Description

Patentanspruch 11.The invention relates to a tubular bag with a tubular bag body and a sealed bottom according to the preamble of claim 1 and claim 2, and a method for producing such a tubular bag according to claim 10 or claim 11.

Tubular bags of the type mentioned are used for some time for filling and packaging of solid, pasty and liquid ingredients. Due to their low weight, their generally cost-effective manufacturability and relatively easy disposability tube bags of the type mentioned are popular and have prevailed over other packaging made of glass, metal or cardboard in many areas. It is in this regard on the DE-U 202 14 197 directed.

However, previously known tubular bags have some disadvantages that affect or limit their use in certain areas. These include, inter alia, a low stability, the disadvantage is particularly significant if the tubular bag is open, so that in case of falling over, or tipping over a leakage of the content is to be feared.

This problem has been solved in the past many times, that a tubular bag bottom made of a rigid material and then integrated into the tubular bag. However, this leads to further disadvantages. So the separate floor had to be first made consuming. In addition, the volume of waste was considerably increased by the stiff floor, which itself was not foldable or rollable.

Another disadvantage of using a separate stand, which consists of a different material than the tubular bag itself, is due to a lower due to the heterogeneity of the material lower recycling rate.

This disadvantage was met with a floor standing, which was made of the same material as the tubular bag. These floorings, which were usually V- or W-shaped, however, were expensive to manufacture and in turn ensured only an insufficient stability.

The object of the present invention is to provide a low-cost and easy-to-produce tubular bag that avoids material heterogeneity with respect to tubular bag body and floor and also has an increased recycling rate.

This object is achieved by a tubular bag with a tubular pouch body and a sealed bottom according to claim 1 or 2 and by a method for producing such a tubular pouch according to claim 10 or 11.

In particular, the object is achieved by a tubular bag with a tubular pouch body and a sealed bottom according to the preamble of claim 1, characterized in that the bottom a) consists of a tube section which is separated from the tube from which also the tubular pouch body is formed; and that b) points the fin-seal seal towards the tubular pouch body.

According to an alternative embodiment, the object is achieved by a tubular bag with a tubular pouch body and a sealed bottom according to the preamble of claim 2, characterized in that the bottom a) consists of a tube section which is separated from the tube, from which also the tubular pouch body is formed ; and that b) has the fin seal seal outside the tubular pouch body.

The essential core of the invention is that to ensure cost-effective and easy manufacturability and good recyclability and a high recycling rate of the tubular bag according to the invention, the bottom of the tubular bag is made of a tube section, which consists of the same material as the tubular bag body itself in other words, that the bottom of the tubular bag and the tubular pouch body are made of a tube, wherein for the preparation of the bottom, a tube portion is separated from the tube.

The section forming the bottom of the tube is closed before separation or alternatively after separation on an open side by means of a fin-seal seal and then inserted under tension in the tubular pouch body so that the fin-seal seal points in the direction of tubular pouch body.

According to the aforesaid alternative embodiment, the tubular portion forming the bottom is inserted into the tubular pouch body such that the fin-seal sealing of the tubular portion faces outside the pouch body. In this variant, the tubular pouch body is placed from above on the quasi-cup-shaped, forming the bottom tube section, wherein the bottom forming the tube section preferably comes to rest within the tubular pouch body. Alternatively, however, the tubular pouch body can also be inserted into the cup-shaped, the bottom forming tube section. At least portions of each mutually associated edges of the tubular pouch body and the tube portion are circumferentially sealed to each other of the tubular pouch.

The variant to provide the bottom forming tube section with a pointing to the outside of the tubular pouch body fin-seal seal has, compared to previously known bag bag flooring significant advantages. These are based on the one in that when filling the tubular bag or at a pressure build-up within the tubular bag outwardly invagination of the soil is no longer possible, since the soil in the variant according to the invention already allows a maximum expansion of the inner bag volume. On the other hand, the filling volume of the tubular bag is maximized with the same material consumption by this alternative inventive cup-shaped Schlauchabschnittbodengestalt. This allows for easier filling of the tubular bag as well as greater variability in terms of the materials to be placed in the tubular bag. Thus, the additional space achieved by this optimized configuration of the filling volume can be used as a possible expansion space for the filling of the tubular bag with an expansive filling material. Thus, it is possible, for example, initially to minimize the expansion space for space-saving cost-effective transport, for example by folding, with an expansion takes place only when needed. Of course, the enlarged tubular bag interior can also be provided directly with a correspondingly larger amount of contents.

By inserting the bottom of the forming tube section in the tubular bag body under tension ensures that the tubular bag bottom assumes a largely and ideally round shape, since the inserted into the tubular bag body tube section uniformly pushes the tubular bag body radially outward, because a circular shape best possible distribution of forces guaranteed.

It should be noted that simultaneous sealing and severing of the bottom tube section from the tube is within the scope of this invention. Here, the tube is compressed by means of a sealing tool and sealed inside-inside and separated with a separate or integrated cutting or cutting tool from the hose, that an open tubular bag body forming part and a closed sealed tube section result.

Since the bottom portion forming tube section is formed from the same tube as the tubular bag body itself, is before the introduction of the sealed Hose section in the tubular pouch body a radial expansion of the tubular pouch body advantageous, which is carried out so that the expansion is recoverable. After the tube section having a sealed tube section end has been inserted sufficiently far into the tubular bag body, it is possible to return the tubular bag body so that it snugly fits around the sealed tube section.

If it is provided to use the tubular pouch body in the aforementioned cup-shaped, forming the bottom tube section, vice versa, the tube forming the bottom portion radially in a resettable manner slightly widened, so that an introduction of the tubular pouch body in the cup-shaped bottom tube section is possible. After introduction of the tubular pouch body of the cup-shaped bottom tube section is so far restored that a close contact between the bottom forming the tube section and the tubular pouch body is guaranteed.

Another important advantage resulting from the use of a cup-shaped tube section forming the bottom is that in this case no full-surface sealing of the mutually associated edges of the tube section and the tubular pouch body is necessary. Rather, it is sufficient if the edge of the tube section is sealed to the edge of the tubular pouch body in only one section. This is preferably located in a remote from the base edge portion of the bottom forming tube section.

If the tubular pouch body is arranged inside the cup-shaped base tube section, the inner pressure of the filling material which acts on the wall of the tubular pouch ensures that the tubular pouch body engages tightly against the cup-shaped bottom tube section, which in turn results in the stability of the tubular pouch according to the invention elevated.

The bottom of the tubular bag according to the invention is thus formed by a two-layered near-bottom tubular bag section whose edges composed of the edge of the hose portion and the edge of the tubular pouch body. According to the invention, these two edges are sealed together in order to seal the tubular bag down in this way and moreover to provide a reinforced, particularly stable base section.

With regard to the tube from which the tube section forming the base and the tubular pouch body are formed, according to the invention the bottom is sealed into the tubular pouch body by means of an inner-outer seal.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the fin-seal seal is formed by an inner-inner seal of the hose portion. In this embodiment, the tube section forming the bottom is compressed on its open side and sealed with the aid of ultrasound or thermal energy and thus closed. The advantage of this embodiment lies in the ease of closing the tube section by simply squeezing and then sealing an inner-inner-sealable inner layer of the tube.

According to an alternative embodiment, the fin-seal seal is formed by an outer-outer seal of the hose portion. According to the invention, a part of the hose section to be subsequently sealed is first folded inwards and then closed in the manner of a fin-seal seal. The advantage of the invention is that after insertion of the sealed tubular bag end of the contents of the tubular bag does not come into contact with the generated cut edges. This is particularly important if the filler material is not inert to other layers of a laminate forming the tube. Due to the previous everting of the cut edges, these come to rest on the outside of the tubular bag after inserting the sealed tube section into the tubular bag body and are not accessible to, possibly aggressive, filling material and can not be attacked by such or vice versa do not contaminate a filling material.

This is extremely advantageous, for example, in the case of using a barrier layer made of aluminum and an acidic filler, which would be attacked by the acid in conventional tubular bags.

Such a barrier layer may be formed of ethylvinyl alcohol (EVOH), silicon dioxide (SiO 2 ) or an aluminum foil. Advantageously, this barrier layer is provided both in the tubular pouch body and in the bottom of the tubular pouch.

The tubular bag body and the tube section are formed according to the invention from a tube which is either designed as a lap-seal or extruded tubular.

The advantage established herein consists in a completely round stable form, which is possible in this way for the tubular pouch body, respectively the finished tubular pouch.

As already mentioned, the cut edges of the tubular pouch body and the tubular portion are arranged so that they are not in contact with an interior of the tubular pouch, so that the cut edges of the filler material can not be attacked and in this way, for example, a barrier layer permanently obtains their barrier effect. This is a particular advantage in the case of the use of EVOH, since EVOH is sensitive to moisture and diminishes its barrier effect on entry of moisture or is completely lost.

According to the invention, the sealed tube section end is compressed and / or angularly sealed. This measure is advantageous in order to introduce a hose section end, which is widened by the formation of the aforementioned fin-seal seal in relation to the tubular bag body, into the tubular bag body in a good and tight fit with the fin-seal seal. For this purpose, the fin-seal seal is compressed along its longitudinal extent, so that the sealed seam folded and / or curled present. An alternative embodiment is to first fix the tube section to be sealed in the shape of the desired later diameter and then seal it. Another alternative is an angular sealing of the corner areas of the fin-seal seal.

  1. a) Abtrennen eines Schlauchabschnitts von dem den Schlauchbeutelkörper bildenden Schlauch;
  2. b) Versiegeln eines offenen Endes des Schlauchabschnitts mittels einer fin-seal-Versiegelung;
  3. c) Einbringen des versiegelten Schlauchabschnittendes in den Schlauchbeutelkörper, wobei das versiegelte Schlauchabschnittende in Richtung Schlauchbeutelkörper weist;
As mentioned above, the object according to the invention is also achieved by a method for producing a tubular bag having a tubular bag body and a sealed bottom, wherein the following steps are provided:
  1. a) separating a hose portion of the tube forming the tubular bag body;
  2. b) sealing an open end of the hose section by means of a fin-seal seal;
  3. c) inserting the sealed tube portion end into the tubular pouch body, the sealed tube portion end facing the pouch body;
  4. d) sealing the edge of the tube section with the edge of the tubular bag body.

Furthermore, the object according to the invention is achieved by an alternative method for this, wherein in step c) the sealed tube section end is introduced into the tubular pouch body such that the sealed tube section end points outside the tubular pouch body.

It should be emphasized at this point that, according to the invention, step b) can be carried out before step a) or simultaneously with step a).

Further embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.

In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for identical and equivalent parts.

Fig. 1 shows a schematically illustrated procedure for producing a tubular bag 10 according to the invention, which is made of a tube. The tube is sealed at a tube section end 80 by means of a fin-seal seal, with the ends of the tube being everted prior to sealing so that cut edges 60 face tube section 40. The tube section 40, which is shown separated from the tubular pouch body 20 by a schematically illustrated section line 90, serves to produce the bottom 30.

Fig. 2 shows the bottom 30 forming tube section 40, which is now separated as a separate part. The bottom 30 is first inserted into the tubular bag body 20 with the fin-seal 50, so that the tube section end 80 comes to lie in the interior 70 of the tubular bag 10. This is symbolized by the thick arrow in the middle of the figure.

Fig. 3 finally shows a schematic representation of a sealed bottom according to the invention 30. The seals are schematically indicated by slashes. As can be seen, the edge of the hose portion 100 is sealed to the edge of the tubular bag body 101. In order to allow better representability, an immediate abutment of the edge 100 of the tube section at the edge 101 of the tubular pouch body has been dispensed with. It is clearly too recognize that cut edges 60 of both the hose portion 40 and the tubular pouch body 20 are not in contact with the interior 70 of the tubular bag 10.
