Claims (13)

  1. Behälter (1), der Folgendes umfasst:
    - einen Hauptumschlag (2), der eine erste Kammer definiert, welche eine Flüssigkeit enthält oder dazu bestimmt ist, eine Flüssigkeit zu enthalten, insbesondere zur medizinischen Nutzung;
    - eine Ausgussvorrichtung (7), die einen röhrenförmigen Körper (8) umfasst, der einen Ausgussdurchgang der Flüssigkeit bildet, wobei der genannte röhrenförmige Körper ein oberes Ende (9) aufweist, das am Hauptumschlag derart befestigt ist, dass die erste Kammer mit der Außenseite des Hauptumschlags in flüssige Kommunikation gebracht wird, und ein unteres Ende (10), durch das die Flüssigkeit ausgegossen werden kann;
    - ein Verschlussorgan der Ausgussvorrichtung, wobei das genannte Organ einerseits ein Verschlussmittel (11) des unteren Endes des röhrenförmigen Körpers umfasst und andererseits einen Schutzumschlag (12), der dem Hauptumschlag (2) auf abgedichtete Weise durch abnehmbare Zuordnungsmittel (14) zugeordnet ist, wobei der genannte Schutzumschlag angeordnet ist, um mit dem Hauptumschlag eine zweite Kammer zu bilden, in der die Ausgussvorrichtung (7) untergebracht ist;
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschlussmittel einen Stopfen (16) umfasst, dessen unteres Ende (17) am Schutzumschlag (12) befestigt ist und dass das obere Ende (18) des Stopfens (16) einen Schwächebereich (19) aufweist, der dem unteren Ende (10) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (8) zugeordnet ist, wobei der genannte Schwächebereich angeordnet ist, um durch eine manuelle Aktion derart gebrochen zu werden, dass der Stopfen des röhrenförmigen Körpers getrennt wird und das Ausgießen der Flüssigkeit zur Außenseite des Behälters erlaubt.
  2. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der röhrenförmige Körper (8) und der Stopfen (16) aus einem Stück aus thermoplastischem Material realisiert sind.
  3. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abnehmbaren Zuordnungsmittel (14) des Schutzumschlags (12) am Hauptumschlag (2) eine peripherische Sollbruchstelle (15) umfassen, die angeordnet ist, damit der Schutzumschlag problemlos vom Hauptumschlag abgenommen werden kann.
  4. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 3, wenn dieser vom Anspruch 2 abhängt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schwächbereich (19) und die Sollbruchstelle (15) im Verhältnis zueinander derart axial verschoben sind, dass, wenn der Stopfen (16) und der röhrenförmige Körper (8) durch Bruch des Schwächebereichs (19) getrennt wurden und der Schutzumschlag (12) vom Hauptumschlag (2) abgenommen wurde, der den röhrenförmigen Körper (8) umgebende Raum freigegeben ist, wobei das Ausgießen der Flüssigkeit erleichtert wird.
  5. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er wenigstens ein erstes und ein zweites elastisches Blatt (3, 4) umfasst, die fest aneinander derart befestigt sind, dass sie die erste und die zweite Kammer bilden, wobei das obere Ende (9) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (8) und das untere Ende (17) des Stopfens (16) zwischen den zwei Blättern befestigt sind.
  6. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein elastisches Blatt (6) umfasst, das um sich selbst gefaltet und sich selbst derart zugeordnet ist, dass es die erste und die zweite Kammer bildet.
  7. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das obere Ende (9) des röhrenförmigen Körpers (8) und / oder das untere Ende (17) des Stopfens (16) ein Stück umfasst / umfassen, das im Querschnitt die allgemeine Form einer in der Umgebung der Enden seiner großen Achse verjüngten Ellipse aufweist.
  8. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (16) einen deutlich ebenen Bereich (21) aufweist, der angeordnet ist, um das Aufnehmen des Verschlussorgans in die Hand zu erleichtern, um den Schwächebereich (19) zu erleichtern, und einen röhrenförmigen Teil (22), der in der Verlängerung des röhrenförmigen Körpers (8) zwischen dem Schwächebereich (19) und dem deutlich ebenen Bereich (21) angeordnet ist.
  9. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere und äußere Teil des röhrenförmigen Körpers (8) eine konische Form aufweist.
  10. Behälter gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptumschlag (2) deutlich die Form eines Rechtecks aufweist, von dem eine Ecke abgestumpft ist, wobei der Schutzumschlag mit dem Hauptumschlag auf der Höhe der genannten abgestumpften Ecke verbunden ist.
  11. Verfahren zum Öffnen des Behälters gemäß Anspruch 1 bis 10, in dem das Verschlussorgan derart betätigt wird, dass es das Verschlussmittel (11) vom röhrenförmigen Körper (8) trennt und den Schutzumschlag (12) derart vom Hauptumschlag (2) abnimmt, dass das untere Ende (10) des röhrenförmigen Körpers geöffnet wird und das Ausgießen der Flüssigkeit zur Außenseite des Behälters (1) erlaubt wird.
  12. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennung des Verschlussmittels (11) und des röhrenförmigen Körpers (8) einerseits und die in dem Abnehmen des Schutzumschlags (12) vom Hauptumschlag (2) bestehende Tätigkeit andererseits gleichzeitig erfolgen.
  13. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst das Verschlussmittel (11) vom röhrenförmigen Körper (8) getrennt wird, bevor der Schutzumschlag (12) vom Hauptumschlag (2) abgenommen wird.
