- A device according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises an arm (10) kinematically connected to the bolt (7) of the lock (3) so as to move between two extreme positions corresponding respectively to the locking and unlocking positions of the bolt (7).
- A device according to claim 2, characterized in that the movable arm (10) is connected perpendicularly to a shaft (8) carrying the bolt (7) of the lock (3) and mounted to pivot in the lid (1) in such a way as to allow the arm (10) to pivot below the lid (1) essentially in a plane perpendicular to the lid (1) between its two extreme angular positions, and in that the detection means include two sensors (11, 12) connected to the frame (2) at different locations of the frame, the free end of the pivoting arm (10) facing one or the other of the two sensors (11, 12) depending on whether it occupies its extreme locking or unlocking position of the bolt (7), so that the sensor (11, 12) facing the end of arm (10) provides the signal corresponding to the locking or unlocking of the bolt (7).

- A device according to one of claims 2 to 5, characterized in that each sensor (11, 12) is a proximity sensor of the magnetic, inductive, capacitive, photoelectric type or similar, or a contact sensor.
- A device according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the sensors (11, 12) are housed in a cavity (13) formed in one of the lateral walls (2a) of the frame (2) containing the keeper (9) and are arranged at a same level parallel to the upper edge of this wall below this edge.
- A device according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that the sensors (11, 12) are housed in a cavity (13) formed in one of the lateral walls (2a) of the frame (2) containing the keeper (9) and are arranged one above the other by being offset longitudinally with respect to the lateral wall (2a).
- A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the key (4) selectively adopts, with respect to the opening (5) of the lid (1), a position locking the lid (1) to the frame (2) in which the key (4) can be freely removed from the lid (1) and a position unlocking the lid (1) in which the key (4) is held captive in the opening (5) of the lid (1).
- A device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the detection means (11, 12) are connected to a remote monitoring center for verifying the status of these detection means.
