Abstract

Ein Prophylaxegerät (10) zur pränatalen Vorbeugung gegen Geburtstraumata, insbesondere gegen Dammriss, weist einen Einführkörper (12) auf, der bis in einen Bereich des Perineums (20) vaginal oder anal eingeführt werden kann und von einer Antriebseinrichtung (22) in Bewegung versetzt werden kann. Das Prophylaxegerät (10) weist ferner einen Abstützkörper (14) auf, mit dem das Prophylaxegerät (10) lagedefiniert positioniert werden kann. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass auch bei fortgeschrittener Schwangerschaft eine ausreichende Massage des Perineums 20 erfolgen kann.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Prophylaxegerät, mit dem bereits pränatal gegen Geburtstraumata, wie insbesondere einen Dammriss, vorgebeugt werden kann.
  • Aus US 2002/0068900 A1 ist ein Prophylaxegerät bekannt, das bis in einen Bereich des Perineums (Damm) vaginal eingeführt werden kann. Das Prophylaxegerät kann mit Hilfe einer Antriebseinrichtung in Vibration versetzt werden, wodurch es möglich ist, das Perineum zu massieren. Nachteilig bei diesem Prophylaxegerät ist, dass das Prophylaxegerät verhältnismäßig kurz aufgebaut ist und insbesondere kurz vor der Geburt, wenn der Bauch der schwangeren am stärksten angeschwollen ist, nur schwer zu handhaben ist. Somit ist eine Massage des Perineums genau zu dem Zeitpunkt am problematischsten, zu dem die Benutzung des Prophylaxegerätes am zweckmäßigsten ist. Eine ausreichende Massage des Perineums ohne Zuhilfenahme einer Hilfsperson ist nicht sichergestellt. Das Hinzuziehen einer Hilfsperson zur Massage des Perineums ist auf Grund persönlicher Schamgefühle und/ oder kultrarell tradierter Wertvorstellungen in der Regel nicht möglich.
  • Es ist die Aufgabe der Erfindung, ein Prophylaxegerät zur pränatalen Vorbeugung gegen Geburtstraumata zu schaffen, das auch im hochschwangeren Zustand im Selbstgebrauch eine Vorbeugung gegen eine Verletzung des Perineums ermöglicht.
  • Die Lösung der Aufgabe erfolgt erfindungsgemäß durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße Prophylaxegerät, das zur pränatalen Vorbeugung gegen Geburtstraumata, insbesondere gegen Dammriss, verwendet werden kann, weist einen Einführkörper auf, der vaginal und/ oder anal bis in einen Bereich des Perineums eingeführt werden kann. Der Einführkörper bzw. ein Teil des Einführkörpers kann mit Hilfe einer Antriebseinrichtung in Bewegung versetzt werden, wobei der Teil des Einführkörpers auch innerhalb des Einführkörpers angeordnet sein kann. Die Bewegung kann oszillierend, vibrierend, rotierend oder ähnlich erfolgen. Der Einführkörper bzw. der Teil des Einführkörpers kann auch eine kreisförmige Bewegung im Bereich des Perineums ausüben. Mit Hilfe der Antriebseinrichtung ist es möglich, dass der Einführkörper bzw. der Teil des Einführkörpers Zug- und Druckkräfte auf das Gewebe des Perineums ausübt. Erfindungsgemäß weist das Prophylaxegerät nicht nur den Einführkörper, sondern auch einen Abstützkörper auf, mit dem das Prophylaxegerät lagedefiniert positioniert werden kann.
  • Mit Hilfe des Abstützkörpers kann das Prophylaxegerät am Körper der Schwangeren abgestützt werden, so dass der vom Einführkörper aufgebrachte Druck nicht zu einem Wegrutschen des Prophylaxegerätes führt. Dadurch kann eine Schwangere auch bei fortgeschrittener Schwangerschaft, wenn der Genitalbereich nur schwer zu erreichen ist, die erforderliche Kraft aufbringen, um mit Hilfe des Prophylaxegerätes das Gewebe des Perineums zu massieren und zu dehnen. Vorzugsweise stützt sich der Abstützkörper an einem Körperteil ab, das anatomisch bedingt auch bei fortschreitender Schwangerschaft einen gleichbleibenden Abstand zum Perineum aufweist. Beispielsweise kann sich der Abstützkörper in der leichten Vertiefung außerhalb des Anus abstützen. Vorzugsweise weist das Prophylaxegerät eine Vertiefung auf, die den Os Pubis (Schambein) oder das Perineum teilweise umgreift.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist auch der Abstützkörper vaginal und/ oder anal einführbar, so dass es möglich ist, mit dem Abstützkörper zusätzlich Kräfte auf das Perineum auszuüben. Dies ist insbesondere der Fall, wenn der Abstützkörper sich im Bereich des Perineums abstützt und/ oder der Abstützkörper im Bereich des Perineums positionierbar ist.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ist der Einführkörper bzw. ein Teil des Einführkörpers auf den Abstützkörper zu bewegbar. Dadurch ist es möglich, Gewebe des Perineums zwischen dem Einführkörper und dem Abstützkörper zusammenzudrücken bzw. auseinander zu ziehen. Beispielsweise ist sowohl der Einführkörper als auch der Abstützkörper vaginal oder anal eingeführt. In diesem Fall kann der Einführkörper eine Bewegung in eine Bewegungsrichtung ausführen, die im Wesentlichen parallel zum Perineum erfolgt, um Gewebe des Perineums zusammenzudrücken. Vorzugsweise sind der Einführkörper und der Abstützkörper unterschiedlichen Seiten des Perineums zugeordnet, d. h. einer der Körper ist vaginal und der andere anal eingeführt. Bei dieser Anordnung ist es bevorzugt, wenn der Einführkörper eine Bewegung ausübt, die eine Bewegungskomponente senkrecht, d. h. normal zum Perineum aufweist.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist der Einführkörper federnd, insbesondere federbelastet, mit dem Abstützkörper verbunden. Dadurch ist es möglich, dass sich nach dem Einführen des Einführkörpers automatisch ein gewisser Mindestdruck des Einführkörpers auf das Perineum einstellt. Dieser Mindestdruck ist insbesondere derart gewählt, dass beim Betrieb des Prophylaxegerätes einerseits zu starke und schmerzhafte Drücke vermieden werden und andererseits ein notwendiger Massagedruck gewährleistet ist. Dadurch kann das Prophylaxegerät bei gleicher Bauform für unterschiedliche gewachsene Benutzerinnen verwendet werden. Zusätzlich oder alternativ kann eine Grundposition des Einführkörpers relativ zum Abstützkörper eingestellt werden, damit das Prophylaxegerät für verschiedene anatomisch geformte Benutzerinnen verwendet werden kann.
  • Der Einführkörper ist beispielsweise vergleichbar zu einem beweglichen Finger mit mindestens einem beweglichen Fingerglied ausgebildet. Vorzugsweise ist der Einführkörper zumindest in einem Teilbereich elastisch oder flexibel ausgebildet, um eine Bewegung des Einführkörpers zu erleichtern. Besonders bevorzugt weist der Einführkörper einen Rotationskörper auf, der von der Antriebseinrichtung insbesondere exzentrisch angetrieben ist. Dadurch kann aus dem Inneren des Einführkörpers eine Kraft auf den Einführkörper ausgeübt werden, die dieser an das Perineum weiterleitet.
  • Besonders bevorzugt ist der Abstützkörper bzw. ein Teil des Abstützkörpers bewegbar und insbesondere von der Antriebseinrichtung angetrieben. Der Abstützkörper kann hierzu wie vorstehend an Hand des Einführkörpers beschrieben, aus- und weitergebildet sein.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung unter Bezugnahme auf die anliegenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

  • Das Prophylaxegerät 10 weist einen Einführkörper 12 und einen Abstützkörper 14 auf (Fig. 1). Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Einführkörper 12 anal einführbar, während der Abstützkörper 14 vorzugsweise mit Hilfe einer Einführnase 16 vaginal einführbar ist. Der Abstützkörper 14 weist einen hügelförmigen Vorsprung 18 auf, der im eingeführten Zustand (Fig. 2) gegen das Perineum 20 drückt.
  • Das Prophylaxegerät 10 weist im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel (Fig. 1) eine Antriebseinrichtung 22 auf, die einen Rotationskörper 24 exzentrisch antreibt, damit der Einführkörper 12 eine Bewegung in Richtung des Pfeils 26 ausüben kann, wobei die Bewegung ggf. zusätzlich in Richtung des Pfeils 28 kreisförmig erfolgt. Der Einführkörper 12 ist beispielsweise flexibel oder über ein Gelenk mit dem Abstützkörper 14 verbunden. Ferner ist der Einführköper 12 über eine Feder 30 derart mit dem Abstützkörper verbunden, dass eine federbelastete Rückhaltekraft bereitgestellt wird, um einen gewissen Mindestdruck auf das Perineum 20 zu ermöglichen. Die Feder 30 kann innerhalb des Einführkörpers 12 und des Abstützkörpers 14 verlaufen. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Feder 30, die beispielsweise als Gummiband ausgeführt ist, außerhalb der Körper 12, 14 angeordnet, so dass sich mit dem Einführen des Prophylaxegerätes automatisch eine Schließbewegung des Körper 12, 14 aufeinander zu ergibt und ein Mindestdruck bereitgestellt wird.
  • Vorzugsweise ist der Einführkörper 12 und der Abstützkörper 14 von einer Schutzhülle 32 umgeben, die insbesondere keimfrei ist. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei der Schutzhülle um ein austauschbares Einwegprodukt und/ oder eine nach Gebrauch abziehbaren Klebefolie. Durch die vorzugsweise sterile Schutzhülle wird die Hygiene des Prophylaxegerätes verbessert bzw. erleichtert, da eine Ansammlung von Pilzen oder Keimen an dem Prophylaxegerät 10 vermieden werden kann.
  • Der Einführkörper 12 und der Abstützkörper 14 sind mit einem Arm 34 verbunden, mit dem die Handhabung des Prophylaxegerätes 10 vereinfacht ist. Der Arm 34 weist ein Griffstück 36 auf, das ein Batteriefach 38 zur Aufnahme von Batterien 40 aufweist. Mit Hilfe der Batterien 40 kann die Antriebseinrichtung 22 mit elektrischer Energie versorgt werden, ohne dass hierfür Stromkabel oder eine Steckdose erforderlich wären.
  • Im eingeführten Zustand (Fig. 2) wird im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel des Perineum 20 von dem Einführkörper 12 und dem Abstützkörper 14 umgriffen. Die Lagepositionierung des Prohylaxegerätes 10 erfolgt hierbei durch den vaginal umschlossenen Abstützkörper 14. Die Positionierung wird durch eine muldenförmige Vertiefung 42, die das Perineum 20 teilweise umgreift, unterstützt. Ebenso kann eine Positionierung des Prophylaxegerätes 10 mit Hilfe des Anus 44 erfolgen. Im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel umfasst der Abstützkörper 14 die Mulde 42 und erstreckt sich bis zum Anus 44.
  • Der Arm 34 verläuft im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel am Os Pubis 46 vorbei und würde bei einem versehentlichen starken Ziehen am Os Pubis 46 anstoßen. Da das Prophylaxegerät 10 dadurch nur in einem bestimmten Bereich beweglich ist, wird eine Verletzung der inneren Organe durch eine falsche Handhabung vermieden. Eine Bewegung des Prophylaxegerätes 10 von dem Os Pubis 46 weg wird durch die Armlänge der Benutzerin beschränkt, während eine Bewegung senkrecht dazu durch die Oberschenkel 48 beschränkt wird.

Claims (13)

  1. Prophylaxegerät zur pränatalen Vorbeugung gegen Geburtstraumata, insbesondere gegen Dammriss, mit
    einem bis in einen Bereich des Perineums (20) vaginal und/ oder anal einführbaren Einführkörper (12),
    einer Antriebseinrichtung (22) zur Bewegung des Einführkörpers (12) und/ oder eines Teils des Einführkörpers (12) und
    einem Abstützkörper (14) zur lagedefinierten Positionierung des Prophylaxegerätes (10).
  2. Prophylaxegerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einführkörper (12) auf den Abstützkörper (14) zu bewegbar ist.
  3. Prophylaxegerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstützkörper (14) im Bereich des Perineums (20) positionierbar ist.
  4. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einführkörper (12) und der Abstützkörper (14) unterschiedlichen Seiten des Perineums (10) zugeordnet sind.
  5. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einführkörper (12) federnd, insbesondere federbelastet mit dem Abstützkörper (14) verbunden ist.
  6. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Grundposition des Einführkörpers (12) relativ zum Abstützkörper (14) einstellbar ist.
  7. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einführkörper (12) einen Rotationskörper (24) aufweist, der von der Antriebseinrichtung (22) insbesondere exzentrisch angeordnet ist.
  8. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einführkörper (12) und der Abstützkörper (14) von einer insbesondere keimfreien Schutzhülle (32) umgeben sind.
  9. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einführkörper (12) und/ oder der Abstützkörper (14) mit einem Arm (34) zur Handhabung des Prophylaxegerätes (10) verbunden ist.
  10. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstützkörper (14) bewegbar ist und insbesondere von der Antriebseinrichtung (22) angetrieben ist.
  11. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einführkörper (12) und/ oder der Abstützkörper (14) eine kreisförmige Bewegung ausführt.
  12. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine Vertiefung zum teilweise Umgreifen des Os Pubis (46) oder des Perineums (20) .
  13. Prophylaxegerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12, gekennzeichnet durch eine mit dem Abstützkörper (14) verbundene Einführnase (16) zum vaginalen und/ oder analen Einführen des Abstützkörpers (14).
