Die zweiflutig ausgebildete Abgasanlage für einen 6-Zylinder-Motor weist jeweils einen Abgaskrümmer 2 und 4 auf, der jeweils mit seinem Flanschabschnitt 6 bzw. 8 am Zylinderkopf einer nicht dargestellten Motoreinheit befestigt ist. Die drei Einzelrohre des Abgaskrümmers 2 und 4 münden in ein Abgassammelrohr 10 bzw. 12 ein, an das sich ein Gehäuse 14 bzw. 16 eines Startkatalysators anschließt. An die beiden Startkatalysatoren 14, 16 ist jeweils ein Abgasrohr 18 bzw. 20 angeflanscht, die zu jeweils einem Gehäuse 22 bzw. 24 führen, in denen ein Hauptkatalysator aufgenommen ist. Die beiden Hauptkatalysatoren 22, 24 sind jeweils in einem Endschalldämpfergehäuse 26 bzw. 28 aufgenommen bzw. teilweise darin integriert. Beide Endschalldämpfergehäuse 26 und 28 sind strömungstechnisch über ein oberes Verbindungsrohr 30 und ein unteres Verbindungsrohr 32 strömungstechnisch miteinander verbunden. Das untere Verbindungsrohr 32 ist dabei als T-Rohrstück ausgebildet, auf dessen freien Stutzen eine Abgasrohrblende 34 befestigt ist.The twin-flow exhaust system for a 6-cylinder engine has in each case an
Zur Aufhängung bzw. Befestigung der gesamten Abgasanlage ist eine Befestigungsvorrichtung 36 vorgesehen, die ein Halteteil aufweist, das im folgenden als Trägerplatte 38 bezeichnet ist. An der Trägerplatte 38 ist mit Hilfe von drei Rohrschellen 40a,b,c eine untere Rohrstrebe 42 befestigt, an dessen linken bzw. rechten Tragschenkel 42a bzw. 42b eine das Katalysatorgehäuse 22 bzw. 24 umgreifende Befestigungsschelle 44 bzw. 46 vorgesehen ist. Zwei schalenförmig ausgebildete Haltebleche 48 und 50 für die beiden Befestigungsschellen 44 und 46 sind an einem Halter 52 bzw. 54 verschraubt, die durch jeweils eine aus dem Halter 52, 54 heraus geformte Lagerbuchse 56 bzw. 58 auf das jeweilige Ende der unteren Rohrstrebe 42 bzw. der Tragschenkel 42a,42b klemmend aufgesteckt sind. Die Klemmung zwischen beiden Bauteilen wird dabei durch die Befestigungsmittel 60 erzeugt, mit denen gleichzeitig das Halteblech 48 bzw. 50 für die Befestigungsschellen 44 und 46 am Halter 52 bzw. 54 befestigt ist. Die beiden Halter 52 und 54 weisen darüber hinaus jeweils eine obere Lagerbuchse 62 und 64 auf, die jeweils der Aufnahme eines Ende einer oberen Zugstrebe 66 bzw. 68 dienen. Das andere Ende der beiden oberen Zugstreben 66, 68 ist über ein Dämpfungselement 70 und 72 an der Trägerplatte 38 verschraubt. Die beiden Dämpfungselemente 70, 72 sind als Buchsen ausgebildet, in denen die obere Zugstrebe 66, 68 in Gummielementen elastisch gelagert bzw. befestigt ist. Die auf die beiden oberen Zugstreben 66, 68 wirkende Zugspannung kann dabei eingestellt werden; dazu weist das in der oberen Lagerbuchse 62, 64 aufgenommene Ende der oberen Zugstrebe 66, 68 ein Gewinde auf, das in der Lagerbuchse 62, 64 eingeschraubt ist. Die Verschraubung wird dabei durch eine entsprechende Kontermutter 74 und 76 gesichert. Claims (5)
- Exhaust gas system for a drive unit which is formed by transmission and engine, having tubes (2, 4, 10, 12, 18, 20) which conduct exhaust gas and at least one silencer and catalytic converter housing (14, 16, 22, 24, 26, 28), and having a holding part (38) which can be fastened to the transmission and/or engine and on the supporting limbs of which the exhaust gas system can be fastened or suspended, characterized in that a fastening clip (44, 46) for receiving a catalytic converter housing (22, 24) is provided at the end of the respective supporting limb (42a, 42b), the supporting limbs (42a, 42b) being configured as a lower continuous strut (42) which is supported by two upper struts (66, 68) which in each case connect the holding part (38) and the fastening clips (44, 46).
