Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire for a lighting system, in particular lamps with LEDs are considered as the lighting means.

Luminaires for trunking systems are often formed from an elongated luminaire insert, to which the luminaire components are attached. For low cost systems, simple designs with sheet metal profiles or extruded profiles are preferred. The luminaire insert is mounted on a DIN rail mounted on the building side.

An example of a DIN rail light is in the EP 0 813 027 A2 disclosed. A reflector, which serves as a housing, a light grid and a lamp socket are mounted in a single operation on a mounting rail. Preferably, the unit has a rotary holder, in whose one rotary position a part of the reflector is fixed in the mounting rail. For this purpose, brackets are provided which engage over in the closed position parts of the rotary holder, and upon rotation of the rotary bracket, the brackets are bent so far that the reflector from the mounting rail can be pulled down.

DE 10 2010 031 312 A1 discloses a fastener, in particular for tool-less and releasably attaching a light source substrate. The DE 10 2010 031 190 A1 discloses a lamp body with LEDs and a heat sink, wherein the LEDs are mounted on an upper side of the carrier, in particular a circuit board. The board is fixed to the heat sink and is located on the underside of a contact surface of the heat sink.

EP 0 813 027 A2 discloses a DIN rail lamp with suspension. The luminaire comprises a mounting rail which can be attached to the ceiling and housing parts or outer parts of the luminaire, which can be mounted on the underside of the mounting rail.

The EP 0 669 492 A1 discloses a lighting strip with a carrier frame profile strip, a translucent cover profile strip and an LED strip below it. A cover sheet is held between retaining elements of the cover profile strip and support posts of the carrier frame profile strip.

Object of the present invention is to provide a simple construction possible for a luminaire of a lighting system, which is easy to install and is well suited for LEDs as a light source.

The problem is solved by a luminaire according to claim 1.

The light sources, in particular the LEDs, are arranged on one or more circuit boards, which bear against a contact surface of the luminaire insert. As a result, a good heat transfer from the light sources on the board to the luminaire insert is guaranteed to ensure sufficient cooling for the lamps. Further, a partially transparent cover is provided, which is arranged in front of the lamp and closes a light exit surface of the lamp. This construction is particularly suitable for simple luminaires, which do not require a lamellar structure, but optionally have light-directing means directly in the transparent areas of the cover. According to the invention, the three components, i. H. the luminaire insert, the circuit board and the cover are held together by one or more clip elements, whereby the construction is particularly simple and can be assembled easily. In this context, it is important to note that a lamp of this kind, especially with LEDs as bulbs, also does not necessarily have to be opened, because the life expectancy of the LEDs is so high that a replacement of the bulbs is no longer necessary. Thus, the clip member may be used to hold the luminaire together without allowing later access to the interior of the luminaire closed by the cover.

According to a preferred embodiment, the cover is applied directly to the luminaire insert with two longitudinal edges, or sealing means are arranged between the longitudinal edges and the luminous insert. In any case, the cover with the light insert form a closed space in which the circuit board is arranged with the lighting means.

According to a preferred embodiment, the clamping element has one or two arms which extend through the one or two openings, each of the arms each having locking means which engage on the board and on the cover. According to a preferred embodiment, the clamping element is arranged completely inside the lamp insert and a space enclosed by the cover and the lamp insert. In this way, the clip element is not visible from the outside and also not accessible, so that the lamp without, as often encountered in wet room lights, disturbing fasteners can be assembled from the outside. Accessing the latching means of the clamping element is not necessary because the lamp when using LEDs as a long-life bulbs after assembly no longer needs to be opened.

According to a preferred embodiment, the lamp insert has an approximately U-shaped cross-section, wherein the central part of the US forms on a downwardly facing side of the contact surface for the board.
