Abstract

The push-fit connection is made from a first connector (8) and a second connector (9) connected to the frame elements by anchor rods (6,7) which are securely glued into the supporting frame elements. The connectors engage in one another and are connected to one another through at least one coupling part (5) such as a bolt inserted across the longitudinal direction of the rods through recesses on contacting faces of the support frame elements. The support frame structures can be made from wood or concrete.

Description

The invention relates to a rigid and plug-in connection for structural elements, with a first connection part, which is connected to at least a first connecting part with a first structural element and a second connecting part, which is connected to at least a second connecting part with the other structural element, wherein the two Interlocking connecting parts and are connected to each other with at least one bolt.

Such compounds are known in timber construction, for example as connections of straight and curved beams but also as corner joints of frame structures and as a cross connection of beams and columns, for example in floor frames.

In the prior art, such compounds in the form of overlaps are known, being used as connecting means, for example, dowels and building screws. Due to the unfavorable power flow and in particular by deflection from the support plane and the compliance of the dowel rod here comparatively soft and less powerful connections arise.

Also known compounds by slotted sheets. Here, the structural elements to be connected can lie in the same supporting plane, whereby the power flow is improved.

By the EP 1 300 521 A a connection has become known in which two plate-shaped connecting elements are provided, which are each arranged sunk in one of the two structural elements and which are locked together by means of bolts. To attach the plate-shaped connecting parts to the structural elements, these have a plurality of holes through which screws or dowels are pushed through.

The invention has for its object to provide a plug-in connection of the type mentioned, which is particularly suitable for bumps with great strength and rigidity in carriers, with even higher forces (efficiency up to 1.0 from the gross cross-section) are receivable and still inexpensive to produce and can be mounted.

The object is achieved in a generic connection in that the said two connecting parts are dimensionally stable in the structures eingeleimte anchor rods, which are each firmly connected to one of the two connecting parts. The inventive compound can be prepared for very different connection arrangements, for example, corner joints, intersections and joints equally with a very high strength and rigidity. The form-fitting in the structures glued anchor rods can be correspondingly perpendicular or inclined to the connection parts, so that all forces can be optimally absorbed in all cases. The compound is also aesthetically advantageous because it is inconspicuous, which is essential, for example, in visible wooden structures. The structural elements can be completely manufactured with the connection parts and the anchor rods in the factory. The assembly can be done very easily and quickly and in any weather. The compound is particularly suitable for structural elements, such as support beams made of wood, but in principle, a connection of structures made of other materials such as concrete is possible.

A particularly high strength and rigidity results when, according to a development of the invention, the two connecting parts are designed as strips and are put together with tongue and groove. The locking of the two connecting parts is then particularly simple and stable and solvable, if bolts are used, which are inserted transversely to the longitudinal direction of the anchor rods in the connecting parts. These bolts preferably run in the connection plane and are hardly visible on the outside. For receiving the bolts, the connecting parts have corresponding holes.

According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the structural elements have recesses for the abovementioned bolts on the contacting surfaces.

According to a development of the invention, it is provided that the structural elements have at least two mutually spaced connecting members each having a first and a second connecting part and that these two connecting members are firmly connected to each other with at least one pulling or pressing element.

The tension or pressure element is preferably designed as a rod. In particular, it is recessed in a groove and runs parallel to the connection plane. The tension or pressure element can be welded to the connection parts, for example. The connecting rods and the corresponding connecting parts then form a unit.

The inventive compound is formed according to an embodiment of the invention as a rotary joint. The two connection parts are in this case preferably designed as half shells. Between the half-shells an axle is mounted, which is pivotally connected to the two connecting parts. The cylindrical shells are positively connected with glued-in anchor rods (tensile and pressure resistant) to the structural element. The connection is made according to an embodiment of the invention with two rings which engage around the two half-shells and the axle. Such a hinge connection can be made comparatively easily and is characterized by a high strength and rigidity and in particular flexural rigidity. The invention relates to articulated, pressure and tension-resistant connections between the structural elements.

Die beiden Tragwerkelemente 2 und 3 werden auf der Baustelle zusammengesteckt, was schnell und einfach erfolgen kann.1 shows a carrier 1, for example a beam of a supporting structure, which has a first structural element 2 and a second structural element 3, which are rigidly connected to each other with the connecting device 4 shown in Figure 2. The two structural elements are, for example glulam elements, but can also be other wood elements or even concrete elements, for example. The connection between the two structural elements 2 and 3 is pluggable, i. the connection can be prepared in the factory. The two structural elements 2 and 3 are put together on site, which can be done quickly and easily.

The connecting device 4 shown in Figure 2 has a first connecting member 43 and a second connecting member 44, which are fixedly connected to each other with two pulling or pressing elements 15. The two connecting members 43 and 44 each have a first connection part 8 and a second connection part 9. The two connection parts 8 are also connected to one of the two tension or pressure elements 15 and the other two connection parts 9 with one of the tension or pressure elements 15. The two connecting parts 8 and 9 are each plugged together, wherein the connecting parts 8 each have a groove 22 and the connecting parts 9 have a corresponding comb. With transverse bolts 5, the connecting parts 8 and 9 are respectively locked together. FIG. 13 shows bores 41 in the comb 23 of the connecting part 9, through which the bolts 5 are inserted. Corresponding holes are provided in the connection parts 8.

The connecting parts 8 and 9 are each inserted into a groove 46 and 47 of the adjacent surfaces of the structural elements 2 and 3. These grooves 46 and 47 are Längsfräsungen along the end faces. In the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the two structural elements 2 and 3 are held together with two connecting devices 4. Basically, a design is conceivable in which only one Connecting device 4 or more than two connecting devices 4 are provided. Since the connecting parts 8 and 9 are countersunk in grooves 46 and 47, as mentioned, the end faces of the connecting members 43 and 44 and the outer sides of the bolts 5 are visible on the carrier 1 only on the narrow sides. In both cases, here are also covers, for example, with wood inserts conceivable, so that the connecting devices 4 are not visible on the outside.

In order to connect the connecting parts 8 and 9 with the structural elements 2 and 3, anchor rods 6 and 7 are provided, which are glued into corresponding holes in the structural elements 2 and 3 fixed and in particular fixed in shape. The anchor rods 6 and 7 are in particular circular cylindrical grooved steel rods, which are each firmly connected at one end to a connecting part 8 and 9 respectively. The connection can be for example a welded or screwed connection.

The anchor rods 7 shown in Figure 2 each have a constriction 10, this constriction causes a ductile behavior of the compound. The anchor rods 6 and 7 have for anchoring on the outside, for example, not shown circumferential grooves. The glue used here is for example an epoxy resin or another suitable glue. The connecting parts 8 and 9 are preferably designed as steel strips, which are as shown substantially longer than wide or high. The two connecting members 43 and 44 are anchored to the tension or compression rods 15 in the transverse direction to the carrier 1 and with the anchor rods 6 and 7 fixed in the structural elements 2 and 3. Thus, high forces in the longitudinal direction of the carrier 1, bending moments of the carrier 1 and transverse forces can be absorbed. The compound is therefore particularly suitable, for example, for very long support beams, which are composed of two or more structural elements 2 and 3.

Dadurch wird gleichzeitig ein Quellen oder Schwinden im Bereich der Verbindung verhindert.FIG. 3 shows a carrier 11 in which two structural elements 12 and 13 are firmly connected to one another via a corner. The corner is right-angled here, but in principle other angles are also conceivable here. The connection is made with two connection devices 14 shown in FIG. 4, which run parallel to one another in the connection plane. Basically, a design is conceivable in which only one Connecting device 14 or more than two connecting devices 14 are provided. The connecting devices 14 are basically constructed as explained with reference to Figures 1 and 2 above. However, the anchor rods 6 and 7 here extend inclined to the longitudinal directions of the connecting parts 8 'and 9'. However, the anchor rods 6 and 7 can also be fanned, the force can be anchored accordingly in the structural element. The tie rods 7 are claimed to train and each have a constriction 10. In the claimed on pressure anchor rods 6 such a constriction 10 is not provided. As can be seen, four anchor rods 7 and six anchor rods 6 are arranged in the pressure range. In addition, four bolts are arranged in the tension area and six bolts 5 in the pressure area. By this different number of anchor rods 6 and 7 and the bolt 5, the expected corresponding forces in the different zones can be optimally met. The tension or pressure elements 15 must take over the differential forces and shear forces. The tension or pressure elements 15 are firmly anchored to the structural elements 12 and 13. This simultaneously prevents swelling or shrinkage in the area of the connection.

Die Verbindung ist auf Druck belastet, kann jedoch auch Zugkräfte aufnehmen.FIG. 5 shows a T-shaped carrier 16 with a horizontally extending structural element 17 and a vertically extending structural element 18. The connection is made with one or more of the connecting devices 19 shown in FIG. 6. This connecting device 19 has a connecting part 20 and a connecting part 21 which, as explained above, are connected to one another by transverse bolts 5. The connecting part 20 is firmly connected with two upwardly projecting anchor rods 6 and the connecting part 21 with two downwardly projecting anchor rods 6. The anchor rods 6 are firmly glued in the structural element 17 and the downwardly projecting anchor rods 6 are glued in the structural element 18. The connection is loaded under pressure, but can also absorb tensile forces.

These structural elements 25, 26 and 27 are connected to one another by the three connecting devices 29 shown in FIG. This has two upper connecting parts 20 and 21, which the two structural elements 25 and 26 with each other connect. In the structural element 25, the two upwardly directed anchor rods 6 are glued. In the structural element 26 middle anchor rods 6 'are glued, which extend from top to bottom through the supporting element 26. The connection between the structural element 26 and the structural element 27 takes place with lower connection parts 20 'and 21'. The connection part 20 'is fixedly connected to the anchor rods 6', while the connection part 21 'is connected to downwardly projecting anchor rods 6 "which are glued into the support element 27. The support 24 thus has a first connection between the structural elements 25 and 26 This results in a particularly stiff and firm connection with which large transverse forces are transmitted directly to the supporting structure element 27 via the anchor rods through the supporting element 26. Sources and shrinkage, in particular in the area of the structural element Structural element 26 is therefore prevented, in which case swelling and shrinkage is prevented in particular by anchor rods 29, which extend over the entire height of structural element 26.

20 und 21.The direction of the tie rods 6 and 7 with respect to the longitudinal direction of the connecting parts 8 and 9 or 20 and 21 can be optimally adapted to the design and direction of the structural elements. Preferably, these anchor rods 6 and 7 lie in the plane of the two connecting parts 8 and 9 or 20 and 21.

Die Figur 8 zeigt eine Verbindungsvorrichtung 28, bei welcher nach unten ragende Ankerstäbe 6 parallel zueinander verlaufen und nach oben gerichtete Ankerstäbe 6' fächerartig verlaufen.FIG. 8 shows a connecting device 28, in which downwardly projecting anchor rods 6 run parallel to one another and upwardly directed tie rods 6 'extend in a fan-like manner.

Zudem ist der Anschlussteil 9 mit einem Zugelement 15 verbunden, das mit einem hier nicht gezeigten weiteren Anschlussteil 9 verbunden sein kann.FIG. 10 shows a connecting device 30 in which the connecting part 9 is connected to an anchor rod 6 and the connecting part 8 to two anchor rods 6. In addition, the connection part 9 is connected to a tension element 15, which may be connected to a further connection part 9, not shown here.

A connecting device 34 has a connection part 36 and a connection part 37, which are formed as half-shells and between which an axle 35 is mounted. The two connecting parts 36 and 37 each have at each end a laterally and upwardly open recess 38, in each of which a ring 39 is inserted according to FIG. 12a. The two rings 39 hold the two connecting parts 36 and 37 together, so that they can move limited on the axle 35 in the circumferential direction. Fig. 12b shows the two rings 39 before placing on the connecting parts 36 and 37. If the two rings 39 are placed, they can be fixed with the washer 52 shown in Figure 12a and with a screwed onto the axle 35 nut 53. The two connecting parts 36 and 37 are each firmly connected to the structural element 32 or 33, as explained above, with one or more glued-in anchor rods 6. The double arrow 48 indicate in which directions the two structural elements 32 and 33 are pivotable about the axis of the axle pin 35. The maximum pivot angle is determined here in particular by the formation of the two connecting parts 36 and 37 and may be different.

On the structural element 49 three connecting parts 9 are attached. Front side protrudes as shown in each case before the comb 23. This has a plurality of holes 41 for receiving the bolts 5, not shown here. These bolts 5 are inserted through all three ridges 23. Thus, these bolts 5 can be inserted into said holes 41, 49 corresponding recesses 42 are incorporated into the structural element. Corresponding recesses are also provided in the case of the further structural element not shown here. The connection parts 9 are, as explained above, respectively inserted into a groove 47 in such a way that only the comb 23 projects beyond the end face of the support element element 49. To connect two structural elements thus only the connecting parts 8 and 9 must be plugged together and the bolts 5 are used. The bolts 5 are formed so that they are preferably held frictionally without further fastening means. The connection is preferably releasable by the bolts 5 are knocked out again. By inserting the bolt 5, the compound can then be joined together again.

Zudem ist für die Montage an einem vorderen Ende ein Montageschlitz 50 vorgesehen.FIG. 14 shows a view of the anchor rod 7 which, for reasons of ductility, has a constriction 10 as mentioned above. For fixing the anchor rod 7 this has over its entire length grooves 51 or similar depressions. In addition, a mounting slot 50 is provided for mounting at a front end.

Finally, Figure 15 shows an anchor rod 6, which also has a mounting slot 50 and which is also provided over its entire length with grooves 51. Both the anchor rod 6 and the anchor rod 7 are preferably formed circular cylindrical.

Further possible carriers 54 and 55 are shown in FIGS. 16 and 17. The tie rods 6, which are not visible here, run correspondingly to the structural elements.
