Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Walzenanordnung für das Prägen von bahnförmigen Materialien, insbesondere von bahnförmigen Papier- und Tissuematerialien, mit einer Patrize, auf der ein erstes Prägemuster aus einer Vielzahl voneinander beabstandeter Erhebungen angeordnet ist, und einer Matrize, auf der ein zweites Prägemuster aus einer Vielzahl voneinander beabstaudeter Erhebungen angeordnet ist, wobei die Erhebungen des ersten Prägemusters in Freiräume des zweiten Prägemusters versenkbar sind.The invention relates to a roller arrangement for embossing web-like materials, in particular web-like paper and tissue materials, with a male on which a first embossing pattern of a plurality of spaced apart elevations is arranged, and a die on which a second embossing pattern of a plurality bumps spaced apart from each other is arranged, wherein the elevations of the first embossing pattern in free spaces of the second embossing pattern are retractable.
Wenn das erste Prägemuster und das zweite Prägemuster geometrisch so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, daß die Erhebungen wechselseitig an einer Anzahl von Punkten im wesentlichen übereinstimmen, ist eine Mikrorißprägung möglich, das heißt, durch die Geometrie der Prägemuster werden die Fasern des bahnförmigen Materials gebrochen und deren Wasseraufnahmefahigkeit wird stark erhöht. Bei der Prägung von bahnförmigem Papier- und Tissuematerialien setzen sich nun Papierfasern und auch Staub in den Zwischenräumen des Prägemusters fest und verunreinigen Patrize und Matrize stark. Zweckmäßigerweise ist sowohl für die Patrize, als auch für die Matrize je eine Reinigungswalze vorgesehen, die außerhalb des Weges des bahnformigen Materials zum Zusammenwirken jeweils mit der Patrize oder Matrize aufgebaut sind. Während des Betriebes laufen dann die Reinigungselemente ständig zwischen den Erhebungen des jeweiligen Prägemusters und nehmen Papierfasem und Staub mit.This object is achieved by a roller arrangement according to claim 1. Claims (4)
- A roller arrangement for embossing web-shaped materials, in particular web-shaped paper and tissue materials, comprising- a punch on which a first embossing pattern encompassing a plurality of spaced-apart elevations is arranged, and- a matrix on which a second embossing pattern encompassing a plurality of spaced-apart elevations is arranged;wherein the elevations of the first embossing pattern can be lowered into free spaces of the second embossing pattern;
and wherein said spaced-apart elevations (16, 36) of the embossing pattern of said punch (10, 30) or said matrix are positioned in rows (12, 14; 32, 43) that are spaced apart in circumferential direction while at least one cleaning roller (20, 40) is provided which comprises cleaning elements (26, 26', 28; 46, 46', 48) being arranged in circumferential direction while extending between rows (12, 14 or 32, 34, respectively) of elevations of the embossing pattern of said punch or said matrix,
characterized in that said cleaning elements are knife-type cleaning bars. - The roller arrangement of claim 1, characterized in that said cleaning elements (26, 26'; 46, 46') are spaced apart in the circumferential direction of said cleaning roller (20; 40).
- The roller arrangement of claim 1, characterized in that said cleaning elements (26, 28; 46, 48) are radially offset in axial direction of said cleaning roller (20; 40).
- The roller arrangement of claim 1, characterized in that said elevations in the embossing pattern are arranged in a checkered manner.
