- Stack 2 can be transported at very high speed, although by making use of the rapid reciprocating movements relative to both electrode 9 and welding member 19 it nevertheless becomes possible to arrange a weld at exactly the correct defined position in the foil strips held together electrostatically.
- Figure 4 shows another device 21 according to the invention.
- Device 21 comprises and electrode 22 of the same construction as electrode 9 of device 1 of figure 1 . This is shown in more detail in figure 3 (detail III in figure 4A ).
- Device 21 further comprises a placing location 23 where a stack 24 of objects 25, for instance magazines, is formed. Electrode 22 is then pivoted to a position above the stack and two charging rods are positioned laterally. As shown in figure 4B , electrode 22 is displaced as according to arrow 28 towards stack 24 and compresses it. Static electricity is applied via electrode 22 and a counter-polarity via the two charging rods 26 and 27. After applying the static electricity electrode 22 is displaced upward, whereafter stack 22 held together by static electricity is displaced in the direction of arrow 29, whereafter placing station 23 is left clear for a new stacking operation.
- the two charging rods 26 and 27 can be embodied as a planar, optionally resilient semi-conductive electrode according to the invention.
- a conductive bottom of transport system 30 of device 21 which, if necessary, can be earthed in order to apply the counter-polarity.
- Other applications of the method and invention according to the invention comprise for instance of holding together shrink foils for a shrink tunnel of a packing machine, connecting the free end of a wound length of plastic, such as for bags, and the fly-over and contacting of a foil strip of a finished wound length of foil to an empty winding core.

Claims (16)
- Dispositif (1, 21) pour assurer la cohésion d'une pile (2, 24) d'objets non conductrice de l'électricité, telle qu'une pile de magazines et de bandes en feuille (3, 4), comprenant :un endroit de mise en place (23) pour la pile (2, 24) d'objets ; etau moins une électrode plane (9, 22) pour appliquer une polarité statique à une surface de la pile (2, 24) ;caractérisé en ce que ladite électrode (9, 22) comprend un élément de maintien (13) pour maintenir un support non conducteur (14), une couche conductrice (15) étant agencée sur le support non conducteur (14), ladite couche conductrice (15) étant recouverte d'une couche de matériau semi-conducteur (16), l'électrode (9, 22) comprenant en outre un câble (12) pour relier électriquement ladite couche conductrice (15) à une source d'électricité statique.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon la revendication 1, l'électrode plane comprenant une surface plate et/ou une surface incurvée.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, la couche de matériau semi-conducteur (16) étant souple.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le matériau semi-conducteur possédant une résistance spécifique comprise entre 103 et 1012 Ωm.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le matériau semi-conducteur étant un matériau choisi parmi le groupe de matériaux constitué par une mousse de polyuréthane imprégnée, une mousse de polyuréthane dopée, des résines, des matériaux tissés et des produits non tissés constitués de fibres telles que des fibres polymères.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la couche conductrice (15) prenant la forme d'une feuille métallique (15).
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, la couche conductrice (15) étant agencée selon un motif particulier.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant au moins une contre-électrode (17, 26, 27) pour appliquer une contre-polarité à une autre surface de la pile (2, 24).
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon la revendication 8, comprenant en outre un système de transport (30) pour transporter ladite pile (2, 24) d'objets non conductrice de l'électricité, la contre-électrode (26, 27) constituant un dessous conducteur du système de transport (30) du dispositif (21).
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon la revendication 9, le dessous étant mis à la terre et formé d'une bande transporteuse comprise dans le système de transport (30).
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon la revendication 8, la contre-électrode (17, 26, 27) étant configurée de la même manière que ladite électrode (9, 22).
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon la revendication 8, la contre-électrode (17) comprenant un rouleau (17).
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon la revendication 11, le rouleau (17) étant mis à la terre.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'électrode (9, 22) étant animée d'un mouvement de va-et-vient, d'un mouvement de translation et/ou d'un mouvement de rotation par rapport à la pile (2, 24) d'objets.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'électrode plane étant déformable élastiquement.
- Dispositif (1, 21) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, équipé d'un dispositif de soudage (7) pour souder les objets empilés (2, 24).
