Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux, notamment pour une utilisation conjointe avec des rails de tramway et notamment conjointe avec des rails incurvés présentant un rayon étroit, la surface de roulement des rails étant pourvue d'au moins une couche de matériau supplémentaire disposée parallèlement à la direction longitudinale des rails, ladite couche étant réalisée par application d'une bande de soudure dans le procédé de soudage à l'arc sous flux solide (UP), caractérisé en ce que le fil de soudure utilisé est un fil de soudure fortement allié, basique, doté d'un pourcentage de C compris entre 0,0 % et 1,5 %, notamment entre 0 % et 0,5 %, d'un pourcentage de Mn compris entre 0,0 % et 5,0 %, notamment entre 0,5 % et 3,0 %, d'un pourcentage de Si compris entre 0,0 % et 1,5 %, notamment entre 0 % et 1,0 %, d'un pourcentage de Cr compris entre 8,0% et 23,0 %, notamment entre 12,0 % et 18,0 % et d'un pourcentage de Ni compris entre 1,0 % et 10 %, notamment entre 2,0 % et 6,0 %.
  2. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le fil de soudure utilisé est un fil de remplissage.
  3. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la poudre utilisée pour le procédé de soudage à l'arc sous flux solide est une poudre de soudure agglomérée du groupe de type basique fluoré avec un pourcentage de SiO2+TiO2 compris entre 15,0 % et 30,0 %, notamment entre 17,0 % et 25,0 % et de préférence de 20,0 %, un pourcentage de CaO+MgO compris entre 25,0 % et 40,0 %, notamment entre 27,0 % et 35,0 % et de préférence de 30,0 %, un pourcentage de Al2O3+MnO compris entre 20,0 % et 30,0 %, notamment entre 23,0 % et 27,0 % et de préférence de 25,0 % et un pourcentage de CaF2 compris entre 15,0 % et 30,0 %, notamment entre 18,0 % et 22,0 % et de préférence de 20,0 %.
  4. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la soudure est réalisée à l'aide d'un courant de soudure présentant une puissance comprise entre 300 et 500 ampères, notamment entre 370 et 430 ampères.
  5. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le courant de soudure présente une tension comprise entre 20 et 30 volts, notamment entre 23 et 26 volts.
  6. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse d'avancée du fil pour le courant de soudure est comprise entre 90 cm/min et 120 cm/min, notamment entre 100 cm/min et 115 cm/min.
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une rainure est gravée ou entaillée avant l'application de la trace de soudure dans le rail en dessous de la bande de soudure.
  8. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rail est chauffé à une température élevée avant l'application de la bande de soudure.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande de soudure est meulée après le refroidissement pour obtenir une surface plane.
  10. Procédé de fabrication d'un rail silencieux selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que deux bandes de soudure sont disposées parallèlement l'une par rapport à l'autre.
