Then numbers are assigned from 1 to N by consecutively occupying each seat to be numbered. By occupying the seat the next number to be attributed goes to that seat.

  • the console can be considered as an extension of the junction modules without any intelligence of its own. It only allows a more practical way of operating the junction modules and of getting feedback from the junction modules. It can e.g. display which number is assigned during the learning procedure.
  • the console takes over some of the functionalities provided by the junction modules.
  • the initialisation procedure can also be performed by using a personal computer device.
  • the console may also be useful for test purposes. In such a test one can for example request the sequence number of a certain item to be monitored.
  • the junction module connected to the same one-wire bus is then switched into a test mode.
  • the console then takes over some of the functionality of the console. In other words, a check on the seat sequence numbers can already be performed during the installation of the system, when the controller device still has to be installed.

Claims (10)

  1. System zur Überwachung der Belegung einer Gruppe von Kinositzen, wobei jeder Kinositz der betreffenden Gruppe mit Erfassungsgeräten ausgestattet ist, die Informationen bezüglich der Belegung des betreffenden Kinositzes liefern, wobei die Gruppe der Kinositze in mehrere Untergruppen aufgeteilt wird, wobei jede dieser Untergruppen über ein eigenes Anschlussmodul verfügt, das von einem Prüfgerät kontrolliert wird, gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass jeder Kinositz mit einem Sitzmodul zur Kontrolle des betreffenden Erfassungsgeräts und zur Feststellung, ob ein Sitz belegt ist, oder nicht, ausgestattet ist und dass die Sitzmodule mit dem Anschlussmodul verbunden sind, in dem sich das anschlussmodul zur Überwachung des Status des Sitzmoduls und zur Übertragung des betreffenden Status an das Prüfgerät befindet.
  2. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß Forderung 1, wobei die betreffenden Sitzmodule mit den betreffenden Anschlussmodulen über einen One-Wire-Bus verbunden sind.
  3. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß Forderung 1 oder 2, wobei die betreffenden Anschlussmodule mit dem betreffenden Prüfgerät über einen asynchronen seriellen Bus verbunden sind.
  4. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß den vorstehenden Forderungen, wobei die Datenübertragung zwischen dem betreffenden Anschlussmodul und dem betreffenden Prüfgerät anhand eines RS-485 Protokolls erfolgt.
  5. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß den vorstehenden Forderungen, das darüber hinaus über einen Konverter zur Umwandlung der Daten, die von den betreffenden Anschlussmodulen zum betreffenden Prüfgerät übertragen werden, verfügt.
  6. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß den vorstehenden Forderungen, wobei es sich beim betreffenden Prüfgerät um einen Personal Computer handelt.
  7. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß den vorstehenden Forderungen, wobei es sich beim Erfassungsgerät um einen Sensor zur Erfassung der ohmschen oder kapazitiven Belastung handelt.
  8. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß den vorstehenden Forderungen, wobei das betreffende Sitzmodul und/oder das betreffende Anschlussmodul mit einem Speichermedium ausgestattet ist.
  9. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß den vorstehenden Forderungen, das darüber hinaus eine Konsole zu Test- und/oder Initialisierungszwecken umfasst.
  10. System zur Belegungsüberwachung gemäß den vorstehenden Forderungen, das darüber hinaus Visualisierungsgeräte umfasst.
