Claims (14)

    caractérisé en ce que
    iv. un guidage (14, 18) est réalisé dans la plaque de base (13), dans lequel une bande (16), qui peut être déplacée dans le guidage (14, 18), est introduite,

  7. Dispositif de surveillance de l'état selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par au moins un ou plusieurs éléments capteurs (20, 21) pour la détection du mouvement de l'élément détectable (19) sur la bande (16).
  8. Dispositif de surveillance de l'état selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément capteur (20, 21) est conçu comme un contact à lames souples.
  9. Dispositif de surveillance de l'état selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que deux des contacts à lames souples ou plus sont disposés à distance l'un de l'autre sur une droite sur la trajectoire des aimants (19).
  10. Dispositif de surveillance de l'état selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 8 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les contacts à lames souples (20, 21) sont disposés avec un circuit d'évaluation sur une platine (12) qui présente des perçages pour la tige-poussoir (3) ainsi qu'éventuellement d'autres éléments de la poignée (2) ou de l'engrenage (23).
  11. Dispositif de surveillance de l'état selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le circuit d'évaluation comporte une unité d'émission qui transmet des états de commutation, de préférence sans fil, par exemple par radio ou infrarouge, à une unité de réception externe comme par exemple à une gestion d'immeuble ou installation d'alarme.
  12. Dispositif de surveillance de l'état selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande (16) se compose d'un plastique élastique.
  13. Dispositif de surveillance de l'état selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le circuit d'évaluation est conçu pour la détection d'une position fermée (0°), d'une position de rotation (90°) et d'une position de basculement (180°) d'une fenêtre oscillo-battante.
  14. Dispositif de surveillance de l'état selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes 7 à 13, caractérisé par un autre contact à lames souples qui émet une impulsion à l'état monté conjointement avec un aimant permanent disposé sur le dormant, ce qui permet de détecter la position fermée ou ouverte du battant de fenêtre.
