Description

The invention relates to a device for separating a warp thread layer to be separated from a warp thread layer spanned in a warp tensioning frame and a corresponding method for separating a warp thread layer to be separated from a warp thread layer spanned in a warp tensioning frame. In the Kettfadenschicht two cross cords are acted on, one of which runs under one thread, but over the subsequent thread, while the other accordingly extends over the former thread, but under the subsequent thread.

Devices and methods for separating a thread from a thread layer are for example from DE 28 47 520 A , of the CH 455 674 A or finally from the WO 02/1001132 A known. The need for such a separation results, for example, when two warp thread layers are to be knotted together, wherein a knotting machine is to be supplied with one thread from each layer. In principle, warp threading machines are also known in which, for separating a single warp thread from a warp thread layer spanned in a warp tensioning frame, the warp thread to be separated must be under a certain tension.

The above cited proposals from the prior art to solve this problem are also basically in able to solve the given problem. In such a solution as proposed in the prior art, but new findings and disadvantages have been found.

On the one hand, it is customary to carry out the separation with a separating needle. While this is basically feasible, such a separation method with a separation needle has the disadvantage that it must be provided for each different thread thickness own Separierungsnadel. This leads to a - in the sense of the object of the invention - unnecessary effort that just should be avoided.

Furthermore, for piercing with a separating needle for deflecting the - usually foremost - thread for different thread sizes each have a special separation needle necessary, which means a significant logistical and thus economic effort.

The object of the present invention is to provide a device and a method for separating warp threads from the cross, in which separating needles can be dispensed with and which do not have the above-mentioned further disadvantages of the prior art.

This object is achieved by means of a device according to claim 1. The measures of the invention initially have the consequence that without separating needles with a cross module according to the present invention, a thread can be separated and this parallel between the two cross tubes of the cross module - or in another, predetermined by the position of the locking elements - aligned with the remaining warp thread layer. At this point it can then be provided be performed monitoring operations such as a thread color test or a thread test or even just a test for a monofilament.

Anspruch 9.The invention also relates to a corresponding method for separating a warp thread layer to be separated from a warp thread layer spanned in a warp tensioning frame according to claim 7, as well as a method for carrying out tests on a separated thread and a method for processing one or two thread layers. for example for knotting threads of two thread layers according to claim 8 or claim 9.

Further advantageous details of the invention are set forth in the dependent claims.

The aforementioned and the claimed and described in the following embodiments, according to the invention to be used elements are subject to their size, shape design, material usage and technical design no special conditions of exception, so that the well-known in the respective field of application selection criteria can apply without restriction.

Furthermore, the device is not limited to use according to the claimed method. Both the device and the method can be used for other applications.

In Figur 1 ist die Vorrichtung gemäss der vorliegenden Erfindung in Ruhestellung bereit zum Separieren des ersten Fadens 10 der Fadenschicht 1.FIG. 1 shows a cross module 2 which is connected to two cross cords 3a and 3b passed through a thread layer 1. The cross cords 3a and 3b are passed through the cross pipes 4a and 4b of the cross module 2. At the distal, the thread layer 1 directed ends of the cross tubes 4a, 4b hook-like locking means 5a, 5b are attached. The rear side of the latching means 5a, 5b is formed as a surface which occupies an angle of greater than or equal to 90 ° with respect to the tangential surface of the surface of the respective cross tube 4a, 4b. In FIG. 1, the device according to the present invention in the rest position is ready to separate the first thread 10 of the thread layer 1.

As shown in FIG. 7, the cross module 2 is connected to a movement device 20 or this movement device is part of the cross module 2. This movement device is capable of linearly moving the cross module 2 in the direction of the thread layer 1 and away from it. On the other hand, the movement device 20 is also able to perform rotational movements, preferably about an axis which lies in the middle between the cross tubes 4a, 4b of the cross module 2. The rotational movements can be carried out independently of the linear movements, ie also simultaneously. In the present embodiment, the movement device 20 is designed so that only one drive motor 21 is necessary for each cross module 2 for each thread layer 1, which is then the shaft 22 to move rotationally and in the linear direction in a position.

The movement device 20 is set up so that the following method sequence for the present invention can be carried out with its aid.

First, the cross module 2 is linearly moved toward the warp thread layer 1 and at the same time the cross module 2 is rotated by an angle - in the exemplary embodiment of about 30 °. In Figure 2, this process is shown, in which case a clockwise rotation - viewed from the front - is carried out because the left cross-cord 3a rests on the front, to be separated warp 10, while the right cross-cord 3b lies under this thread. At the next thread separation, the conditions are then reversed.

With the described movement, the first thread 10 of the thread layer is already separated from the remaining thread layer in a certain way. The thread is then separated by the cross module 2 - as shown in Figure 3 - is moved to the thread layer 1 without further rotation and pushes them backwards or pushes, while the foremost thread 10 on one and under the other cross tube 4a, 4b is freely stretched. As a next step, as shown in FIG. 4, the cross module 2 is then partly turned back in the opposite direction as in FIG. 2, so that the separated thread 10 - in the configuration shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 - under the left cross tube 4a and on the right cross pipe 4b is applied to these. If now - as shown in Figure 5 - the cross module 2 is moved backwards to the rear, take on the cross tubes 4a and 4b respectively arranged hooks 5a and 5b the separated thread 10 to the rear with and about parallel to the thread layer 1. In this situation the separated thread is completely determined by the position of the trailing edge of the latching hooks 5a and 5b and the position of the cross module 2, which is why this position is particularly suitable as a test position. In particular, the separated thread 10 between the two cross tubes 4a and 4b parallel to the threads of the thread layer and thus can be tested particularly well in this area.

It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the latching hooks 5a and 5b are formed both at the top and at the bottom of the cross pipes 4a and 4b. Although it is also possible to form either snap hook on the top and on the bottom only on a cross tube or even on both cross tubes either on the bottom or on the top snap hooks. With such a simplified embodiment, however, one renounced the advantage that the separated thread lies between the cross tubes parallel to the thread layer. Furthermore, it is also conceivable and remaining within the scope of the invention, when the locking elements are embedded as notches in the cross tubes. In this case, however, the geometric relationships of the cross tubes - in particular the thickness - would be adjusted accordingly.

According to the preferred application of two substantially parallel stacked thread layers with two cross modules - as shown in Figure 7 - synchronously separated threads and cut after a test for associated thread color and / thread thickness and another test for the correct separation of a single thread and then the corresponding threads are knotted together. The test for the correct separation of a single thread is particularly useful if it can not be ruled out that the cross-cords are at most once not correctly alternating - ie crossed - incorporated into the thread layer, but exceptionally once include two adjacent threads with the same orientation ,
