Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a fastener tape for Rafflamellenstoren, which is designed as a fabric and having at regular intervals attachment points for lamellae, wherein the attachment points are each formed by a laterally projecting loop of a running in the longitudinal direction of the fastener cord.

For pivoting the slats of Rafflamellenstoren they are outside and inside each held by two spaced apart support bands. These straps are each movably connected to the longitudinal edges of the slats, wherein in each case a loop of the fastener tape is pivotally connected to a hook which is fixed to the edge of a slat.

Such a fastener tape is known in the art from DE 44 18 716 A have become known to the applicant. The loops are formed in this strap by cords that are integrated along a selvedge in the band. The tape is a fabric. The fabric improves the weather resistance and has a very small elastic extensibility.

Another likewise woven lanyard is by the DE 32 17 717 C have become known to the applicant. The loops are connected here by molded plastic body with the tape. In practice, this tape has been proven, but it is more expensive to manufacture than the above-mentioned fastener tape.

By the DE 217 468 is known a fastener tape in which the loops are formed by a loop in each case by means of a basic shot, a loop is formed, which is then released by cutting a weft thread. This process is complicated. In addition, it has been shown that the loops so formed hardly are resilient. A suitable loop should be loadable in the transverse direction of the band with at least 15 kg. This is not the case with this tape.

The WO 91/16482 discloses a lamination support device having two spaced apart and mutually parallel bands. These bands are connected to each other with threads, which are incorporated into the bands and which carry the lamellae.

Also known are slat support belts that are braided. A loop cord goes back and forth in this braided ribbon. A disadvantage of such bands that they are relatively elastic, have a high shrinkage and that thereby may change the distance between the slats. Such a braided slat support belt is for example from the DE-A-19821388 known.

The invention has for its object to provide a carrier tape of the type mentioned, which avoids the above difficulties and which is still inexpensive to produce. The lanyard should be particularly resistant to weathering and allow a minimum folding of a precise folding of the slats.

The object is achieved in a generic fastener tape in that the cords are woven in each case before and / or after a loop similar to a weft with at least one shot in the band. It has been shown that thereby the pull-out of the loops can be significantly increased. This has the significant advantage that the loops are also tear-resistant at the ends of the fastener tape and can not tear out under load. Despite the much higher stability of the loops, the production is not significantly more complex.

The loops 5 are each stabilized by adjacent loops of the weft thread 2. In order to increase the tear-out strength of the loops 5, the cord 3 runs in each case in the case of a loop 5 in the manner of a weft thread 6 or 7 transversely to the longitudinal direction from the edge 9 to the edge 8 and back again. The loops 5 are thus each much more firmly connected to the fastener tape and this results in a much higher tear resistance. This higher tear-out strength in particular prevents the tearing out of the loop 5 arranged at one end of the fastener tape.

Claims (3)

1. Ladder tape for venetian blinds, which is formed as a fabric with warp threads (1) running in a longitudinal direction and which at regular intervals has fastening points (4) for slats, the fastening points (4) being formed in each case by a laterally projecting loop (5) of a string (3) running in the longitudinal direction of the ladder tape, characterized in that the string (3) is woven into the tape in each case before and/or after a loop (5) in a similar way to a weft thread having at least one pick (6, 6', 7, 7').
2. Ladder tape according to Claim 1, characterized in that the string (3) is woven into the ladder tape before and/or after a loop (5) at least twice as a weft thread.
3. Ladder tape according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the string (3) runs with at least one string pick (6, 6', 7, 7') from one longitudinal margin (9) to the other longitudinal margin (8) in each case before and/or after a loop (5).
