- a second motor 14 integral with the carriage 11 and electrically coupled with the first motor 12 so as to synchronise in predefined operating steps the rotation of the finishing unit 13 with its displacement along the path above the carriage 11.
- the second motor 14 consists of a worm gear motor controlled by means of an inverter connected to the PLC and provided with a pulsed positioning device for correct angular positioning of the finishing unit 13.
- this second rotor 14 is provided with an encoder for ensuring greater precision during angular positioning of the unit 13.
- the first motor and/or the second motor may also be controlled by other electrical actuating systems (actuating systems for brushless, DC or other types of motors), without thereby departing from the scope of protection of the present patent.
- the finishing unit 13 comprises a support 15 consisting of a plate with a disc-shaped form at the front on which a finishing head 16 with the tool 6, integral therewith, is slidably mounted along second guides 17.

Claims (11)
- DISPOSITIF POUR LE FINISSAGE DE BORDS MÉTALLIQUES APPLIQUES AUX PANNEAUX EN BOIS OU SIMILAIRE comportant :- une structure de soutien (4) avec une base de soutien pour abriter un panneau (P) pouvant être déplacé par le biais du dispositif (1) dans une direction d'alimentation (X) ;- au moins un outil de finissage des surfaces monté sur la structure de soutien (4) susdite, en mesure de traiter au moins un faisceau périphérique (F) du bord métallique (B) susdit, ayant une surface brillante ou ondulée en raison d'un traitement par usinage mécanique ;caractérisé en ce que l'outil susdit est constitué d'un rouleau libre (6) soutenu d'une façon libre sur la structure de soutien (4), poussé par des ressorts (10, 18) contre le faisceau susdit à une pression 5 à 50 kg (50 à 500 N) et de préférence de 10 à 15 kg (100 à 150 N), et muni d'une surface d'incision extérieure ayant des reliefs en mesure de tourner au contact du faisceau (F) du bord (B) susdit, de façon a y imprimer, moyennant les reliefs susdits, une marque lorsque le panneau (P) susdit est déplacé per un mouvement relatif par rapport au dispositif (1) susdit, la marque susdite couvrant la surface tout entière du faisceau (F) pour lui donner une apparence satinée ou similaire.
- DISPOSITIF selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins un dispositif de couplage vertical (7).
- DISPOSITIF selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un soutien (8) ayant, monté au-dessus, le rouleau libre (6) susdit pivotant rotativement sur la structure de soutien (4) susdite d'une façon réglable à un angle de 5° à 45° autour d'un axe (X') parallèle à la direction d'alimentation (X).
- DISPOSITIF selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une plaque (9) avec, montés au-dessus de celle-ci, le soutien (8) susdit et le rouleau libre (6) susdit, reliés mécaniquement à la structure de soutien (4) susdite par le biais des ressorts (10) susdits en mesure de pousser le rouleau libre (6) susdit contre le faisceau (F) du bord susdit à traiter.
- DISPOSITIF selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'incision extérieure susdite est munie d'un filetage ou de canaux parallèles.
- DISPOSITIF selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'incision extérieure susdite est une surface en acier avec un revêtement de titane multicouches.
- DISPOSITIF selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :- des moyens d'alimentation montés sur la structure de soutien susdite et en mesure de convoyer, par un mouvement continu, le panneau (P) susdit entre au moins un couloir d'entrée et au moins un couloir de sortie ;- un chariot mobile (11) monté d'une manière guidée sur la structure de soutien (4) susdite et laissé bouger par un premier moteur (12) de façon à être déplacé parallèlement au panneau (P) susdit dans une direction d'alimentation (X) ;- une unité de finissage (13) montée rotativement sur le chariot (11) susdit autour d'un arbre avec un axe (Y) transversal par rapport à la direction d'alimentation (X) du chariot (11) susdit, et munie de l'outil (6) susdit pour imprimer sur le faisceau (F) susdit la marque, pendant que le panneau (P) susdit est déplacé dans la direction d'alimentation (X) susdite, l'unité de finissage (13) susdite étant actionnée de façon à tourner autour de l'arbre susdit avec un axe transversal (Y) et étant déplacée d'une manière opérationnellement couplée au premier moteur (12) susdit de façon à synchroniser par des étapes de fonctionnement prédéfinies la rotation de l'unité de finissage (13) susdite avec le déplacement du chariot (11) susdit transportant l'unité de finissage (13) susdite.
- DISPOSITIF selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de finissage (13) susdite est actionnée de façon à tourner moyennant un second moteur (14) faisant partie intégrante du chariot (11) et couplé électriquement au premier moteur (12) de façon à synchroniser par des étapes de fonctionnement prédéfinies la rotation de l'unité de finissage (13) avec son déplacement le long de la trajectoire pardessus le chariot (11).
- DISPOSITIF selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le premier moteur (12) susdit est commandé par un inverseur.
- DISPOSITIF selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le second moteur (14) susdit est commandé par un encoder.
- DISPOSITIF selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de finissage (13) susdite comporte un soutien (15) sur lequel sont montés de façon coulissante le long de seconds coulisseaux (17), une tête de finissage (16) ayant l'outil (6) susdit qui fait partie intégrante de celle-ci, et un actionneur linéaire (18) monté sur le soutien (4) susdit et en mesure de déplacer la tête (16) susdite le long des seconds coulisseaux (17) susdits de façon à pousser l'outil (6) susdit contre le faisceau (F) du bord (B) du panneau avançant (P) susdit.
