Abstract

Elaboration d’un revêtement anticorrosion à coût faible dans un court laps de temps pour ainsi faciliter une application à des structures d’acier marines à usage général. Il est prévu un procédé d'élaboration d’un revêtement anticorrosion, consistant à fournir un caisson d'acier (1) comme électrode négative et un élément sous-marin (3) disposé en eau de mer en face du caisson d'acier (1) comme électrode positive et à faire passer un courant continu entre ceux-ci pour ainsi induire une réaction électrolytique de l'eau de mer pour ainsi former un revêtement anticorrosion (8) sur le caisson d'acier (1) et ainsi protéger de la corrosion, dans lequel on fait passer du courant entre les électrodes à une densité de courant créant la formation d’un revêtement (7) composé principalement d’hydroxyde de magnésium sur le caisson d'acier (1) pour ainsi obtenir un revêtement (7) d'une épaisseur donnée, puis l’on interrompt l'injection de courant pour induire une action de remplacement de composition et remplacer l’hydroxyde de magnésium produit en présence d’eau de mer par le carbonate de calcium, et l’on obtient ainsi le revêtement anticorrosion (8).
