Definitions
- the invention relates to a luminaire, in particular recessed luminaire for ceilings and / or walls with a specific housing for receiving bulbs, reflector and associated mechanical and electrical or electronic components built-in housing, a housing frame connected to the housing and a detachable at least partially from the housing frame function frame , As well as an effective between housing frame and functional frame closure assembly.
- the reflector In recessed luminaires, the reflector is completed in the direction of illumination with a cover, it is known to attach the cover plate holding the cover via a screw, bayonet or snap-locking connection to the housing to perform the lamp changes or a cleaning process after loosening the appropriate connection to be able to.
- DE 103 60 948 A1 discloses a luminaire which can be swung out of a detachable housing frame and with respect to the housing frame mounted functional frame, wherein between the housing frame and functional frame, a closure assembly is provided, which consists of a specially shaped wire spring which cooperates on the one hand with a locking receptacle in the functional frame and on the other hand has a spring leg which cooperates with the functional frame over a predeterminable pivoting range while exerting a bias.
- Object of the present invention is in a recessed luminaire of the type mentioned, the closure assembly between the housing frame and functional frame in a cost effective manner so that a light source change can be performed easily and without the use of tools, in particular, it should be possible, the closure assembly also to be used in luminaires in which the longitudinal extent of the illuminant coincides with the main illuminating direction of the luminaire.
- the closure assembly In lights of the latter type is to be considered that when the light source extends through a rear reflector opening into the latter and the reflector is coupled to the functional frame, the latter can only be subtracted linearly in the main illumination direction and can not be pivoted relative to the housing.
- the closure assembly has at least one wire spring that the wire spring has a spring portion which extends between two formed in the end portions of the wire spring locking elements, that the locking elements with each a latching receptacle in the functional frame cooperate, that in each case a wire leg is formed between the spring portion and the locking elements, so that by pivoting the wire legs and an associated deformation of the spring portion, the relative position of the locking elements is mutually variable.
- the closure assembly according to the invention can thus be produced in an extremely cost-effective manner, since it consists essentially of only one or two wire springs to be bent in the required manner and associated detent receptacles, wherein the detent recesses can be produced, for example, together with the functional frame by means of a single plastic injection process. Furthermore, according to a preferred embodiment of the invention, if the functional frame is not pivotably mounted on the housing frame but is connected thereto exclusively via the wire springs according to the invention, it is possible to subtract the functional frame linearly from the housing frame in the main illumination direction so that the insert extends in the main illumination direction Illuminants is easily possible.
- the housing frame is positively received in the housing or fixedly connected thereto, in particular integrally formed with the housing, wherein the wire spring is arranged with its two, the locking elements supporting wire legs in two recesses on the outside of the housing frame.
- the closure arrangement according to the invention can be integrated virtually fully concealed in the overall structure of the lamp, whereby any disturbing shadowing is effectively avoided.
- two such recesses are provided per wire spring.
- the wire legs may be disposed on the outside and the spring portion on the inside of the housing frame, wherein the locking elements extend through provided in the housing frame guide slots inwards, so that the wire spring is held on the housing frame by enclosing the housing frame along multiple sides and also extends through the guide slots into the housing frame.
- the provision of separate fastening means for fixing the wire spring on the housing frame can be saved in this way. Since the wire spring is elastic, it can be easily clipped into the recesses provided on the housing frame and guide slots, whereupon the wire spring is captively connected to the housing frame and positioned exactly in the desired manner.
- the wire legs are preferably pivotable in the recesses provided on the housing frame as a function of the movement of the locking elements. Thus, it is ensured that the wire legs in any position they are when making or breaking the connection between Occupy functional frame and housing frame, located completely within the recesses.
- the wire spring engages over the housing frame with two connecting areas located respectively between the spring section and the wire legs and the spring section located on the inside of the frame is located in the insertion path of the functional frame and acts resiliently in the opening direction.
- pressure is exerted on the functional frame in its opening direction both during manufacture and when releasing the connection between the functional frame and the housing frame.
- a fitter must deliberately overcome this pressure, whereby he is signaled in particular by a noticeable and audible engagement of the locking elements that he performs the assembly correctly, whereas the pressure exerted when loosening the connection causes the functional frame in the desired manner is moved away in the opening direction of the housing frame.
- a "push-push” -verschlußan emblem especially for rectangular or square downlights, in which the specially designed wire spring has at least a double function in that it cooperates on the one hand with the locking receptacles for fixing the functional frame and on the other hand on the Functional frame exerts a biasing force, which is necessary or desirable as a counterforce for the operation and inevitably transferred the functional frame when opening in an open position.
- the resilient loading of the functional frame can also by other elements than the wire spring be achieved.
- a separate spring element in particular in each case a spiral spring, which is connected either to the housing frame or to the functional frame in the corner regions of housing and functional frame.
- These spring elements are located in the insertion of the functional frame and apply this resiliently in the opening direction.
- the spring elements are preferably inserted into bores which are formed in the corner regions of the housing frame and open in the direction of the functional frame.
- the locking elements are each formed by an angled, extending through the guide slots in the housing frame end portion of the wire spring and that each belonging to a locking element locking receptacle in the functional frame a Einfahrkulisse and a Ausfahrkulisse and has a latching position provided therebetween, wherein locking and unlocking of the locking elements takes place by applying pressure to the functional frame in its closing direction.
- two wire springs can be provided on opposite sides of the particular rectangular or square housing frame, so that ultimately there is a locking element in each corner region of the housing frame.
- a circumferential seal in particular a labyrinth seal, is preferably formed in the inserted and latched position of the functional frame between the latter and the housing frame.
- the functional frame may be formed in the manner already explained as a carrier of a reflector or at least a partial reflector. Furthermore, in addition to or as an alternative to a translucent cover pane, it can also carry a diffusing screen through which diffused light can emerge from the luminaire.
- the functional frame is coupled to at least one flexible retaining element which continues to connect the functional frame in its released position from the housing frame with this.
- the functional frame can be released after a release from the housing frame by the fitter, as he continues to hang on the flexible frame on the housing frame.
- the functional frame hanging on the housing can simply be grasped again and connected to the housing frame.
- two flexible holding elements are attached to one side of the functional frame, so that it can not rotate relative to the housing frame about a vertical axis.
- the subsequent example of a lamp changes assembly process is facilitated because the frame already depends in a largely correct position on the housing frame and accordingly can not be oriented incorrectly relative to the housing frame by the fitter during assembly.
- the holding elements are formed integrally with the functional frame, wherein the functional frame can be formed in particular as a plastic injection molded part. In this case, then functional frame and holding elements by means of a single injection process can be produced in a simple manner.
- the holding elements are no longer visible when the functional frame is mounted, they can be inserted with their remote from the functional frame area during assembly in the lamp housing or the housing frame. In a disassembly, however, the holding elements are pulled out of the housing or the housing frame, but they are fixed in their final position in the housing or housing frame, so that they can not move completely out of the housing or housing frame.
- Fig. 1 shows a substantially square functional frame 10 in which a cover plate 12 and a reflector 14 are suitably held.
- the functional frame 10 has a circumferential side wall which extends perpendicular to the cover 12.
- two locking receptacles 16 are formed, which are located in the end regions of the respective side walls, so that ultimately in each corner region of the functional frame 10, a locking receptacle 16 is present.
- two locking receptacles 16 could also be formed on all four sides of the functional frame 10.
- Each locking receptacle 16 has a Einfahrkulisse 18 and a Ausfahrkulisse 20, between which a locking position 22 is formed.
- the retraction gate 18 has in its upper end region a funnel-shaped widening 24, via which locking elements 26 of a wire spring 28 in the relaxed state of the wire spring 28 can first be introduced without deformation of the same in the Einfahrkulisse 18.
- the axes x and y of this coordinate system span the plane in which the cover plate 12 extends.
- the axis z is perpendicular to this plane.
- the wire spring 28 has a central spring portion 30 which extends in the direction of the axis y and is thereby bent helically so as to enhance the spring action.
- On the spring portion 30 close on both sides in a straight direction obliquely upward within the plane defined by the axes y and z plane extending wire sections 32, which are angled away in their spring section 30 facing away from the end region such that they extend parallel to the axis y.
- a wire leg 36 adjoins the connecting regions 34, which extends starting from the respective connecting region 34 downwards parallel to the axis z and carries a respective locking element 26 at its lower end.
- the locking element 26 extends parallel to the axis x inwardly toward the reflector 14 back.
- the entire wire spring 28 with spring section 30, wire sections 32, connecting portions 34, wire legs 36 and locking elements 26 is made of a single, each bent in the desired manner wire piece, which has elastic properties, so that it takes place in particular after a dimensionally occurring deformation of the spring section 30 returns to its original form.
- Fig. 2a to d illustrate that the locking receivers 16 below the funnel-shaped widening 24 each have an arcuate inwardly curved Einfahrkulisse 18 which continues after reaching a lower end point 40 hook-shaped obliquely above outside until a located approximately below the widening 24 locking position 22 is reached.
- the latching position 22 then adjoins obliquely downwards outside a first section of a Ausfahrkulisse 20, which extends to a further lower end point 42. Starting from this further lower end point 42, the Ausfahrkulisse 20 continues in turn obliquely upwards on the outside, so that it ends outside the widenings 24.
- the Ausfahrkulisse 20 has a step 44 which is formed in such a way that in the direction of in Fig. 2a drawn arrows located behind the step 44 range of Ausfahrkulisse 20 deeper, ie closer to the reflector 14 is located as the front of the stage 44 located area of the Ausfahrkulisse 20th

- the wire spring 28 When inserting the functional frame 10 in this housing frame, the wire spring 28 is in its in Fig. 2a illustrated, relaxed position, so that the two locking elements 26 are located directly above the widening 24.
- the functional frame 10 is moved upward in the direction of the housing frame or in the direction of the wire spring 28, the locking elements 26 move into the widenings 24 and from there along the in Fig. 2a drawn triangular arrows through the first portion of the Einfahrkulisse 18. In this way, the locking elements 26 are moved closer to each other due to the shape of the Einfahrkulisse 18 so that the spring portion 30 accordingly Fig.
- the latch members 26 first abut the bevel 50 of the Ausfahrkulisse 20, said bevel 50 then leads the latch members 26 to the lower end 42 of the Ausfahrkulisse 20. Immediately before this lower end point 42, the locking elements 26 jump over the steps 44, so that the locking elements 26 engage behind the steps 44.
- This latching action is achieved in that the bottom of the Ausfahrkulisse 20 is increased in front of the step 44, so that the locking elements 26 press due to the elasticity of the wire springs 28 to the bottom of the Ausfahrkulisse 20 and thus behind the step 44 to the lower there Ausfahrkulisse 20 jump.
- the spring portion 30 is again slightly more curved than in Fig. 2c represented, so that the functional frame 10 is pressed after completion of the pressurization by the fitter on the ends 46 of the spring portion 30 back slightly down.
- the locking elements 26 move within the Ausfahrkulissen 20 obliquely upwards. Due to the oblique design of the Ausfahrkulissen 20 of the functional frame 10, however, can not fall in an unintentional manner, since he continues to be held by the locking elements 26 which abut the inner sides of the Ausfahrkulisse 20. Only when the functional frame is then actively pulled down by the installer, there is a spreading of the wire springs 28, in which the locking elements 26 are moved further apart.
- Fig. 3a shows a perspective view of a lamp housing 52 with a counter to the main illumination direction located housing bottom 54.

- fastening means 58 are provided, by means of which the lamp housing can be fixed, for example, in a suspended ceiling.
- two substantially circular sector-shaped recesses 60 are provided, in which the wire legs 36 of the wire springs 28 are accommodated.
- guide slots 62 are formed, which have a circular arc shape, so that connected to the wire legs 36 locking elements 26 can move in the guide slots 62 as it in connection with the Fig. 2a to d was explained.
- the locking elements 26 are located within the guide slots 62, that the wire legs 36 create on the outside of the housing frame 56, and that the over the connecting portions 34 with the wire legs 36 connected wire sections 32 with the spring portion 30 (in Fig. 3a not visible) on the inside of the housing frame 56, it is ensured that the wire spring 28 is fixed without additional fastening means on the housing frame 56 in the desired position.
- the just explained position of the wire sections 32 and the spring section 30 is made Fig. 3b to see in which the Luminaire housing 52 including the housing frame 56 is shown transparent.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a luminaire, in particular recessed luminaire for ceilings and / or walls with a specific housing for receiving bulbs, reflector and associated mechanical and electrical or electronic components built-in housing, a housing frame connected to the housing and a detachable at least partially from the housing frame function frame , As well as an effective between housing frame and functional frame closure assembly.
In recessed luminaires, the reflector is completed in the direction of illumination with a cover, it is known to attach the cover plate holding the cover via a screw, bayonet or snap-locking connection to the housing to perform the lamp changes or a cleaning process after loosening the appropriate connection to be able to.
Object of the present invention is in a recessed luminaire of the type mentioned, the closure assembly between the housing frame and functional frame in a cost effective manner so that a light source change can be performed easily and without the use of tools, in particular, it should be possible, the closure assembly also to be used in luminaires in which the longitudinal extent of the illuminant coincides with the main illuminating direction of the luminaire. In lights of the latter type is to be considered that when the light source extends through a rear reflector opening into the latter and the reflector is coupled to the functional frame, the latter can only be subtracted linearly in the main illumination direction and can not be pivoted relative to the housing.
According to the invention, this object is solved by the features of claim 1 and in particular in that the closure assembly has at least one wire spring that the wire spring has a spring portion which extends between two formed in the end portions of the wire spring locking elements, that the locking elements with each a latching receptacle in the functional frame cooperate, that in each case a wire leg is formed between the spring portion and the locking elements, so that by pivoting the wire legs and an associated deformation of the spring portion, the relative position of the locking elements is mutually variable.
The closure assembly according to the invention can thus be produced in an extremely cost-effective manner, since it consists essentially of only one or two wire springs to be bent in the required manner and associated detent receptacles, wherein the detent recesses can be produced, for example, together with the functional frame by means of a single plastic injection process.
Preferably, the housing frame is positively received in the housing or fixedly connected thereto, in particular integrally formed with the housing, wherein the wire spring is arranged with its two, the locking elements supporting wire legs in two recesses on the outside of the housing frame. In this way, the closure arrangement according to the invention can be integrated virtually fully concealed in the overall structure of the lamp, whereby any disturbing shadowing is effectively avoided. In the provision of several wire springs two such recesses are provided per wire spring.
The wire legs may be disposed on the outside and the spring portion on the inside of the housing frame, wherein the locking elements extend through provided in the housing frame guide slots inwards, so that the wire spring is held on the housing frame by enclosing the housing frame along multiple sides and also extends through the guide slots into the housing frame. The provision of separate fastening means for fixing the wire spring on the housing frame can be saved in this way. Since the wire spring is elastic, it can be easily clipped into the recesses provided on the housing frame and guide slots, whereupon the wire spring is captively connected to the housing frame and positioned exactly in the desired manner.
The wire legs are preferably pivotable in the recesses provided on the housing frame as a function of the movement of the locking elements. Thus, it is ensured that the wire legs in any position they are when making or breaking the connection between Occupy functional frame and housing frame, located completely within the recesses.
It is particularly advantageous if the wire spring engages over the housing frame with two connecting areas located respectively between the spring section and the wire legs and the spring section located on the inside of the frame is located in the insertion path of the functional frame and acts resiliently in the opening direction. As a result of this resilient application, pressure is exerted on the functional frame in its opening direction both during manufacture and when releasing the connection between the functional frame and the housing frame. When establishing the connection, a fitter must deliberately overcome this pressure, whereby he is signaled in particular by a noticeable and audible engagement of the locking elements that he performs the assembly correctly, whereas the pressure exerted when loosening the connection causes the functional frame in the desired manner is moved away in the opening direction of the housing frame.
It is thus provided according to the invention, a "push-push" -verschlußanordnung, especially for rectangular or square downlights, in which the specially designed wire spring has at least a double function in that it cooperates on the one hand with the locking receptacles for fixing the functional frame and on the other hand on the Functional frame exerts a biasing force, which is necessary or desirable as a counterforce for the operation and inevitably transferred the functional frame when opening in an open position.
As an alternative to the above embodiment, in which the wire spring has the said double function, the resilient loading of the functional frame can also by other elements than the wire spring be achieved. For example, it is possible to arrange in each case a separate spring element, in particular in each case a spiral spring, which is connected either to the housing frame or to the functional frame in the corner regions of housing and functional frame. These spring elements are located in the insertion of the functional frame and apply this resiliently in the opening direction. The spring elements are preferably inserted into bores which are formed in the corner regions of the housing frame and open in the direction of the functional frame.
In this alternative embodiment, it is advantageous that tilting of the functional frame when attaching to the housing frame or when releasing from the housing frame is particularly effectively avoided.
The latter variants according to the invention can be inexpensively realized at high reliability, for example, that the locking elements are each formed by an angled, extending through the guide slots in the housing frame end portion of the wire spring and that each belonging to a locking element locking receptacle in the functional frame a Einfahrkulisse and a Ausfahrkulisse and has a latching position provided therebetween, wherein locking and unlocking of the locking elements takes place by applying pressure to the functional frame in its closing direction. Particularly useful is the use of the principle according to the invention in lamps of the type already mentioned, which allow only a linear subtraction of the functional frame in the main illumination direction, since a pivoting of the functional frame as a result of extending through the reflector light source is not possible or would only be possible if due to a correspondingly large rear reflector opening the loss of large reflector surfaces would be accepted.
In the last-mentioned luminaire types, for example, two wire springs can be provided on opposite sides of the particular rectangular or square housing frame, so that ultimately there is a locking element in each corner region of the housing frame.
To achieve a dust-tight closure, a circumferential seal, in particular a labyrinth seal, is preferably formed in the inserted and latched position of the functional frame between the latter and the housing frame.
The functional frame may be formed in the manner already explained as a carrier of a reflector or at least a partial reflector. Furthermore, in addition to or as an alternative to a translucent cover pane, it can also carry a diffusing screen through which diffused light can emerge from the luminaire.
It is also advantageous if the functional frame is coupled to at least one flexible retaining element which continues to connect the functional frame in its released position from the housing frame with this. This prevents an assembler having to handle a separate component, namely the functional frame with the elements located therein, when exchanging a luminous means or when carrying out a cleaning operation. Rather, the functional frame can be released after a release from the housing frame by the fitter, as he continues to hang on the flexible frame on the housing frame. At the end of the assembly process, the functional frame hanging on the housing can simply be grasped again and connected to the housing frame.
Preferably, two flexible holding elements are attached to one side of the functional frame, so that it can not rotate relative to the housing frame about a vertical axis. As a result, the subsequent example of a lamp changes assembly process is facilitated because the frame already depends in a largely correct position on the housing frame and accordingly can not be oriented incorrectly relative to the housing frame by the fitter during assembly.
It is particularly economical when the holding elements are formed integrally with the functional frame, wherein the functional frame can be formed in particular as a plastic injection molded part. In this case, then functional frame and holding elements by means of a single injection process can be produced in a simple manner.
So that the holding elements are no longer visible when the functional frame is mounted, they can be inserted with their remote from the functional frame area during assembly in the lamp housing or the housing frame. In a disassembly, however, the holding elements are pulled out of the housing or the housing frame, but they are fixed in their final position in the housing or housing frame, so that they can not move completely out of the housing or housing frame.
