Description

【0001】

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.
1 to 6 are views showing an example in which the present invention is applied to a standing pouch. FIG. 1 is a front view showing a state in which contents are filled. FIG. 2A is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2 (b) is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a reference view during measurement, FIG. 4 (a) is a cross-sectional view taken along line CC in FIG. 3, and FIG. -D sectional view, FIG. 5 is a reference view when the contents are poured out, and FIG. 6 is a reference view when the contents are filled.
The pouch 1 is provided with a pouch body 2 for storing contents and a transparent or translucent weighing chamber 5 which is branched from a branch part 4 directly below or appropriately below the top part 3 of the pouch body 2.
The measuring chamber 5 includes a measuring unit 6 and a dispensing unit 7. The measuring unit 6 communicates with the pouch body 2 through a communication unit 8 provided in the branching unit 4, and the dispensing unit 7 includes the branching unit 4. It is configured not to communicate with the belt-shaped heat seal portion 9 provided in the, and prevents unnecessary contents from flowing into the measuring chamber 5. Further, the scale 10 is provided on the surface of the measuring chamber 5, but a plurality of the scales 10 may be provided. A cut 11 is provided at the base of the heat seal portion 9.
Although not shown in the drawing, the communicating portion 8 only needs to allow the contents to pass therethrough, and may be partially heat-sealed or bonded as shown by a broken line in FIG.
[0006]
The pouch 1 folds the surface material 12 of the pouch body 2 at the branching portion 4, heats the end of the surface material 12 to the lower end portion of the upper surface material 13 constituting the measuring chamber 5, and makes the upper surface material 13 transparent or translucent. The back chamber 14 and the top 3 of the pouch main body 2 are heat-sealed, and the both sides of the surface material 12 and the top material 13 are heat-sealed, whereby the weighing chamber 5 is configured by the heat seal 15 provided at the peripheral edge. On the other hand, the pouch body 2 is configured by heat-sealing the front surface material 12 and the back surface material 14 of the pouch body 2 and the gusset portion 16 constituting the bottom surface.
Note that a V notch 17 is provided at the end of the surface material 12 below the weighing chamber 5 and the heat seal portion 15 of the upper surface material 13 toward the notch 11 of the base of the belt-shaped heat seal portion 9. At the time of use, the leading end of the extraction portion 7 is opened from the V notch 17 toward the notch 11.
[0007]
In order to measure and take out the contents from the pouch 1, the tip of the pouring part 7 is opened from the V notch 17 toward the notch 11, and the branching part 4 of the pouch main body 2 as shown in FIG. After 5 launches, tilt the entire pouch 1 in the direction of the arrow.
At this time, as shown in FIG. 4A, the contents are caused to flow from the communicating portion 8 of the branching portion 4 into the measuring portion 6 of the measuring chamber 5 and visually measured on the scale 10 for measurement.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4 (b), the contents do not flow into the dispensing portion 7 of the measuring chamber 5 from the portion where the belt-like heat seal portion 9 of the branching portion 4 is provided, and enter the measuring chamber 5. Prevent inflow of unnecessary contents.
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the pouch 1 is raised and returned to its original position, and after the measuring chamber 5 is folded back toward the pouch body 2 in the direction of the arrow, the pouch 1 is tilted and a predetermined amount of content in the measuring chamber 5 is removed. Take out from the outlet 18 of the outlet 7.
In this pouch 1, as shown in FIG. 6, the measuring chamber 5 is branched from the pouch body 2, so that the contents from the top 3 of the wide mouth are kept in a state where the top 3 of the pouch 2 is not sealed. The contents can be easily and efficiently filled by heat-sealing the top 3 after filling the objects.
[0008]
In the pouch of the present invention, by providing the weighing chamber 5 by branching from the pouch body, a predetermined amount of contents can be taken out by a simple operation simply by tilting or raising the pouch. In addition, after weighing the contents, the weighing chamber 5 can be folded back so that the communication with the pouch body 2 can be cut off, so that the measurement accuracy is greatly improved compared to the conventional pouch with a weighing function, A predetermined amount of contents can be taken out without touching the contents at all. Furthermore, if a plurality of scales are provided on the surface of the measuring chamber, different amounts of contents can be measured and taken out.
[0009]
The pouch of the present invention is composed of a single-layer or multi-layer plastic film, but the plastic film to be used is not particularly limited, and any of those usually used for a pouch can be used.
Suitable materials for forming the plastic film include, for example, crystalline polypropylene, crystalline propylene-ethylene copolymer, crystalline polybutene-1, crystalline poly-4-methylpentene-1, low-, medium-, or Polyolefins such as high-density polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), EVA saponified product, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer (EEA), ion-crosslinked olefin copolymer (ionomer); polystyrene, styrene-butadiene Aromatic vinyl copolymers such as copolymers; Halogenated vinyl polymers such as polyvinyl chloride and vinylidene chloride resins; Polyacrylic resins; Nitriles such as acrylonitrile-styrene copolymers and acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene copolymers Polymer: Nylon 6, Nylon 66, Parama Examples include polyamides such as metaxylylene adipamide; polyesters such as polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate, polytetramethylene terephthalate; various polycarbonates; fluororesins; thermoplastic resins such as polyacetals such as polyoxymethylene Can do.
Films made of these plastic materials are used as unstretched or uniaxially or biaxially stretched films.
[0010]
The plastic film used for the pouch body of the present invention can be constituted by laminating two or more of these plastic films, and one or more of these plastic films, A metal foil such as aluminum, paper, cellophane, or the like can also be laminated.
In particular, in the case of contents that require gas barrier properties, a polyvinylidene chloride resin layer, an EVA saponified layer, a resin layer having a vapor-deposited film of a metal oxide such as aluminum or silicon oxide, or a metal foil such as aluminum It is preferable to use a laminated film including the like. When these laminated films are produced, an adhesive made of an epoxy resin, a urethane resin, a polyethyleneimine resin, or the like can be interposed between the respective layers as required.
[0011]
In order to give rigidity and heat insulation to the film that constitutes the pouch, it is also possible to use films made of various synthetic resin foams, and additives such as titanium oxide, calcium carbonate, and carbon to various synthetic resins. A filled film can also be used. Moreover, what is necessary is just to select according to the property of the content filled with a pouch whether a plastic film is made into a single layer or what kind of layer structure is made.
The plastic film can be produced by an ordinary method such as a casting method, a T-die method, a calendar method, or an inflation method. The laminated film can be produced by a conventional method such as dry lamination of a preformed film, coating on a substrate film, melt coextrusion.
In the case of using a laminated film as the film constituting the pouch, it is usually preferable to use a resin having heat sealability such as polyethylene as the inner surface film in order to impart heat sealability.
[0012]
The form of the plastic pouch of the present invention is not particularly limited, and the present invention can be applied to various shapes of pouches such as a flat bag, a pillow bag, and a gusset bag in addition to a standing pouch.
FIG. 7 is a view showing another example of the pouch of the present invention, in which the upper surface material 13 of the pouch body 2 is folded to form a gusset 19 in the measuring chamber 5. Other configurations of the pouch have the same configuration as the pouch of FIGS. 1 to 6.
According to this configuration, the volume of the measurement chamber 5 can be sufficiently increased.

In this example, a partition member 22 made of a plastic film partially provided with an opening 23 at the branch part 4 of the pouch body 2 and the weighing chamber 5 is bent downwardly in a V-shape or a U-shape in the weighing chamber 5. Heat-sealed or bonded.
Moreover, the opening part of the extraction part 7 of the measuring chamber 5 is provided with an easy opening part 24 by laser, machining or the like, and further, a notch and a notch are provided at the opening part to obtain a stable opening. is there.
According to this configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, when the measuring chamber 5 is raised from the pouch body 2 and the entire pouch 1 is tilted, the contents of the pouch are opened to the opening 23 ( 10 (a)) and flows into the measuring section 6 of the measuring chamber 5.
And as shown in FIG.10 (b), the content does not flow into the extraction part 7 of the measurement chamber 5 from parts other than the opening 23 by the partition member 22 of the branch part 4, but the content more than necessary is received. Make sure to prevent inflow.
In addition, the partition member 22 may be heat-sealed in the vicinity of the branch part 4, and the opening 23 may be formed in a plural number without being limited to one. Alternatively, the opening 23 may have a wide slit shape, and the partition member may be partially heat-sealed or bonded only to the dispensing portion 7 side of the measuring chamber 5.
Further, the partition member 22 may be bent upward in the measuring chamber 5 and heat sealed or bonded, or may be formed in an S shape without being bent into a V shape or a U shape.
[0015]
FIG. 11 is a partial cross-sectional view showing still another example of the pouch of the present invention. In this example, the reinforcing member 25 is heat-sealed or bonded to the pouch body 2 side on the inner surface of the measuring chamber 5. .
According to this structure, it becomes possible to give rigidity to the measurement chamber 5, and it becomes easy to measure and pour out the contents. In addition, as the reinforcing member, a plastic film having a plate-like rigidity, paper, a composite material thereof, or the like is used. The reinforcing member 25 may be provided on the outer surface of the measuring chamber 5 or may be provided on the surface opposite to the pouch body 2.
[0016]
The contents contained in the plastic pouch with a measuring function of the present invention are not particularly limited as long as it can flow easily under its own weight, and examples thereof include powders, granules, and liquids having various fluidity. Preferable contents include, for example, granular, granular or liquid detergents, bathing agents, bleaching agents, foods such as instant coffee, sugar and salt.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
According to the pouch of the present invention, by providing the weighing chamber 5 by branching from the pouch body, a predetermined amount of contents can be taken out by a simple operation simply by tilting or raising the pouch. In addition, after weighing the contents, the weighing chamber can be folded back to cut off the communication with the pouch body 2, greatly improving the accuracy of weighing, and without touching the contents at all. Can be taken out. Furthermore, the filling ability of the contents is also excellent.
