Abstract

L'invention concerne un rouleau pliable (1, 2), en particulier une étaleuse servant à étaler un matériau en bande continue. Le rouleau comprend une chemise du rouleau (1) tubulaire continue en matériau composite, et un arbre fixe (2) sur lequel la chemise du rouleau est montée de manière rotative et dont chaque extrémité comporte au moins deux roulements (31, 32). Le rouleau comprend également un mécanisme de cintrage disposé sur l'une ou l'autre extrémité de la chemise du rouleau et comprenant une pièce de réglage (5), telle qu'une vis de réglage, pour cintrer la chemise du rouleau. Le rouleau comprend une bague intérieure (33) ajustée au moins partiellement à l'intérieur du rouleau, à l'une ou l'autre extrémité de ce dernier. Le mécanisme de cintrage est fixé dans cette bague de sorte que, pour cintrer et régler la chemise du rouleau (1), la position angulaire entre une partie de l'arbre (22) et la bague intérieure (33) est modifiée. Les roulements (31, 32) situés sur l'une ou l'autre extrémité sont fixés entre la bague intérieure (3) et une bague extérieure (30) solidement montée à l'intérieur de la chemise du rouleau. Les bagues intérieure et extérieure, le mécanisme de cintrage et les roulements forment un module (3) pouvant être monté en un seul bloc.
