Claims (5)
- Device for quick connection or quick release of two large and heavy components (2; 4) for steelworks operation, particularly for a steel continuous casting machine, wherein a hydraulically controlled clamping unit (1) is provided, wherein the clamping force can be generated and set by means of a hydraulic plunger (10) which forms a clamping piston (14) with a central plate spring column (13), wherein the clamping unit (1) comprises a housing (9) connected with the first component (2), characterised in that the clamping piston (14) penetrates the first and second component (2; 4) and carries a clamping head (17) which can be coupled with the clamping piston (14) and which in the connected state is tightened in opposite direction to the first component (2) against the second component (4).
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that a star head (15) with detent troughs (20) or tooth gaps (20) is arranged on the end of the clamping piston (14) to be secure against rotation relative thereto and is insertable into an annular element (16) of the clamping head (17), which element is axially fixedly arranged in the clamping head (17) and secures the clamping position of the clamping head (17) relative to the second component (4).
