Abstract

The invention relates to a tube for storing and dispensing viscous to pasty products, said tube comprising a tube shoulder (16), an extraction tube (17), and a tube jacket (13). Once the tube has been filled with a product to be dispensed, it is sub-divided by means of a piston (4) comprising a separating strip (10) and a handle (11), and can be moved axially in the direction of the tube. Once the piston has been introduced into the tube, the lower edge region of the piston is connected to the corresponding tube jacket in an airtight and annular manner, for example by means of ultrasound. The disassembly of the piston is carried out by destroying pre-defined separating channels (9), removing a separating strip (10), in such a way as to ensure that the piston moves inside the tube in order to empty the same.

Description

Technisches Gebiet:Technical area:

The invention relates to a tube, dosing dispenser, container or the like, made of plastic, composite material or metal and in any cross-section, which is later after a machine filling with donation and sealing, also suitable for storage, according to claim 1 to 3, and methods for their mechanical filling and closure according to claim 16 to 18, as well as methods for removal, in particular the Spendengutreste according to claim 19 and 20.

Stand der Technik:State of the art:

Beim Stand der Technik finden mehrere Behältnis -Arten wie Tuben, Behälter, Dosierspender oder dergleichen als Verpackung beispielsweise für Krems, Zahnpasta, Kosmetika, Haarfarbe, Haushaltchemie oder dergleichen, Anwendung.In the prior art, several types of containers such as tubes, containers, dosing dispensers or the like are used as packaging for example for creams, toothpaste, cosmetics, hair color, household chemistry or the like.

If the packaging provided is a tube which is airtightly connected to a tube shoulder with a withdrawal tube and a tube jacket which is airtight with the tube shoulder, it is always problematic to achieve a satisfactory collection of donation remnants in which the maximum amount of donation goods is reduced to two percent even with the use of aids. Furthermore, present complete tubes are often material consuming, especially when a cap connects to the contours of a tube shoulder and at the same time should be stored standing on her, which makes them overpriced and environmentally unfriendly as packaging and is to be regarded as a disadvantage.

If the packaging is a dosing dispenser consisting of at least one housing and a piston arranged displaceably in it, whereby the displacement of the piston is forced by tensioning and releasing a dosing dispenser head, the dispensing material is usually much more fluid than should be, in order to move the piston to guarantee even after a designated storage time, which is to be classified as a disadvantage, since, for example, a liquid toothpaste can only partially develop their effect.

If the packaging provided is a container in which, for example, a hair color mixture is prepared and applied to the hair by means of a cannula, it is usually problematic to remove residuals of color in order to use them expediently, which likewise has to be classified as a disadvantage, as in the case of the tube ,

Technische Aufgabe:Technical task:

In contrast, the present invention seeks to develop such a tube, dispenser or container in which at least a portion of the above-mentioned disadvantages is eliminated. Another object of the invention is to propose such a method for filling and closing a tube according to the invention, a dispenser or a container that a bottling plant must be changed as little as possible and a method that significantly improved, in particular donor product removal from a tube according to the invention or a container can offer.

Offenbarung der Erfindung sowie deren Vorteile:Disclosure of the invention and its advantages:

Diese Aufgabe wird bei einer Tube, einem Dosierspender oder einem Behältnis der eingangs genannten Gattung erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass nach deren Befüllen mit einem Spendengut, diese mittels eines Kolbens, der spätestens bei einer Spendengutteste-Entnahme aus diesen, in einen dauerhaft befestigten Umfang, einen Trennstreifen samt Griff und einen axial bewegbaren Kolbenabschnitt zergliedert werden muss, luftdicht zu verschließen ist, in dem nach seinem zweckmäßigen Einführen in diese, sein unterer Randbereich mit einem mit ihm korrespondierenden Tubenmantel, Dosierspender-Gehäuse oder Behälter-Gehäuse dauerhaft und luftdicht, beispielsweise mittels Ultraschall zu verbinden ist, wobei seine Zergliederung durch Zerstörung Soll-Trennkanäle zu realisieren ist, wobei diese durch Entfernung des Trennstreifens erfolgt, in dem an einem mit ihm dauerhaft befestigten Griff so stark zu ziehen ist, dass die Zerstörung der Soll-Trennkanäle erfolgtThis object is achieved in a tube, a dispenser or a container of the type mentioned in the present invention that after filling with a donation, this by means of a piston, the latest at a donation of the donation of these, in a permanently attached scope, a Separating strip with handle and an axially movable piston section must be dissected, is airtight, in the after its expedient insertion into this, its lower edge region with a corresponding tube jacket with him, dispenser housing or container housing permanently and airtight, for example by means of ultrasound is to be connected, whereby its dissection is to be realized by destroying target separation channels, this being done by removing the separation strip in which is to pull on a permanently attached to him handle so strong that the destruction of the desired separation channels takes place

Another object is achieved according to the invention in a tube or a container of the above-mentioned type by means of the removal of the separating strip, which must take place at the latest at Spendengutreste-Enmahme, is carried out so that the piston section axially in an open tube or an open container, can be displaced in the direction of a removal opening, thereby ablating on the inner wall of this adhesive Spendengutreste means its stripping lip or edge and displaced in the interior, wherein the displacement process of the piston is then cancel at the latest when the Spendengutreste emerge from the removal opening or if the desired portion was removed. Now, a tube or container by means of a cap associated with him / her can be closed as usual, to a new removal of Spendengutreste the tube or container must be opened and either on a portion of its elastically deformable tube shell or its elastically deformable container wall, the between a withdrawal tube and a piston according to the invention, a pressure to be exerted, or the piston are displaced expediently in each case by a predetermined section, wherein if no Spendengutreste emerge by a pressure on the tube shell or container wall, the piston must be moved further in the direction of the removal opening , which is to be carried out until the piston is no longer displaced in the direction of the removal opening, and only now is a tube or container emptied maximally.

Another object of this invention is achieved according to the invention in a metering dispenser of the type mentioned that the removal of the separating strip and thus the release of a piston section must be made directly before its onset, if the negative effects of storage, especially the drying of the donated goods should be prevented and his Erstentnahme guarantee, even after removal of the protective film, make recognizable what is guaranteed by an inventive, airtight and firm connection of the lower edge region of a piston section with its inner wall as long as the separation strip is not sufficiently removed to the piston to give his axial freedom of movement, with its connection, in particular with the inner wall of a dispenser housing, must be so strong that must be done by tensing and releasing his dispenser dispensing head and the vacuum generated thereby, no separation of the fixed connection or the desired separation channels ,

  • zwischen dem Kolben und dem Bodenbereich eines Dosierspendengehäuses, oder;
  • between the piston and the bottom region of a tube jacket, or,
  • between the piston and the bottom portion of a dispenser housing, or;
  • between the piston and the bottom portion of a container
to make a receiving space for a leaflet or the like is also ensured by a multiple removal and its reintroduction in a folded state in which the outwardly directed interior of the piston to a particular cylindrical receiving space with a minimum height (H MIN. ) Designed which must always be at least 1 mm larger than the height of a folded instruction leaflet (H BEIP ) . The parameter (H MIN. ) must be used to determine how to fold the leaflet, since a diameter of a tube, dosing dispenser or container most of the time already set. According to the invention, it is also provided that, for example, a handle on the separating strip can also serve as a fixing element for a leaflet in which it serves as a pressing part and has to be designed accordingly

An important feature of this invention is that a piston according to the invention can be practically combined with or integrated into any packaging and transport means which can be used in the field of: tube, dosing dispenser or container.

The financial advantages and increased environmental friendliness and increased user-friendliness brings with it in particular a tube designed according to the invention, which is also the main component of this invention, but also in a dispenser or container brings the design and arrangement of a piston according to the invention, as well as a method according to the invention its release and its subsequent axial movement in donor debris removal is also associated with considerable advantages over the prior art.
These include:
  • the extended storage times, which is made possible by an airtight connection between the piston and the inner wall of a Dosierspenden housing, as well
  • An improved, genuine, and immediately recognizable first-crop guarantee when the piston is free to move.

Also, the design and application of a piston according to the invention for closing a container and its later activation for donation residue collection, is a sought-after, environmentally friendly alternative, especially for expensive cosmetic products.

By means of this invention, the long-standing desire of the end user is met, in particular those who more often cut a tube to remove the remaining remnants, which may amount to a tube up to 20% of the net content, refer to offer and none conventional way, without aids are to be taken, which is conscious to most end consumers and what they want to avoid, there for example with a price of 10 € / tube, it is up to 2 € which can use in addition with each tube a user and at the same time preventing pollution, which is also an important factor for many environmentally conscious end users.

According to the invention, each individual feature is subject to the protection of the invention and thus also to any combination thereof.

  1. a) bei weitgehendem Beibehalten der äußeren Umrisse einer aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Tube kann ein bis zu 30% Ersparnis am Herstellungsmaterial und -kosten, im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik, erzielt werden und gleichzeitig sowohl eine verbesserte Entnahme des Spendengutes als auch der Spendengutreste - bis auf maximal 2 Prozent - garantiert werden kann, und dabei ein Raum für Beipackzettel-Unterbringung beschaffen werden kann;
In general, the main advantages of the invention are defined as follows:
  1. a) while largely maintaining the outer contours of a known from the prior art tube can be up to 30% savings in the production material and costs, compared to the prior art, achieved and at the same time both an improved removal of the donation and the Spendengutreste - up to a maximum of 2 per cent - can be guaranteed, while providing a space for leaflet accommodation can be procured;
  2. b) without changing the appearance of a complete dosing dispenser, the negative effects of its long storage, in particular the dehydration of the donor in the area of the piston, can be largely prevented and his Erstentnahme guarantee, even after removal of the protective film, remains recognizable what is guaranteed by an inventive, airtight and firm connection of the lower piston edge of an inventive modified piston with its housing as long as the separation strip is not removed so far that the piston reaches its axial freedom of movement, the fixed connection of the lower edge of the piston, in particular with the inner wall of the dosing dispenser housing, must be so strong that by clamping and releasing his dosing dispenser head and thereby generated vacuum, no separation of the fixed connection or the desired Trermkanäle may take place. Only by a targeted removal of the separating strip of the piston may gain its axial freedom of movement.
  3. c) by a slight change in the outer image of a container, both an improved donation Restenmahme and a secure placement of a leaflet is possible.

Werden die erfindungsgemäßen Tuben, Dosierspender oder Behältnisse, insbesondere im medizinischen oder kosmetischen Bereich eingesetzt, kann in vielen Fällen auf eine jetzt notwendige Umverpackung wie zum Beispiel Faltschachtel verzichtet werden, da ein ausreichend geschützter Aufbewahnmgsraum in einem erfindungsgemäßen Kolben für einen zusammengefalteten oder zusammengerollten Beipackzettel gebildet sein kann, was ein wichtiges Merkmal der Erfindung istIf the tubes, dispensers or containers according to the invention are used, in particular in the medical or cosmetic field, it is often necessary to dispense with a now necessary outer packaging, such as folding box, since a sufficiently protected Aufbewahnmgsraum be formed in a piston according to the invention for a folded or rolled-up leaflet can, which is an important feature of the invention

This invention provides a more cost-effective packaging alternative than the prior art - in particular a tube, prolonged dispensing time of the dispenser and improved dispensing first dose dispenser guarantee, improved donor residue removal and space for accommodating a leaflet to a container, which can often occur a, now necessary carton be waived.

  • die Tubenschulter samt einem Entnahmeröhrchen ist flach und so elastisch zu gestalten, dass bei der Spendengutreste-Entnahme der freibewegliche Kolbenabschnitt so nah wie möglich an sie ran kommt, und ihr Umfang darf erfindungsgemäß auch kleiner sein als der Innen-Umfang eines Tubenmantels mit dem sie luftdicht zu verbinden ist, und der restliche Umfang des Tubenmantels ist mittels eines Falzes oder dergleichen abzudichten;
  • ein die Tube verschließender Kolben ist rund, oval oder eckig zu gestalten, wobei mindestens sein dauerhaft befestigter Umfangsabschnitt muss an den Innen-Umfang des Tubenmantels so angepasst werden, dass deren luftdichte und dauerhafte Verbindung, beispielsweise mittels Ultraschalls garantiert ist, während der freibewegliche Kolbenabschnitt eine gewünschte Abtragung der Spendengutreste aus der Innenwand eines Tubenmantels garantiert;
  • die Tubenschulter samt einem Entnahmeröhrchen kann in der Längsachse der Tube angeordnet werden, kann außenmittig angeordnet werden oder kann in einem Eck der Tube angeordnet werden;
  • das Positionieren der Tube zum Befüllen in einer Abfüllanlage erfolgt mittels ihrer schmalen Schulter nach unten gerichtet, gegebenenfalls samt einer Verschlusskappe;
  • das Befüllen der Tube erfolgt über ihren größten Querschnitt, der zum Verschließen nicht zu verformen ist, sondern mit einem, insbesondere an den Querschnitt angepassten Kolben zu verschließen ist;
  • soll die erfindungsgemäße Tube auf ihrem zuletzt verschlossenen Bereich eines Tubenmantels, oder diesem und dem dauerhaft befestigtem Umfangsabschnitt stehend aufbewahrt werden, muss ihre Beschriftung dementsprechend angepasst werden, wenn ihr Gesamtbild so wenig wie möglich verändert werden sollte;
  • der Bereich des Tubenmantels oder dieser und der dauerhaft befestigter Umfangsabschnitt können erfindungsgemäß auch beispielsweise auf ihrem ganzen Umfang oder nur an seinem Teil gewölbt geformt werden und somit wesentlich dekorativer als beim Stand der Technik sich präsentieren;
In order to design a tube according to the invention described in point "a", the following changes according to the invention are necessary, for example:
  • The tube shoulder together with a sampling tube is flat and elastic so that when Spendengutreste-removal of the floating piston section comes as close to her ran, and their circumference may be inventively smaller than the inner circumference of a tube jacket with which they airtight is to be connected, and the remaining circumference of the tube shell is to be sealed by means of a fold or the like;
  • a piston occluding the tube is to be round, oval or angular, at least its permanently attached peripheral portion being adapted to the inner circumference of the tube sheath so as to guarantee its airtight and permanent connection, for example by ultrasound, during the freely movable piston portion desired removal of the donation residues from the inner wall of a tube sheath guaranteed;
  • the tube shoulder together with a sampling tube can be arranged in the longitudinal axis of the tube, can be arranged in the center or can be arranged in a corner of the tube;
  • the positioning of the tube for filling in a bottling plant is directed downwards by means of its narrow shoulder, optionally together with a closure cap;
  • the filling of the tube takes place over its largest cross section, which is not to be deformed for closing, but with a, in particular adapted to the cross section piston is to be closed;
  • if the tube according to the invention is to be stored standing on its last closed region of a tube jacket, or of this and the permanently attached circumferential section, its inscription must be adapted accordingly if its overall appearance should be changed as little as possible;
  • the region of the tube shell or this and the permanently attached peripheral portion can be formed curved according to the invention, for example, on its entire circumference or only on its part and thus present much more decorative than in the prior art;
  • the Spendengut-Enmahme takes place at the flatter end of a tube.

The arrangement of a flat tube shoulder area on a tube jacket must be such that the label of the tube shell is at least as well readable in this position, as in the present tube, according to the invention, the tube shoulder together with a simple sampling tube or a sampling tube to form a striped Strand, to the longitudinal axis of a tube symmetrical, or asymmetric and over Whole width of a fold, or only be spread over its part, are arranged, with their typical wedge-shaped design which divides them into a front and a rear area, at least as clearly as in the prior art remains recognizable.

According to the invention, such a shape of a tube shoulder is provided, which is possible in the extreme case to a simple sampling tube or a sampling tube by means of its formation of a striped Spendengut strand is reduced, the attachment is made directly to a tube jacket, which is particularly recommended if a closure cap is smaller than the entire width of a commonly squeezed conventional tube jacket, wherein it is important that their attachment is sufficiently dense and firm and that the thread profile on a sampling tube must be adapted to the thread of a cooperating cap, in its sealing end position, adjoining the contours of the tube, if the tube should as far as possible be similar to a tube comparable in the prior art, and whether or not the length of the closure cap corresponds at least to the length of the tube shoulder; the Length of the cap is smaller than the length of the tube shoulder and this is integrated and whether it is symmetrical or asymmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the tube.

In a further embodiment of the invention, when later from the tube a striped Spendengutstrang should be removed, the piston of the invention is to be provided with an escape cavity into which the outwardly projecting end of the extraction tube execution that allows the formation of such strips , in particular in the last phase of donation residue collection, can be adjusted to its size to the dimensions of the projecting inside a tube strip Enmahmeröhrchen so that a desired donation residue removal (maximum 2 percent remaining) to guarantee what in addition, if necessary, can be further supported by an adjustment of the elasticity of the tube shoulder.

Jetzt erfolgt eine erfindungsgemäße Verschließung der Tube in ihrem breitesten Bereich mittels Einführung eines erfindungsgemäßen Kolbens der mindestens einen beliebigen Entlüftungskanal aufweisen muss, und er nur soweit in den Tubenmantel einzuführen ist, dass keine Verschmutzung der Innenwand des Tubenmantels oder seiner zylindrischen Fläche, mindestens im Bereich seines unteren, später verbindbaren Umfanges vorkommtFirst, a tube by means of a cap adapted to close tight and with this wedge-shaped end down into a nest of an adapted system and pure lead and then fill as in the prior art with the donor, with the difference that the filling level reached the donation material is substantially maintained, since the tube jacket is no longer merged, as in the prior art, flattened, which is an important feature of the invention, since the now necessary void space can be reduced to a minimum. Now, a closure according to the invention the tube in its widest range by introduction of a piston according to the invention must have at least one arbitrary vent channel, and he is only to be introduced into the tube shell so far that no contamination of the inner wall of the tube shell or its cylindrical surface, at least in the area lower, later connectable scope occurs

Now, or at the latest after closing his Entlüfhmgskanals, the connectable circumference of the piston must all around and to a width of minimum 1 mm and without touching the lower target separation channel, by means of at least one permanent connection which is to be realized for example by means of ultrasound, with the inner wall of a tube are permanently and airtight connected.

If, according to the invention, a leaflet is to be accommodated in the piston chamber, the adjustment of its rebate width must take place at the height of the receiving space, its introduction being able to take place in a rolled-up or collapsed state, which is expediently to be introduced, for example, by means of a packaging system into the piston chamber by means of, for example, an insertion forceps.

Thus, the shape of a tube according to the invention can be largely adapted to a known from the prior art tube form in which they are a round, oval or square Having end and from this starting transitions into a wedge-shaped end, wherein a sampling tube, including a more or less elastically deformable tube shoulder or without this, permanently attached to this wedge-shaped end, the shape of the cap, as needed, to the wedge-shaped end or not, and in any event, the manufacture of the cap will consume substantially less material and energy than in the prior art if a tube were to be stored upright.

Weiterer Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Tube ist, dass sie unabhängig von der Form ihrer Aufbewahrung, liegend oder stehend, immer bis auf ein Rest von maximal 2 % des Spendengutes entleert werden kann, in dem der zuerst fest und luftdicht verankerter Kolben, durch abtrennen eines Trennstreifens, axial verschiebbar wird und, dass er so zu formen ist, dass während seiner Verschiebung in Richtung der Entaahme6ffnung die Spendengutreste abgestreift und in ihrer Richtung transportiert werdenAnother advantage of the tube according to the invention is that it can be emptied, regardless of the form of their storage, lying or standing, always up to a remainder of a maximum of 2% of the donated goods, in which the first firmly and airtight anchored piston, by separating a separating strip, is axially displaceable and that it is to be shaped so that during its displacement in the direction of Entaahme6ffnung the Spendengutreste stripped and transported in their direction

Weitere erfindungsgemäße Lösung der Aufgebe der Erfindung besteht darin, ohne das äußere Bild eines kompletten Dosierspenders zu verändern, die negative Auswirkungen seiner Iängeren Lagerung, insbesondere eine Austrocknung des Spendengutes im Bereich eines Kolbens weitgehend verhindert werden kann und seine Erstentnahme-Garantie, auch nach Entfernung der Schutzfolie, sofort erkennbar ist, wenn der Kolben betrachtet wirdAnother inventive solution of the Aufgebe of the invention is to change without the outer image of a complete dosing dispenser, the negative effects of his Ionger storage, especially dehydration of the donated in the field of a piston can be largely prevented and his Erstentnahme guarantee, even after removal of the Protective film, instantly recognizable when the piston is viewed

Nur durch eine gezielte Entfernung des Trennstreifens darf der Kolben eines Dosierspenders seine axiale Bewegungsfreiheit erlangen, wobei der dauerhaft befestigte Umfangsabschnitt bleibt am Dosierspender haften, was ein wichtiges Merkmal der Erfindung istOnly by a targeted removal of the separating strip of the piston of a dosing dispenser may obtain its axial freedom of movement, wherein the permanently fixed peripheral portion adheres to the dosing, which is an important feature of the invention

Weiteres wichtiges Merkmal der Erfindung ist, dass eine erfindungsgemäße Tube mittels eines Kiappscharnier-Verschlusses oder mittels einer anderen beliebigen Verschlusskappe, in ihrem keilförmigen Bereich verschließbar ist, wobei diese in Umrisse erfindungsgemäßen Tube so zu integrieren ist, dass ein gewöhntes Gesamtbild einer Tube, insbesondere bei Markenprodukten, fast unverändert bleibt, jedoch alle oder nur ein Teil der oben genannten, erfindungsgemäßen Vorteile genutzt wirdAnother important feature of the invention is that a tube according to the invention by means of a Kiappscharnier-closure or by means of any other cap, is closed in its wedge-shaped region, which according to the invention in outline Tube is to be integrated so that a common overall picture of a tube, especially in branded products, remains almost unchanged, but all or only part of the above advantages of the invention is used

Die so beschaffene, erfindungsgemäße Tube ist soweit an eine aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten vergleichbaren Tube optisch anpassbar, dass sie fast gleich wirkt, wobei die so vergrößerte Entfernung der Entnahmeöffnung von einer, mindestens an einer Stelle flach geformten Tubenschulter bewirkt, dass die Verschmutzung dieser minimiert werden kann und gleichzeitig der Materialverbrauch sowohl für Tubenschulter als auch eine an sie in Form angepasste Verschlusskappe, unabhängig davon ob das ein Klappscharnier-Verschluss oder ein aufsetzbares Verschluss ist, geringer als beim Stand der Technik ist, wobei der Materialverbrauch für den Kolben maximal beim Gewicht einer aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten Tubenschulter liegtThe tube according to the invention thus obtained is visually adaptable to a comparable tube known from the prior art in that it acts almost the same, whereby the removal of the removal opening thus enlarged from a tube shoulder formed flat at one point causes the contamination thereof can be minimized and at the same time the material consumption for both tube shoulder and a shape adapted to it cap, regardless of whether this is a hinged hinge closure or an attachable closure is lower than in the prior art, the material consumption for the piston maximum in Weight of a known from the prior art tube shoulder is

Als Ergebnis dieser erfindungsgemäßen Veränderung der Tube ist eine verbesserte Spendengutreste-Entnahme, durch einen zum Schluss der Spendengutentnahme aktivierbaren, axial frei beweglichen Kolben garantiert und ein ausfallsicherer Beipackzettelraum gebildet werden kann, wobei diese Vorteile unabhängig davon sind, ob eine Tube stehend oder liegend aufbewahrt war und wie dickflüssig das Spendengut istAs a result of this modification of the tube according to the invention, an improved collection of donation residue is guaranteed by an axially freely movable piston which can be activated at the end of dispensing, and a fail-safe package insert can be formed, these advantages being independent of whether a tube was stored standing or lying and how thick the donation is

Weiteres wichtiges Merkmal der Erfindung besteht darin, dass nach einem Verlagern des Kolbens, beispielsweise bis cirka zu der Mitte der Tube, der hinter ihm vorhandener, ab diesem Moment überflüssiger Tubenmantel-Abschnitt kann mittels beispielsweise einer Schere abgeschnitten werden, und somit die weitere Verlagerung des Kolbens beispielsweise mittels eines Zeigefingers erfolgen kann, was ein wichtiges Merkmal dieser Erfindung istAnother important feature of the invention is that after a displacement of the piston, for example, to about the middle of the tube, the existing behind him, from this moment superfluous tube sheath portion can be cut off by means of, for example, a pair of scissors, and thus the further displacement of the Piston can be done for example by means of an index finger, which is an important feature of this invention

Weiterhin kann in jeder erfindungsgemäßen Tube ein zusammengefalteter Beipackzettel, in einem dafür vorgesehenem Hohlraum der in einem erfindungsgemäßen Kolben geformt werden kann, dauerhaft und ausfallsicher untergebracht werdenFurthermore, in each tube according to the invention, a folded leaflet, which can be formed in a cavity provided for this purpose in a piston according to the invention, can be accommodated permanently and fail-safe

Further, inventive solution to the problem provides that by a small change in the outer image of a container in which its bottom is transformed into a simple and airtight piston as described above, on the one hand known from the prior art and secure housing and Storage of a donation guaranteed, while simultaneously described above and improved collection of donated material and a safe placement of a leaflet, possible and cost feasible.

Thus, the invention is possible to create a tube that differs in their overall appearance quite little of a comparable tube from the prior art, however, a cheaper, improved, less polluting the tube shoulder donation Gutenmahme from its flat end during the whole application allows and Finally, the piston can be moved collecting by means of the separation of the tear strip, axially in the direction of a removal opening, donation residue, and this has to be done to the stop, and the more elastic the tube shoulder according to the invention is designed, the greater Spendengutresten- exploitation.

Also any further, arbitrary combination of the above-mentioned individual features with each other is subject to the protection of the invention and is its important component, regardless of whether it relates to a tube, a dispenser or a container.

Reference to the accompanying drawings, which show particularly preferred embodiments of the invention, but not limit the invention, it will now be described in detail.

Ways to carry out the invention, wherein in the description the same or corresponding parts are designated by identical reference numerals:
  • Figure 1 shows an inventive, filled, complete tube (1) together with the stored leaflet (25) in longitudinal section, the inventive, firmly anchored piston (4) is also clearly visible. Also, the constituent parts of the piston (4) as: the two target separation channels (9) between which the dense but peelable attached separating strip (10) and handle (11) is located, the lower edge region of the piston (5), the permanently by means of a fixed connection (8) fixed circumference (6) and the leaflet space (23), are clearly visible. For a later, improved removal of Spendengutreste from the inner wall of the tube (7) a wiping lip (15) is provided in this example. The tube shoulder (16) has in this example an elongated shape, which is always to be chosen so that on the one hand a material-saving, but the shape of the tube tip subsequent design of a cap (18) is given, on the other hand, the elastic deformation of the tube shoulder (16 ) as far as desired, since this has a direct influence on the degree of emptying, that is, the more elastically deformable the tube shoulder (16), the closer a freely movable piston portion (27), in particular at the Spendengutresten removal on Here they must be taken to ensure that the height of the receiving space (23) for a folded leaflet (H MIN ), always greater than the height of the folded leaflet (H BEIP . ) have to be. According to the invention, however, it is to Ensure that the minimum height (T) of the freely movable piston section is always present, even if a folded leaflet (25) would allow a smaller height (H MIN. ), otherwise it can come to its tilting when displaced in the interior of a tube (20) , which is always to be avoided, in which case it is also provided that a handle on the separating strip (11) also serves as a fixing element of the leaflet, which is not always absolutely necessary, however, which is an important feature of the invention. In this example, the sampling tube (17) is positioned in the longitudinal axis of the tube (34), but this is not absolutely necessary, in which case the maximum length of the closure cap (18) follows the usual outline of a tube known in the art is recognizable, wherein in her, not shown here side view, the tube widens symmetrically upwards, so that their well-known division into a front and a rear area can also be maintained.

Die Figur 2 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße, befüllte, komplette Tube die in der Figur 1 ausfühhrlich beschrieben wurde, mit dem Unterschied, dass da kein Beipackzettel (25) untergebracht ist und somit die minimale Höhe (T) des später freibeweglichen Abschnittes des Kolbens (27), in dem Kolben (4) so und in Abhängigkeit von dem Innendurchmesser dieser, zu bestimmen ist, dass sein Verkanten während der Verlagerung im Tubeninnenraum (20) immer ausgeschlossen ist, unabhängig davon, ob der Kolben (27) mit einem Finger oder einem Hilfsmittel wie Schiebeelement (32) axial verschoben wirdFIG. 2 shows a filled tube according to the invention which has been described in detail in FIG. 1, with the difference that no leaflet (25) is accommodated there and thus the minimum height (T) of the later freely movable section of the piston (27). in which piston (4) and depending on the inner diameter of the latter, it is to be determined that its tilting during the displacement in the tube interior (20) is always excluded, regardless of whether the piston (27) with a finger or a tool as sliding element (32) is axially displaced

Figur 3 zeigt eine aus der Figur 2 bekannte, erfindungsgemäße und befüllte Tube (1), jedoch ohne Verschlusskappe (18), um die Draufsicht aus Richtung "A" auf die Tubenschulter (16) deutlich zu machen, im Längsschnitt.FIG. 3 shows a tube (1) according to the invention, filled and filled according to the invention, but without closure cap (18), in order to make clear the plan view from direction "A" on the tube shoulder (16), in longitudinal section.

Wichtig dabei ist, dass sie nach einem Entfernen des Trennstreifens (10), den bis jetzt feste verankerten, beweglichen Kolbenabschnitt (27) für eine axiale Verschiebung im Innenraum einer Tube (20), freigebenFIG. 4 shows an enlarged detail from FIG. 3, in which the, in particular, parallel nominal separating channels (9), between which the separating strips (10) must always be arranged, are clearly recognizable, the shape and cross sections the desired separation channels (9), and their course can be arbitrary. It is important that they release after a removal of the separating strip (10), the fixed so far, movable piston portion (27) for axial displacement in the interior of a tube (20)

Es ist nur ein Beispiel einer Form einer Tubenschulter (16), der diese nicht einschränkt.FIG. 5 shows a plan view from direction "A" on the tube of FIG. 3, which clearly shows that each half of the tube shoulder (16) is wedge-shaped and flatter than the tube jacket (12) at its other end. It is just one example of a form of tube shoulder (16) that does not restrict it.

Shown in Figure 6 is a conventionally evacuated tube of donor debris which is normally discarded. By means of a piston (4) according to the invention and a method according to the invention, the dispensing residues (24) can still be removed, which is shown in FIG. Here, the parting strip (10) was removed from the piston (4) by means of a handle (11), and thus the piston (4) was disassembled into an axially movable piston portion (27) and a permanently fixed periphery (6). It is important that the axially movable piston section (27) has at least a minimum height (T) on its entire circumference, which is to be determined so that it is inside a tube (1) or a container (3) at its Can not tilt movement (hook) and thus guarantees its smooth movement.

The outer edges of the separating strips (10) according to the invention may have any course, but always depending on the plastic to be determined so that it is peelable so far that the thus formed piston portion (27) is axially movable, the different forms of Both handles (11) do not limit this invention, but allow any form.

In FIG. 9, which corresponds mainly to FIG. 7, the piston portion (27) is prepared to be displaced axially in the direction of the removal opening (arrow direction) manually or by means of an aid, and during the displacement the dispensing residue (24) from the inner wall (7) remove, and continue to transport in the direction of the removal opening (19).

Wird der überschüssige Abschnitt (35) aber, nach vorherigem Abtragen der Spendengutreste aus ihm, abgetrennt, was auch wichtiges Merkmal dieser Erfindung ist, kann man auf jegliche Hilfselemente (32) wie beispielsweise ein Stiel einer Haarbürste usw., verzichten, da die Kolbenabschnitt-Verschiebung mittels beispielsweise Zeigerfinger erfolgen kann.FIG. 10 shows the tube known from FIG. 9 with a piston section (27) displaced almost to the end, where this displacement was realized by means of an auxiliary device (32), since the now excess section of the tube jacket (12) behind the piston section (27) was not separated and thus its displacement with, for example, an index finger would be problematic. If, however, the excess portion (35) is separated from it after previously removing the donation residues, which is also an important feature of this invention, one can dispense with any auxiliary elements (32), such as a handle of a hairbrush, etc., since the piston section Displacement can be done by means of, for example, pointer fingers.

Auch hier ist ein stufenloser Übergang vom oberen, flachen und im wesentlichen keilförmig gestalteten Ende der Tube in das untere, rund geformte Ende des Tubenmantels (12), erkennbar.FIG. 11 shows an example of a tube shoulder (16), which has been reduced except for a withdrawal tube (17), wherein the remaining area of the tube jacket is tightly and permanently connected by means of a fold (21). Again, a continuous transition from the upper, flat and substantially wedge-shaped end of the tube into the lower, round shaped end of the tube shell (12), recognizable.

Die Figur 12 ist mit der Figur 11 vergleichbar, mit dem Unterschied, dass das Entnahmeröhrchen (17) außermittig, am Rande des Tubenmantels (12) befestigt ist.FIG. 12 is comparable to FIG. 11, with the difference that the withdrawal tube 17 is fastened off-center on the edge of the tube jacket 12.

In the figure 13 is a side view with partial section of the figure 12 from the direction "B" shown, which in particular clearly shows that the fold (21) is formed tightly and completely on a sampling tube (17). At the same time it is important that this area is so elastic is to make that in a donation residue removal a movable piston portion (27) as close as possible to the inner region of the sampling tube (17) arrives and thus the maximum amount of Spendengutreste can be removed. Since it is impossible for the piston portion (27) to directly reach the sampling tube (17) in the arrangement of a sampling tube (17) in the corner of a tube rebate, it is recommended that this arrangement should rather take place for tubes with a diameter of up to 30 mm ,

Figur 14 zeigt einen Längsschnitt über eine Tube (1), die zur Bildung eines gestreiften Spendengutstrangs (30) vorgesehen ist, in dem ihr Entnahmeröhrchen (31) auch nach hinten rausragt und mit Öffnungen vorgesehen ist, über die das ganz vorne gelagerte bunte Spendengut (29) in einen Hauptstrang als Streifen integriert wird, wenn im Tubeinneren der Druck so weit erhöht wird, dass das Spendengut austritt und einen gestreiften Strang (30) bildet, wobei in dieser Ausführung muss der erfindungsgemäße Kolbenabschnitt (27) einen Flucht-Hohlraum (28) aufweisen, dessen innere Abmessungen auf die Abmessungen des Entnahmeröhrchens zur Bildung eines gestreiften Spendengutstranges (31) so anzupassen sind, dass ein vorgegebener, gewünschter Grad der Entleerung der Tube (1) immer garantiert ist.FIG. 14 shows a longitudinal section through a tube (1) which is provided to form a striped donor material strand (30), in which its withdrawal tube (31) also protrudes to the rear and is provided with openings over which the colorful donation material ( 29) is integrated into a main strand as a strip, when the pressure inside the tubing is increased so far that the donor material emerges and forms a striped strand (30), in which embodiment the piston section (27) according to the invention has an escape cavity (28 ) whose internal dimensions are to be adapted to the dimensions of the sampling tube to form a striped donor strand (31) such that a predetermined, desired degree of evacuation of the tube (1) is always guaranteed.

Again, it is clearly visible that the piston (4) consists of:
  • a lower edge region (5) which is permanently connected on a circumference (6) with the Dosierspender housing (13) by means of an airtight connection (8), and
  • from a separating strip (10) together with a handle (11), which always has to be arranged between two desired separating channels (9),
    and
  • from a movable piston portion (27)
    and
  • from a leaflet space (23)
wherein the interior of the piston (4) can also be used as a receiving space for purposes other than for a folded leaflet (25).

Figur 16 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus der Figur 15, in dem ein anders geformter Bodenbereich eines Dosierspenders dargestellt ist, was auch Inhalt der Erfindung ist, da die Form eines erfindungsgemäßen Kolbens (4), insbesondere seines unteren Randbereiches (5), immer der Form eines Gehäuses (13) oder eines Mantels (12) oder eines Behälters (14) anzupassen ist.FIG. 16 shows a detail from FIG. 15, in which a differently shaped bottom region of a dosing dispenser is shown, which is also content of the invention, since the shape of a piston (4) according to the invention, in particular its lower edge region (5), always takes the form of a Housing (13) or a jacket (12) or a container (14) is to be adapted.

Figure 17 shows a one-piece container (3) in longitudinal section, with by means of an inventive, axially movable piston portion (27), collected at the front Spendengutresten, with its axial movement by means of an auxiliary means (32), at least in its last phase to force. The aid (32) should be chosen such that its contact surface with the piston portion (27) should be at least approximately half the diameter of the piston portion.

Contents of this invention are also all other, arbitrary design forms of the bottom portion of a tube (33), which can serve their beautification and at the same time can already distinguish the products from each other at first glance.

Um diese Anpassung vollständig durchzuführen ist es wichtig, dass auch eine, diese Tube abdeckende Verschlusskappe in die Umrisse passen muss, das heißt in diesem Bespiel, sie muss auch keilförmig geformt sein.FIG. 19 shows a side view of the tube (1) known from FIG. 18, where in particular the wedge-shaped course of the tube jacket (12) can be clearly seen from top to bottom and its shape, cylindrically shaped in the lower section, which corresponds to the contours, Practically connect tubes known from the prior art. In order to complete this adjustment, it is important that a cap covering this tube must fit the outline, that is, in this example, it must also be wedge-shaped.

Gewerbliche Anwendbarkeit:Industrial Applicability:

The object of the invention is particularly in the packaging industry, for a cost-effective and environmentally friendly packaging of all items that are currently offered in tubes, dispensers or containers and their emptying is not satisfied, industrially applicable, since, for example, in tubes can be up to 20% of Net contents can not be removed by recommended expressions. Furthermore, the storage time of a dosing dispenser can be significantly extended if it remains hermetically sealed until the first removal. Also his Erstentnahme guarantee can be shown much clearer, since only after the removal of a separating strip, a donation goods removal from it is possible. The stability of the inventive objects designed in this way is at least as great as that of the comparable products known from the prior art.

  16. A method for mechanically filling a tube with a product to be dispensed according to Claim 1 and to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    first of all, the wedge-shaped end of a tube has to be sealed air-tight with a closure cap (18) that is adapted to it, then, with this region, it has to be introduced into a nest that is adapted to this wedge shape and with the closure cap (18) facing downwards, and it has to be stabilized, for example, by means of a gripper, whereby the stabilization should be carried out in such a way that the shape of the open tube jacket facing upwards corresponds approximately to the final cross sectional shape of the later bottom region, and in that then the tube has to be filled from a filling device known from the state of the art to such a level until sufficient space is present to advantageously receive a piston (4) configured according to the invention, whereby, after said piston (4) has been introduced, its lower edge region (5) has to be joined permanently and air-tight by means of a suitable method, for example, by means of ultrasound, to the tube jacket (12) over the full circumferential portion, whereby the connection may, if at all, impair the adjacent predetermined breaking channel (9) only to such an extent that, on the one hand, the air-tight connection is ensured and that, on the other hand, it is always possible to tear out the breaking strip (10) by means of a handle (11).
  17. The method for mechanically filling a tube with a product to be dispensed according to Claim 2 and to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a metering dispenser (2) can be sealed by means of a piston (4) according to the invention, for example, in a filling and sealing installation known from the state of the art, in that said piston (4) can be introduced into a metering dispenser housing (13), and subsequently its lower edge region (5) has to be joined to the housing (13) by means of a connection (8) that is permanent, air-tight and applied over the entire circumferential portion, whereby the shape and length of the handle (11) can be defined in such a way that an advantageous tearing out of the breaking strip (10) is always ensured.
  18. The method for mechanically filling a tube with a product to be dispensed according to Claim 3 and to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the bottom region of a container (3) is to first be sealed so as to be air-tight with a piston (4) according to the invention in a suitable installation, in that its lower edge region (5) has to be joined to the container housing (14) by means of a connection (8) that is permanent, air-tight and applied over the entire circumferential portion, and subsequently the container (3) can be oriented in such a way that it can be taken to an existing filling installation, filled and sealed, like in the state of the art, whereby its further treatment can be the same as that known from the state of the art or it can be adapted to a different arrangement.
  19. A method for removing product residues from a tube, according to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    at the latest before the residues of the product to be dispensed have been removed from a tube (1) from which no more of said product is coming out any more when its jacket (12) is pressed, the breaking strip (10) can be removed from the piston (4) by means of a handle (11) at least to such an extent that the piston section (27) thus formed achieves its axial mobility, whereby its lower edge region (5) is converted into a permanently attached circumferential portion (6) that prevents the piston section (27) from falling out during the first phase of the removal of the product residues (24) from an inner wall (7). By means of another movement of the piston section (27) in the direction of a removal opening (19), which always has to be done while the tube (1) is open, the section (35) that is left behind can be removed from the rest of the tube (1), for example, cut off, when the axial movement of the piston section (27) is always to be effectuated by a finger. If this movement can be made by means of an auxiliary means (32), then this section (35) can stay in place, whereby the final position of a piston section (27) in a tube (1) is reached once it can no longer be moved in the direction of the removal opening.
  20. The method for removing residues of a product to be dispensed from a container, according to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    first of all, the product to be dispensed is removed from a container (3) in the usual manner, until no more product to be dispensed comes out when it is pressed. Now, the breaking strip (10) can be torn out by means of a handle (11) firmly anchored to said breaking strip in order to give axial mobility to a piston section (27) that is integrated into a piston (4). Through an axially exerted pressure on the piston section (27), which always has to be done while the container (3) is open, said piston section (27) moves in the direction of the removal opening (19) and, at the same time, scrapes the product residues (24) off the inner wall and transports them in the direction of the removal opening (19), where they emerge as product residues, whereby their removal ends when the piston section (27) cannot be moved any further.
