre pour un moteur à combustion interne comprenant une soupape d'injection selon la revendication 1 et une tête de cylindre (2) comprenant :
    - une cavité (4) pour une soupape d'injection (6), cette cavité (4) comprenant un épaulement (9),
    caractérisé par au moins une goupille (44) de la tête de cylindre (2) qui est soit disposée près de la cavité (4) en faisant saillie radialement et au moins partiellement de la tête de cylindre (2) en direction de l'axe (X) de la cavité (4), soit disposée dans la cavité (4) en faisant saillie au moins partiellement de la paroi de cette cavité en direction radiale par rapport à celle-ci, la goupille (44) de la tête de cylindre (2) étant formée et agencée de telle manière que dans l'agencement projeté de la tête de cylindre (2), la goupille (44) de la tête de cylindre (2) coopère avec la rainure (42) de la soupape d'injection (6) afin de fixer la soupape d'injection (6) dans la cavité (4) moyennant une immobilisation positive.
  6. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que la goupille (44) de la tête de cylindre (2) et la tête de cylindre (2) sont réalisées en une seule pièce.
  7. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon l'une des revendications 5 ou 6,
    caractérisé par le fait que la tête de cylindre (2) comprend une plaque (20) fixée à la tête de cylindre (2) et comprenant la goupille (44) de la tête de cylindre (2) et au moins une partie de la cavité (4) de la tête de cylindre (2).
  8. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que la plaque (20) comprend de l'acier inoxydable, et/ou du cuivre et/ou de l'aluminium.
  9. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait que la goupille (44) de la tête de cylindre (2) et la plaque (20) sont réalisées en une seule pièce.
  10. Agencement de tête de cylindre comprenant :
    - une soupape d'injection (6) comprenant au moins une goupille (24) faisant saillie radialement du volume de la soupape d'injection (6), caractérisé par la tête de cylindre (2) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4 et par le fait que la goupille (24) de la soupape d'injection (6) est disposée dans la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2) au niveau de la seconde extrémité (28) de la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2), la soupape d'injection (6) étant ainsi bloquée dans la cavité (4) de la tête de cylindre entre l'épaulement (9) de la cavité (4) et la rainure (22) de la tête de cylindre (2).
  11. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que la tête de cylindre comprend un corps élastique entre l'épaulement (9) de la cavité (4) et l'injecteur (6).
  12. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le corps élastique comprend un ressort (10).
  13. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon l'une des revendications 5 à 9, dans lequel la goupille (44) de la tête de cylindre (2) est disposée dans la rainure (42) de la soupape d'injection (6) au niveau de la seconde extrémité (48) de la rainure (42) de la soupape d'injection (6), celle-ci étant ainsi bloquée dans la cavité (4) de la tête de cylindre (2) entre l'épaulement (9) de la cavité (4) et la goupille (44) de la tête de cylindre (2).
  14. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que la tête de cylindre comprend un corps élastique entre l'épaulement (9) de la cavité (4) et la soupape d'injection (6).
  15. Agencement de tête de cylindre selon la revendication 14, caractérisé par le fait que le corps élastique comprend un ressort (10).
