Claims (17)
- Dispositif (1') de couplage sonore entre une conduite d'admission et/ou un compartiment moteur d'une part et un habitacle de véhicule à moteur d'autre part, comportant une première conduite (3'), une seconde conduite (4') et un carter (2'), dans lequel pénètre le bruit en provenance de la conduite d'admission et/ou du compartiment moteur par l'intermédiaire de la première conduite (3') et hors duquel un bruit dans l'habitacle du véhicule sort par l'intermédiaire d'une seconde conduite (4'), et comportant un corps de transmission (10') pour le bruit qui est agencé de telle manière à l'intérieur du carter (2') que le bruit pénètre par l'intermédiaire de la première conduite (3') dans le corps de transmission (10') ou bute contre le corps de transmission (10') et qui présente une paroi de séparation étanche aux gaz (11') entre l'entrée de bruit (5') dans le carter (2') et la sortie de bruit (6') hors du carter (2') dont la position dans le carter (2') est maintenue essentiellement constante grâce à un dispositif de positionnement (13'), et comporte également une paroi de transfert (12') entre la paroi de séparation (11') et le carter (2'), par l'intermédiaire de laquelle la fonction de transmission acoustique du corps de transmission (10') vers le couplage sonore (7') est réglable, la paroi de transfert (12') étant reliée ou formée avec la paroi de séparation (11'), la paroi de séparation (11') s'étendant, au moins par secteur, essentiellement verticalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (5', 6') de propagation du son au niveau de l'entrée et/ou de la sortie du carter (2'), la paroi de transmission (12') s'étendant, au moins par secteur, à un angle α par rapport à l'axe longitudinal (5', 6') de propagation du son au niveau de l'entrée et/ou de la sortie du carter (2'), caractérisé en ce que la valeur α est au maximum de 30°, une tuyauterie extérieure (9') englobe le carter (2') et la seconde conduite (4'), et une tuyauterie intérieure (8') englobe la première conduite (3') et le dispositif de positionnement (13').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
le dispositif de positionnement (13') est placé en liaison fonctionnelle avec la paroi de séparation (11') d'une part et avec le carter (2') d'autre part. - Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que
au moins le secteur de la paroi de séparation (11') sur lequel le dispositif de positionnement (13') prend appui est formé de manière renforcée ou plus épaisse. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
la tuyauterie intérieure (8') est raide ou rigide. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
la tuyauterie intérieure (8') est, au moins par secteur, agencée de telle manière dans la tuyauterie extérieure (9') que le dispositif de positionnement (13') est agencé essentiellement à l'intérieur du carter (2'). - Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que

la première conduite (3'), le carter (2'), la seconde conduite (4') et/ou la tuyauterie extérieure (9') comportent de l'aluminium ou une matière plastique, et/ou la tuyauterie intérieure (8') comporte de l'aluminium, une matière plastique ou de la mousse, la tuyauterie intérieure (8') comportant en particulier de la mousse dans le secteur du dispositif de positionnement (13'). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
la paroi de séparation (11') et/ou la paroi de transfert (12') comporte(nt) un film en élastomère ou en matière plastique, ou bien une membrane textile. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
la paroi de transfert (12') est étanche aux gaz. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
la valeur α est au maximum de 10°. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
le corps de transmission (10') est réalisé en forme de pot, en particulier en forme de pot de fleurs. - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
le corps de transmission (10') présente un bord (14') relié à la paroi de transfert (12') ou bien formé avec celle-ci, prenant appui sur le carter (2, 2'), de préférence calé entre le carter (2') et la première conduite (3'). - Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que
le bord (14') du corps de transmission (10') est calé entre une bride (8'a), formée sur la tuyauterie intérieure (8'), et une bride (9'a), reliée avec celle-ci, en particulier détachable, de la tuyauterie extérieure (9'). - Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que
la fonction de transmission acoustique est réglable par l'intermédiaire de la surface effective et/ou au moins d'une propriété matérielle de la paroi de transmission (12') et/ou de la ou des ouverture(s) (8'c) dans la tuyauterie intérieure (8'). - Dispositif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que
la rigidité, le module d'élasticité, au moins une caractéristique d'amortissement et/ou la masse de la paroi de transfert (12') est/sont modulables en tant que propriété(s) matérielle(s) réglable(s). - Dispositif selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que le dimensionnement de chaque ouverture (8'c), le nombre d'ouvertures (8'c) et/ou le positionnement de l'ouverture ou des ouverture(s) (8'c) est/sont modulables afin de régler la fonction de transmission.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le carter (2, 2') peut être agencé ou est agencé sur le trajet d'écoulement de l'air d'admission comprimé ou non comprimé du véhicule à moteur.
