Abstract

L'invention concerne un substrat servant à former des cultures à partir de cellules organiques, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes: un corps en trois dimensions; la section transversale du corps présente une pluralité au moins de premiers pores dont une majorité présente une taille = 1000 µm, de préférence de 10 à 500 µm, mieux encore de 10 à 200 µm, idéalement de 10 à 100 µm; les premiers pores sont en liaison fluidique les uns avec les autres, au moins les premiers pores présentant une taille de 10 à 500 µm possèdent une propriété favorisant la croissance de cellules ; au moins une partie des premiers pores placés à proximité d'au moins une surface libre du corps sont ouverts vers l'environnement extérieur. Ce substrat se présente de préférence sous la forme d'un corps en mousse à pores ouverts constitué d'une matière plastique. Ce substrat permet la formation de cultures de cellules en trois dimensions.
